I enquired AC yesterday and today they are quoting 1000rs extra. Simply cheating customers. It will spoil the reputation.

In my recent experience I have realized that India’s No - 1 Dealer has nothing to do with advertising and sales service.I went to the Pollachi branch to buy a 32 inch TVOn the way inside the manager was talking to someone who did not see me and when I went to the place where the TV was there was a salesman standing next to the TV. He looked at me and said nothingWhen I asked myself if I wanted to go ahead and watch a 32-inch TV, he called someone else and stood back.The guy who came in to say that there is only Sony onida in the 32 inch TV I ask if there is a SamsungHe said no and went away as if slapped in the faceI came out not knowing what to doThe store has a very small supply of products on displayThe cleanliness of the store was not even slightly maintainedThe street dust is spreading all over the shopOverall it has become what we went for
