Staff working is most useless & not capable as they do not have proper knowledge.They dont respect & care to customers.Behavior is worst. Behaves as if pharmacy belongs to their father.Without even looking properly the prescription, they say that medicines are not available with them.They are not bothered about their employer and organisation.They are just making a drama of working for the sake of payment.Most worst staff & service at Ponda outlet.

They r not bothered even if the customer is waiting for 15 mins infront of them in a que. They give their priority only to card holders😡 n wt abt d other customers? She didnt even gave the medicine as I was standing infront of her for too long.. They dnt value ppl

When I asked first if they give home delivery, the girl said yes and after knowing that the amount isnt much, though billing would have been more than ₹1000, she denied giving delivery even after letting her know that I urgently needed insulin and I cant be coming to the store as we have recently travelled interstate and under home quarantine.Pathetic service.

This place is ridiculously crazy. The staff is not equipped with the knowledge needed and can be dangerous if you forget to take your prescription. Staff has least courtesy and are dependent on each other for billing. You will see several pharmacists serving a single person. Excuses such as the stock just came in this morning and they cannot bill those are common. Lastly they refuse to accept a card payment and insist on cash unless you turn it back on them. Pathetic.

Apollo staff has no respect to talk to the customers.apollo is building thair customer service by giving discounts and all but staff has no respect.one girl in ponda branch.was arguing with me for change coins.
