Overall amazing experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good wifi considering how far it is from the city. The beach is about 1-2 km away however not allowed to enter the waters. They have really nice swimming pools. Rooms are well furnished, bathrooms are beautifully done. Stay here if you wish for some peace and relaxation and dont plan on visiting a lot of places in Port Blair as it is 25-30 km from the city center.

Beautiful property, very peaceful place. Staffs were very polite, special mention to a Staff from Kerala (Iduki) he was very kind and courteous. Amazing resort with good facilities and good staffs. Receptionist was very kind and courteous.

A quite and peaceful destination for nature lovers

The drive to this place is just beautiful and if you do it in the night it gets friggin amazing. The stars on the way will make your ride much enjoyable. The rooms are so comfy and the food is delicious. Only downside is there is no network in that area except for BSNL. The pool and the jacuzzi are just epic. There is also chidiyatapu close by which has one of the beautiful sunsets. Our group had a lot of fun and made some amazing memories in and around this place 🥰🥰

Quite an amazing property. Near the famous Chidiatapu, this is one luxury gateway to enjoy during your port blair stay. Internet connectivity is a concern but you would love to switch off from the world and immerse yourself in the infinity pool here all day long. Staff is courteous and rooms are amazing!

Lovely property, some issues with internet but all the staff were very generous with sharing hotspots so we could have some connectivity.Very clean, spacious, luxurious and comfortable.

Unnecessarily overpriced menu with food items worse than a roadside shop. A chicken fried rice will cost you 750 rupees and the dish has no trace of any veggies whatsoever, just plain chicken, egg and rice. This is just one of the example among the 7 dishes I tasted. 2 stars given just because of the ambience and architecture of the premises. Not recommended at all for dining.

The stay was great.First & foremost theres no network as of now except for BSNL. Staffs at the reception takes care of your call & internet needs. So that worked out for us.Coming to the property, its excellent. Good restaurant, great live music around dinner time by Shreya, great ambience. Service in general across the property is good.Location is superb, very near to Chidiyatapu beach & Mundapahad beach. Bringing your own vehicle(2 or 4 wheeler) to roam around the area is recommended.

I generally dont review much but just want to give a shout out to team working there.I visited this property for 2 days with family. Excellent property if you are nature lover, surrounded by coconut trees and nature around property is excellent. Perfect for wanderlust!Restaurant food is decent but courteous service team is just great. I guess people serving you make the difference.Karthik the manager was there around to assist us along with padam and Sonu who looked after us and really felt us feel like home. We were spoiled with choices and looked after really well throughout our stay. Housekeeping is Decent as well.Karthik also took us to bar where we got lovely service and was look after very well by his team ( Ask for ravi for some awesome cocktails) live music was a feather on cap . Food here was excellent.Overall we would recomend this property if you want to be out of city and enjoy nature. DONT forget to take pictures at chidiya Tapu. We will be back soon. Cheers !

Symphony samudra is a luxurious resort in the heart of Port Blair. The resort is located at the perfect location. The food is good and the service as well. It has a huge pool and a private beach which is the best part.

The symphony Samudra is a newly constructed property at Chidiyatappu Port Blair. it has more than 80 accommodations,two swimming pools ,restaurant and gym facilities. the property is a bigger one in comparison to average properties in Port Blair. located near the beach the property looks attractive. the problem in the property lies in hospitality side. the food is below average. run by limited staff mostly untrained. bad planning leading to privacy issues, lack of internet facility, cable TV and indoor entertainment facility makes the ranking poor. it is an affiliated resort to club mahindra, but the standard nowhere matches.

Everything was perfect.Rooms were classy and clean. Staff was so polite and helpful.Great experience. Will sure visit again next year.

Located on the outskirts of Port Blair, this newly built resort promises to be one of the best in the next few yrs, but for now, it has many drawbacks. Commuting may be a challenge unless you have your own vehicle. Since it’s an isolated area, there are no dining options nearby nor any stores. A large part of the property is still under construction. The pool and jacuzzi are elegant and functional. Dining is fine with both buffet and ala carte options. Bar has limited options. There is no wifi and no phone network except BSNL.

Beautiful place, its like paradise. Our stay at samudra was phenomenal. The service provide the team was second to none. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The level of hospitality was unlike any other hotel Ive stayed in. The staff were all kind and sweet people and they made us feel at home. The hotel was extremely clean and pleasant. There is so much more i could say about the outstanding service but i think you need to experience it yourself.

Costing is High ..but the view point is good

Ocean front, gorgeous pool areas, beautiful bar and restaurant, excellent service with historic, very well appointed rooms. The only thing I can think here is that people are trying to keep this resort a secret. Do not miss out if you are headed to St. Simons Island, we stayed in an ocean front room (more of a junior suite), that was very large, beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large screen TVs. More than everything you could want in a hotel on the National Historic register.

This property is one of the exceptional ones that actually offer everything it boast of. Rooms are very cosy, the food is to die for and the hosts were extremely welcoming. The vibe of this place is excellent. Infinity Pool –The Best !!We had a pleasant stay during our visit, would highly recommend this resort to everyone.

If you and your team need a complete Data Detox, complete focused interaction and team building then this is the place you must choose.New property, spaceous, well mannered staff, and a large conference room perfectly fits the bill for a company event.Reaching this place takes some time due to roads that are getting relaid/widened. But since work is underway travel time will improve.Stay and conferences in this property + cruise rides to islands and events on cruise ship, clear blue water and associated activities adds a good mix to any event.With a new Airport under construction in Port Blair, things will be even better by the time you plan to visit this place!

Please dont book this resort. I had paid 40K for my booking and cancelled. I had cancelled 30 days prior to my check-in and I am eligible for 100% refund. Now even after 1 month there is no refund and the resort people have blocked all my calls. Pathetic resort. Dont trust these guys

Standard par too low, to specify - neither are you customer centric, nor does you define customer service.We visited with our family to Dine-In wherein walked into a surprise where there wasnt anybody to attend us, we looked for and approached your staff to get ourselves seated and waited close to 15-20mins or say more until we got our order taken yet after requesting for the menu ourselves and reaching out again looking for people 3 times already. There was nobody to welcome us or to approach neither at the reception and was left unattended the whole time, certain part of your menu uses terminologies that are adultery neither does it sound professional or fancy and to let you know it isnt appreciated either.We spent about 25-40mins at your property just waiting while we placed our orders reaching out to your people ourselves everytime, called on your GM to seek his concern and neither did he had the courtesy to come talk to us though he passed by right before us.I have traveled the world and does know what customer service is what to expect and what not to. We pay for the service and not for your absence and not for what you lack-in, in what you call yourself a part of the hospitality industry.When the food arrived it took as aback with the dirty cutleries, strange part was we were still waiting for something to turn out good by ignoring most of it that happened and seeking our understandings ourselves until the food came in, but you were consistent with your low par standards being delivered everytime.Never bringing in any business in the future !!!

The most unique property in Port Blair, with one of the best sunset views I’ve seen. The pool, water bodies, food and bar make it an all inclusive experience. I’ll certainly be going, and highly recommend Samudra as the newest and most spectacular addition to Andaman Islands.

Hi , went to symphony samudra before the lockdown . Undoubtedly the best property in andamans. They staff were properly trained . Stayed there for 4 nights did not even have to lift a finger and everything used to be done by the staff . Very friendly and co-operative . Loved the view specially the room with the pool .it was blissful . I would go again just for the property . Food was amazing with unlimited variety . Thank you tanveer singh for the amazing experience .
