We had a great trip to Andamans during 25th Dec 2019 to 1st Jan 2020. It was really a wonderful experience. The trip was very well managed by Andaman Bliss. I would recommend their service to all.

I have choose andaman bliss based on Google reviews and it was under my budget. I have make the advance payment one month before the trip and Nirmala madam have confirm all the hotels were booked as per the schedule but surprisingly on last two days of trip we have to stay in TSG grand instead of TSG emerald for 2 nights. TSG Grand is very far from the city. Andaman bliss should not give false commitments to customer regarding booking confirmation.Also on 26.02.2021 morning we came to know that Ross island and North bay island was closed. Travel agency should have prior information regarding closure and should have arrange proper alternate tour to jolly buoy island instead of Ross island which was agreed before during offer stage but they have arrange trip to wandoor beach instead of Ross island.Wandoor beach have got nothing.However trip to Havelock Island and Niel island was memorable. Mr. Abhijit have planned the trip of Havelock perfectly.

The tour and travel facility provided by Andan bliss is next to awesome. You cannot best their hospitality. I was unable to make the complete payment of the tour till it started. Made it on the last day of the tour and there was no problem caused by them. All the drivers were well informed and well known to the places we visited. They made my tour worth remembering. Kudos. We, a family of 5, had availed the logistics package from Andaman Bliss (AB) during our tour of Andaman islands in December 2019.Mr Praveen of AB had arranged the tour and communicated with me. We were extremely happy with the service provided by AB, especially by Mr Praveen, who managed the entire trip and also doubled up as a guide/ chauffeur in many places.All the details of the tour and itinerary was planned beforehand and I must say we had a very nice and comfortable time touring the island with the logistics package.I had booked hotels on my own. The hotels I had booked turned out to be bad and had to avail some hotel from Andaman Bliss. The hotel Pigeon s Nest in Port Blair provided by them as a cover was very good and was also reasonably priced.I would suggest one to go for a complete package (stay included) and negotiate all the places which you want to be included in the itinerary in advance.I strongly recommend AB for Andaman island travel and I am a 100% sure you will not regret the agency selection and my suggestion.

1st time we visited Andaman with family and children in May last week,2018. At the beginning, I had bit doubt about this tour agency.... but from picking up from Airport till dropped back to Airport along with all the scheduled program was accurately maintained by them. It was very comfortable . The package rate was also very much reasonable. There was no hidden charge.. neither any murmuring from the staff/driver.It was very much friendly service. We have experienced that some other tourists who wanted to arrange everything by themselves had great troubles to book all the tickets and all. Ultimately they had to skip the tour. Thus wasted the entire day. So we need to decide whether we want to enjoy all the sight seeing uninterrruptly or want to save some money. My suggestion, if we can just negotiate and pay little extra money(which they deserve ) ,then we should always go with the tour agency. My trip to Andaman was planned little late with one week left. Was referred to Andaman Bliss through a friend of mine and decided to book through them. The overall process of booking was very easy and all the arrangements were done quickly. There was no waiting time whenever we are going out for sightseeing. The accommodations booked were very good. The co-ordinator used to brief the next days plan and the timings. The timings will be followed as communicated . Was extremely happy when they(Pravin) extended support for ad-hoc plan to go for shopping and visit to a hotel for dinner. Also gave priority for any request made by us. Suggest Andaman Bliss for sure if you are planning to visit. Please visit Jolly Buoy island when open for 6 months in the year. Please make sure to get the booking done. Bad experience with Nirmala. Since i was travelling with an infant and a senior citizen, i had customized the itinerary in detail with her about a month in advance. Despite this planning, we were the ones buying the tickets or waiting for the taxi drivers to pick us up, or calling them persistently for being available on time. By the end of our trip, we were quite hassled. Would never recommend going via them.

