Best destination management company to Andaman islands and only a companyTravel With Me.......

I booked my package with Thomas cook but was assisted by Moutain Edge in the location as they have a tie up .Hospitable travel agents; however there are some miscommunications at times. But they sort it quick.They provide decent stay however not as promised. We were told superior rooms as we took a private package but were given standard rooms.Ferry ride provided were with green ocean however Markus was betterThe ride to North Bay and Ross island was pathethic as they provided inferior boats and you would get drenched reaching the location.I almost fell into the sea while getting down from the boat but thank God for the people who held at the right time.Sea Walk was promised and they took the cash 3500 per head...but on reaching North Bay it was denied.We had to literally beg alot with those crew personally to take us..and remember its after paying 7000.It was like we gave the money and begged.And Moutain Edge just washed hands and said sorry. So we had to take self initiative and asked the sea walkers. Spoke to them about how important this Sea walk was for us..and how we dreamt of Andaman just for Sea walk. And they finally agreed. Moutain Edge did not help.If your going for Sea walk go in Havelock elephant beach,its systematic there.Moutain Edge misleaded us that North Bay is better as it was in Port Blair ...but its not true.On the whole average rating.

I had done the booking through Thomas Cook, who had assigned this local agency. Excellent co-ordination between the local support and drivers, great responsiveness of local contact - Ms.Sunaina & Mr.Sandeep. Due to rains, I had requested for change in itinerary and they accommodated the same and did all the arrangements. Thanks a lot to Sunaina!!!Below are the concern areas which I really want to point out -* Day 2 itinerary - there was nothing on Itinerary. Still they made us get up at 5.45 am to catch early morning ferry to Havelock that was not required at all. This great inconvenience could have been easily avoided!* Stay at Havelock was pathetic as the room allocated to us was terrible* Makruzz transport was given in Itinerary, however Green Ocean ferry was arranged which is not as good* Boats arranged for visit to Ross Island & North Bay was of such an inferior one. We got drenched by the time we reach any place. When we are ready to pay for premium stay in hotels, the expectation would be the same kind in every transport mode in the itinerary. This was very disappointing.

This holiday booking experience with Mountain Edge had terrible written all over it. Booked 6 months in advance and paid 100% upfront despite repeated follow up vouchers not shared. I had to call hotels individually to confirm if the booking existed. I found out that they had not booked the first night which was supposed to be in Fortune and then Fortune was sold it. Had to make do with a tier 2 hotel. Then they charged for AC SUV transfers and had pickups on a Dzire in Havelock and then had th audacity to send a non ac ECO for sight seeing. The contacts were totally unapologetic. Then in Niel island despite assurances they repeated the same nonsense sent a non ac ECO. The resepective SPOCs at different locations keeping pointing the blame at each other and waste ur time and energy. Unscrupulous businesses like mountain edge have no reason to be in business

Best service in portblair by sandheep, bahadur at havelock is worst, instead abhishek came still not as perfect as sandheep ji.. Other than that all are best in them.. Thanks!

Worst experience of havelock. A guide name Bahadur doesnot have any sense of speaking. We had to wait for 3 hours in havelock in a hotels lobby due to lack of information. Our hotel was not booked due to unavailability of rooms but after one hour we (7 of us including 2 ladies) were given a single room to accommodate and then after 4 more hours at night around 9.30 we were given one more room so some of us had to sleep on floors.The guy in port blair named Abhishek is the best guide a tourist can have. Guys please make sure your hotel is booked beforehand and then travel because after a long travel in a cruise you need some rest.
