Zero Customer Satisfaction. Laptop boxes seal are opened and they sell. I purchased a seal opened Lenovo laptop from them in March 2021 and from the month 1 - we have issue with hardware. Lenovo support is another failure. No one till date has addressed/called though escalated to the highest official in the company.

Dont buy anything from here. Items are sold double or triple the rates. People from Ponda, if you go to Margao you will get the same item much cheaper. Recently bought an item from them and it got spoilt in 1 day, went to complain about it. The owner said that its a Chinese item. We cant do anything about it and wont refund.

I had given my epson printer for repairing to galaxy computers as i had purchased it from them. When i dropped it to them they said they vl call me back when it is ready. I asked them when i vl get it back. They said, within 7 days it vl b done. After 7 days when i called they said d engineer vl come tomaro. Again after 1 day i called asking about my printer. The person there said d engineer vl come in d evening. I asked him, shall i come to collect it in d evening he said he vl call me. Evening again i called, d lady on other side of phone said engineer said d part is out of stock. I said i m taking my printer. She replied, if u want u can take it back. Somehow i couldnt able to go to collect it for 2 days. 3rd day i went there n asked for my printer. There was dust accumulated on it which clearly indicated that no 1 had toucged it atall. The lady lied to me. Infront of me d owner asked d helper who was present there. Is d printer ready?helper replied engineer has not come only. Galaxy computers had taken d printer and had done nothing. They havent called d engineer nor touched it. It was disappointing. If this is d attitude y 1 should buy any gadget from them? There r lot many options online n even in ponda. Its very easy to break d trust difficult to create and maintain.I m editing my reviews after reading owners review. First of all i was not expecting at that time. I didnt went again n again to shop but i was calling on phone And secondly if repairing is not done y a customer should prefer this shop for buying gadgets. I dont think u remember, i had purchased most of my gadgets from ur shop. The same printer got repaired within 2 days from another shop from ponda itself. If parts were not available printer would have not got repaired by other shop also. and i prefer that shop now for buying printer ink and purchasing new gadgets. Whenever i called to shop asking for whether my printer was ready the lady used to reply engineer vl come tomaro or in d evening or parts r not avaialble. When i was fed up going there i went to collect my printer at that time owner was present.I m not blaming anyone. This is d experience i faced vth the shop. Reviews r given to correct d mistakes.