I will recommend Andaman Bliss for tour package. Staffs were very helpful and professional.Thanks to Mr Naveen for a wonderful and smooth arrangements, it was a pleasent stay in andaman. Only few problems in Havelock as the staffs were not professional and the service is like not acceptable and the rooms were disaster of Gold India Resort. However Naveen managed to change room to HHBR which was fantastic and the staffs were good.Naveen you are very professional and polite and you were there at any time when we need help. Thanks buddy and you are a person with good heart.Naresh and Suresh you guys are amazing professional very friendly polite and helpful. Thanks to you guys.Keep up the good work guys and ll the best.

We visited Andaman last week with the help of Andaman Bliss covering Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Islands with a very nicely planned package by there team. I opted for there service after reading the reviews on Google and I am really happy to share that they are true to there service and hospitality.Full credit to Mr.Nirmala and Mr. Naveen for the initial planning and follow-ups. Big shout to Mr. Praveen and his ground staff for excellent tour coordination. Hotels, cars, cruises, boats everything was perfectly done and most important was the polite and friendly behavior, regular communication and punctuality of drivers and staffs at every location. By far one of the best travel agency in terms of services. Without any hesitation I suggest people to opt for Andaman Bliss without a doubt, trust me you will be very happy with your decision.

Not a good experience especially about the hotels they book. Blue bridge Homestay Room they booked was small for a family of 4 and infested with rat, insects, lizards .we found out that there were bigger rooms available for a family which they did not reserve. One hotel -velocity -they gave was not even safe.There was only one more person in that hotel apart from us. Nothing in the room was working -like AC, lights. Water coming out from bathroom in the room, bathroom was having hole in the wall. Their restaurant was not even functioning. Our time was spent changing hotels and paying more money to Andaman bliss though we had already paid fully . Travel and sightseeing was coordinated well.

It was an awesome trip which was perfectly planned and executed. Everything was so nice like hotels, cabs and other itineraries. Tour coordination was at its best.Also, pricing of tour was also quite reasonable.I would like to thank to Andman bliss for such a wonderful trip.

I Would have given 5 stars but we faced some issues which were unacceptable. I was in touch with Mr Praveen and the quotations i received before my trip was completely reasonable so i chose this agency.Positives1) Not too pricey.2) The cab drivers are very good.3) They have their own boats as well.Negatives1) Mr Praveen had informed us that he will be arranging bikes for us in Havelock. Since it was Sunday his mobile was switched off for long duration and we found an alternative easily in Havelock but what if we couldnt find one.2) They promised us a Marazzo for our Baratang trip but they sent Ertiga which was not comfortable for long duration trip since we had too keep our luggage also. At least they could have arranged a better vehicle as everyone knows the suspension quality available in Maruti cars is very bad.3) Jolly buoy was our favorite destination in Andaman. For some time the jolly buoy island was closed and we had information that it will be open in Feb 1st week. I kept informing Mr Praveen to arrange jolly buoy island tickets but somehow we felt he was negligent on this and he lied to us that it is still closed. We got to know that it was already open from one local guy in andaman and I informed again to Mr Praveen to arrange tickets but at last minute he failed to arrange.So we missed visiting our favorite destination which was not at all acceptable.4) Mr Praveen wasnt calling regularly, we had to call all the time to get updates on our next day plan. This is reasonably OK understanding his busy schedule but still it should be managed well by him.Compromising on certain things after paying money is unacceptable as a traveler.

Andaman bliss had organized our tour well. Thanks to Nirmala who planned our trip. Cab pick up was prompt in all islands. All our needs were addressed and she had diligently replied to my messages and calls. Overall nice and a memorable family trip for us.Thanks,Dinek

1st time we visited Andaman with family and children in December 1st week,2018. At the beginning, I had bit doubt about this tour agency.... but from picking up from Airport till dropped back to Airport along with all the scheduled program was accurately maintained by them. It was very comfortable . The package rate was also very much reasonable. There was no hidden charge.. neither any murmuring from the staff/driver.It was very much friendly service.My suggestion, Andaman Bliss definitely be one of the best, I would personally recommend.
