Excellent place for repair of laptop and printer

MY dell laptop is not turning on which I faced before also. And in previously servicing it was cleared in 3 days in my state(not goa). Here they asked for 7 days n I have lot of work with my laptop. So agreed and asked not to make more late than 7 days. It shop head told me that he will inform what is the problem. On that day after he didnt cal me till the last day. When I called him on last days he is telling that we cant find the issue of misfunctioning and they will return the laptop.I lost my 7 days valuable time and extended too. After getting my laptop I observed new issue which is not there before.First they dont have any idea about problems in laptop (IT shop). And they say may be short circuit in motherboard so that they can charge more.They dont have technical skilled people.Dont go for nice words of them.Note:not only service centers they are more business people simply rob the customers (NOT ALL PEOPLE).IT SHOP IS DELL AUTHORISED AND THEY WILL SEND LAPTOP TO OTHER DELL SERVICE CENTRE IN PANJIM (WASTE OF TRANSPORTATION TIME)GO TO PANJIM DIRECTLY IS BETTER. WE CAN FIND BETTER SERVICE CENTRE THAN THIS.
