A very peaceful environment. Very good society. We celebrate festivals like holi and diwali together along with an annual function. The houses are beautiful but the quality is BAD. Great parking space. Shopping complex is OK.

Pros: Peaceful and safe location away from the city but not that far. Its actually just 10 mins away from Prem Nagar market. Closest gated society to UPES kandoli campus. Neighbors are cultured and cordial. Huge front garden and back garden. Scenic approach to the society. Houses are spacious and well-designed.Cons: The construction is old now and there is dampness in walls, especially the ground floor. Public transport is scanty and unreliable. Shops have only basic utilities and are on the expensive side. Monkeys are a menace if you leave clothes outside without pins or keep the doors open accidentally.
