Its famous for cakes. The French fries was the major highlight!! Pizza was very ordinary. Sandwich was better.

Pathetic... Dont buy anything from them. Bought 1 kg black forest birthday cake on Thursday 29th July 21. I told them to specifically pack a fresh one but they gave an old one. Crust was hard. I reported the issue. They are taking it casually and doesnt seems to be caring. Next issue is price. Bought 2 packs of coconut bun from their direct outlet. They charged 45₹ per pack. Local stores are selling their same coconut bun for 35₹ a pack. Too worse. Dont buy.

Wow.... Really nice bakery... They have do-nuts... Which use really awesome!!!! Their buffs are too big to eat, you will feel your stomach filled... They provide variety of Cakes and we can customize them.... Sometimes you will get some good combo offer too.... The cakes they prepare are too soft.... Ummmm.... Yummy.... Flat bread, buns are also available (fresh too).... I would definitely recommend this place guys...Veggie rolls, cutlets.... are also there.... Just FYI...

Worst chilly chicken and chicken soup , I can feel from the chicken taste it is too old, not worth for a restaurant, but items like Bread and Bun is good.

Very bad. Water was not served till asked for. Sweet Corn Chicken soup didnt have sweet corn in it! Poratta is stale. Pepper chicken was just pepper bone and was not fresh. Very Poor.

For past 3 yeras ordered birthday cake for my son, have never been there to the outlet or met them, over phone i give my preference and necessities. The staff give a proper response whether they can fullfill my request or not. And all 3 years the taste, theme was awesome. Delivered properly as asked. Very happy to be their customer

For your cake purchase, they have mango, kiwifruit, plum, black currant birthday cakes, puffs, Tea cakes. Nice and delicious cake, I reduced 1 rating because they need to improve in their packing. The birthday cake was packed with its side edges cut off by the paper box.

I was a old customer of RS Puram Merrie berrie, home for wonderful pastries but this outlet failed to meet my expectations.Bought Japonese cake which was worst i had at a premium baker.Wheat bread and veg puff good.Other pastries on display didnt tempted me. People on sale point were unenergetic.Edit: My issue is Japan cake bought yesterday was very poor in taste. Not about availability

The factory outlet at Vellalur Road is staffed by uninterested, incompetent people who cant record an order. I ordered a chocolate fantasy cake for my sons birthday. Went to pick it up and they very coolly informed me that Oh, we mixed up the cakes. Your cake is now some pink fruity thing. And apparently no one is in-charge there either. So, I didnt waste my time arguing. I got my money back and wont be shopping with them anymore. Apparently the owner is someone who trained in pastry making outside India. It might be good if these people learnt customer service as well.

Earlier it was so good, but now they started making and selling lot of items, they are not able to maintain the quality of the food items once they provided.
