Love ordering from here. Only reason they get four stars is because I ordered the other day and my order was late, 1 hour and 39 minutes. But then again it was Friday night

My daughter ordered a couple of soft drinks and bubble tea from this place and guess what the delivery guy didnt even provide straws, called to complain and was told someone will come out and true to their promise they actually sent someone out to deliver them, first class service again

Amazing signature shakes. To the brother who talks about stingy and £5, good food is worth a good price. The service was brilliant and the premises were neat and well presented.

Theres no social distance here you definitely get a cold covid here. Its really small no mask or gloves. I work for trading standards next time I promise you they will not be open they lucky that day I would have closed them down. I hope they listened to my conversation.

The location for me is perfect since I no longer have to go to Batley for a good dessert, and having them delivered isnt as good as having it fresh. The desserts here are fantastic, though on the more expensive side it is well worth it if you want a great treat every now and again, I highly recommend the classic chocolate chip cookie dough.

Really enjoyed the waffle bites and milkshake. Will definitely be trying the other desserts here again.The waiting time was a little long but couldnt blame them as they had a LOT of customers at that time we went.

Best dessert place Ive ever come accross. freindly staff and desserts are made fresh to order. they have options to cater for all needs and i was so suprised to taste my first ever eggless waffle. their menu offers a wide range of hot and cold desserts along with milkshakes and karak chai and flavoured nimbu pani (lemon mojito). they have excellent kerbside service. you dont even need to leave the car. if you want to go in and place your order you have the option to do so. i love how they pay attention to detail and how much they value customer feedback. cannot wait to vist again soon.

Food looked good on instagram but when i went there it was shocking and a disappointment i got a lotus cookie dough the dough was so hard that i couldn’t eat it dont know if that was the problem with the oven or if they didnt bake it long enough but it just didnt live to my expectations i expected better quality deserts from this place as i wanted to try it out as it was new to me the ice cream even melted such a dispointment

I have been to crumz now a couple of times and everytime I have been happy with the service . I absolutely loved the Terry chocolate orange cookie dough so will be having that again . But I am someone who loves to try other things so definitely will be trying . Prices are good and staff will service you quickly so if you have not been yet get yourself there as everyone needs to treat them selves from time to time .

Lovely desserts. Quick service and friendly staff. The tea was nice. The highlight was the doughnuts. Soft with generous toppings. We have had the churros and the bites before which did not disapoint. Will be visiting again

A regular here at crumbz. But not sure anymore. Waited 40mins for waffle bites, each time the bites are getting smaller and they give you cream in a small tub which only last 1 bite.

Waffles we had were amazing, they’ve not held back on the ingredients at all and you can tell with the quality of all the products, Packaging is out of this world and service is also excellent!I’d highly recommend.

Forgot the tea and 2 lots of ice cream. Had to go back in and still they forgotto put the ice creams in the bag. Wouldnt give a part refund. Just two melting ice creams dropped off to me. Place needs better organization. Workers are very slow. Expensive for the tiny potions given.

Portion size for the brownie dough ball is ridiculous finished it in two bites and they made us wait half an hour for it. Jokers, learn how to make your desserts properly.
