They say great things come in small packages. We also could stay for just a day but we stayed at the pool villa and it was simply amazing. The welcome, the service, the stay, the food, the club house, etc. was fantastic. The rooms were spacious along with good facilities. We opted for a candle light dinner and that was arranged well. There are some nice photo points as well and even more if you’re into photography. If you’re around Pollachi, you’ve got to definitely try this place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Make sure you don’t repeat the mistake of booking for just one night like I did.

Nice little drive from Coimbatore, the approach road and connectivity is great. I havent stayed at the property, rather went for lunch. Its an 8 acres property with nice landscaping, accomodation looked great, courteous staff and lunch buffet (though had limited options) tasted good.

Overall experience is too worst, please be aware of choosing those hotels. Review with your friends and families first and then proceed further. We had spend almost 50k but not worthy, lots and lots of restrictions, restaurant peoples were not good in communicating with customers.Fake commitment over the phone been given like bullock ride, kaya king,swimming pool (new rules for dress code been implemented), river walk , indoor games which is not informed in prior.Postive review - Just book the room and have good sleep nothing else to do.

Wow! Had the most amazing stay with my whole family here. The privacy, ambience, the courteous staff, the amazing food bundled up the whole get away in to another level of memory. Stayed there a couple of weeks ago. Very much disappointed with the services and the management.Though we had paid around 8k per night, the room was not ready even aft 3 hours of check in time.AC and TV connectivity issues were there. Indoor activities were not available and they were very much hesitant to provide them while asked upon.

I would always recommend to stay here. Top class services and hospitality . Very accommodative to the guests.

This is by far the best place we have been to in the South near Coimbatore.. The staff are so professional and they deliver to the T.. We had Travelled with a baby and they made baby food on request. Its definitely a great place to chill out.. The breakfast had a lavish spread and the a la carte was also delicious.. The rooms are a bit smaller than what it looks on the pictures but nevertheless they were clean and spacious enough. Would definitely plan a stay again!

When we visited the restaurant for dinner. They asked us to wait in the reception and I asked if I can wait near the pool area, the guy in the reception said it is only for guests that they are staying with them. Later I saw people came for dinner visited the pool side and they had dinner there. This is not right, the guy should have allowed us, when they allowed others.

Excellent stay in pollachi with inhouse entertainment activities. Has a small pond for pedal boating. Pool and Spa not accessible due to covid restrictions. Cycles and other things like badminton racquet, cricket bat ball stump, chess, carrom, trampoline etc available. Dinesh the activity manager engaged us with fun activities in the evening. River walk is must do activity. Be prepared to drench in clean river water. Great food. Overall on the expensive side but worth the spend

We had been there for a photoshoot, everything was fine except for the Changing Room, which was too small...

Tariffs are high. Bathroom so small. In the restaurant, less staff to attend. Lunch items ....o.k....Gravy, curry etc very limited quantity compared to the rate. Breakfast tasty and they give variety of items. Super swimming pool. Beautifully designed premises and well maintained. Courteous staff, particularly, one Ms. Revathi in the restaurant... A place to stay for a day or two....

Stayed for 3 days. The staff were extremely courteous and we were very well looked after. The food was yummy. The only issue was that not all of the items on the menu were available but that is expected because of the pandemic I guess. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks to Yoga, Ramesh, Anish, Nanda and everybody else for making our stay so comfortable.

Spent 3 nights here during Christmas and had a great time. Hospitality is commendable. Located in middle of a coconut grove. Breakfast was good. But apart from the pool and activity area if you are planning to spend ur time relaxing with scenic view this may not be the best place as all you can see from your room is a pond. Lunch and dinner À la carte menu can be improved, don’t have much options for someone looking for traditional South Indian food.

We were at coco lagoon soon after our wedding for a 5 day honeymoon. We had wonderful time at coco lagoon and it was definitely an experience. Friendly staffs, interesting activities and a dog to play with take along. What more we could ask for. They also organized two candle light dinners for us. One inside our room due to bad weather and another next to the pool. I had been to many hotels in Germany, but the interiors and the furnitures at coco lagoon were so good that they meet the international standards. The resort is not so crowded and the breeze right in the middle of coconut farm is unbeatable. Family friendly and kids friendly environment. I would recommend it for families and couples to definitely try it. Worth every penny. I am definitely going there on my next trip to India. What you are waiting for? We visited last week to this resort by seeing the review, but to be frank there is nothing special to pay such huge amount. No facility is under useable condition except swimming pool. All facilities shown are just in photos. Please avoid this resort if you like to enjoy with family. Complete waste of money for the facilities available.

Definitely a premium resort and the service was top class. Great ambience its worth the money.Special mention to Mr.Suresh who was so helpful he provided everything we asked for with a pleasant smile such an asset to the hotel.But food tasted so bland and it was very expensive.Taste and portion was not worth for the money.

A perfect spot for honeymoon and couples photoshoot. The price is around 8K per day, if you pay up another two three K extra you can book for two days! Great service and excellent swimming pool and a very decent resort suitable for a family vacation. A bit overpriced compared to resorts even in Chennai and Pondicherry. Nothing much to see except green scenery and pond and swimming pool.

Great place to stay with family. There is also a river walk to nearby river. Lot of entertainment at the premises. Children get to play with plaster of paris creating pug mark and hand craft. Got table tennis, billiards, mini golf, cycles for use, cricket, badminton, board games. Very friendly staff, neat and clean in Covid. Pool is also great, but cold, but well maintained. All staffs friendly and helpful. Food is also of great quality and taste. Bit expensive. Family can very well spend time here, can relax. Highly recommended.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my family and friends. The pricing was a little too expensive for the services that they offered. It was a very well maintained property in terms of the exterior landscape. The rooms could have been more well designed and maintained. Few problems that we faced include - sprinkler watee seeping through the doors, poorly designed rooms which is a place for a lot of incets to hide from the coconut farm, rooms were a little too small for the price that they offered, the broken exhaust in the restrooms werent replaced, very okayish food and so on. The friendly staff was the only reason why I gave it a 3 star review instead of a 1 star.

I have been to lots of places around the world and this was my worst experience ever in my life..First of all, the hospitality is poor and no proper communication in prior..My birth place is pollachi so i get even more disappointed about it..I feel personally that they have a thought of best resort around pollachi but i will say its not..Whoever see this review should take my word strongly..I need an impact for this review..No worth for money. If someone have an idea of photoshoot please dont.

Prices is at par with 4-5 star, but I personally found the service lacking. Washroom cleanliness was not upto mark, toilet seat had turned completely yellow. The main point for us was we had specific food requirements( no salt.) for our sick parent, which we assumed the resort could cover at the price charged (or even at extra cost if needed), but were disappointed the food alterations were not accomodated. The restaurant food is tasty otherwise, I mean if you dont have strict diet needs. The activity area is nominal & provided for namesake only.

Nice place to get away for a relaxed week end. The accomodation at the garden villa was good. The rooms were very spacious and could easily accomodate a big family (you need to get extra beds ofcourse).They had some indoor and outdoor games for kids which the kids enjoyed. The swimming pool was clean and we had a good time. It does get crowded in the evening.Overall a nice experience. I recommend this place if you are looking for get away places for family near coimbatore.

A well kept resort in a lush green surrounding. Pretty expensive considering the location and facilities.

Excellent service, the property is maintained well. The rooms are normal and done not live up to a star resort standards. The food is average.
