Great place with best choices of product. We like that they keep SweetBeat Vodka in stock. Its Texas owned but made in France from French Sugarbeets, absolutely no hangover at all. All natural & Gluten-free

Had what I wanted and no one else around did. I drove from Aubrey to get it. Very helpful staff looked up my order from one store to the other to find the inventory and was able to tell me which isle and on which shelf to find it. Very happy!

Hello, my friends and I came from New York, stopped not far from your liquor store. Three of us went into the store and chose what we wanted to buy, we were asked to show the ID, we showed the ID, but one of us had the ID in the car in the hotel parking lot. We were asked to bring the original ID of a friend, or they said that they would not sell the product within 24 hours. We went to the hotel and it is about 1 km away and returned with a friends ID, but you still decided not to sell us the product. Why then does he say that the original ID is required and make you go to the hotel and tells us that we will not sell you come tomorrow? It seemed to me that you do not like visiting people, and do not value clients. You could explain the ID situation in more detail and not make you waste time and go to your store twice. I will raise your rating to 2 stars just because you served us on 3 attempts. Remember clients should not be offended and guests should be met well. The question also arises why the product was sold for the third time.

Im glad to see Total Wine is still requiring masks. It shows empathy and consideration, something many people need more of. For the record, it is a business personal decision to require masks, and their choosing to not serve you because you think you are above their rules and will not wear a mask is not discrimination.And yes! You must buy your items before the store closes! It is the law! They are not legally allowed to sell to you after that time, so dont be surprised about the countdown. They are doing you a favor by counting down for you.Ive been going to this location for about 10 years, and the service is always impeccable. Experts walk around offering help, and they are always super helpful in recommending amazing items. Total Wine is my favorite liquor store. Ive been to a couple other locations, as well, and they have all been similarly impressive.

Ive bought beer/liquor from this place since they opened. They always have what Im looking for. I just have to give 3 instead 5 stars for the overall customer service I typically got when I walked in. I dont think Ive ever been greeted upon entry. Maybe being African American is why? The managers seem to think I dont belong when they see me or maybe think theyre better than me. There are good people working there but dang Ive paid over a hundred visits and they still just stare at me like Im from a horror movie. Great selection though.

HUGE selection to choose from. Very knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and available. They literally had someone in the bourbon section just answering questions about bourbon for the people in that area. Went to get a gift for a friend who is really into unique whiskeys and was able to nake a much better choice than I wouldve without help.

I understand laws have changed. I was in pain and needed my cousin to assist me with getting bottles. Everything I need is always on the bottom shelf or very top. I have chronic back pain. I understand they have to check ID and yes he is under 21. But really felt alienated here. They didnt sell to me. Im upset because I feel this process doesnt make sense.ive been in there many times with my kids and they never asked a single question. Maybe it was because I look Hispanic and he looks super white IDK but I will never come back here.

Normally I would say that I am a huge Total Wine & More fan. However my recent experience has changed my viewpoint of this store. They have now decided that they will not service any customers without a mask, further going as far as berating said customers publicly. Whether or not I wear a mask is a personal decision (legally as dictated by our governor). As shown in other legal cases, it is not legal for a business to discriminate against anyone.

Rows and rows of floor to ceiling alcohol and a humidor full of cigars. Many items have helpful tags on them listing flavor notes and/or if theyve won awards. The cigars I bought were a 2019 winner of some sort and the champagne had a tag that read impress your guests-- something like that! Staff is friendly and happy to assist.

The selection here is good. They will ignore other customers that might have questions to harass those that know how to make adult decisions for themselves. Sadly, the irony of providing a substance known to cause more harm in this world while harping on something that has little impact, is lost on these people.

Usually go to different total wine but was closer to this one. Dont guess it matters which one you go to, theyre polite, courteous and prompt at all of them.

Dangerously huge selection. I had to get what I wanted and get out or Id have filled a cart and risked divorce. Having lived only in states with state-run liquor stores Total Wine & More was a real eye opener.

They were doing a promotion to engrave a saying on your bottle. Im not sure how practical this is...but its fun.

WOW. Visited this store for 1st time today...awesome. My wife and I lived in Italy for 3 years and got spoiled by wine and liquor options that we have been unable to locate anywhere in the states. Well, this place had a good number of them. Extremely hard to find scotches, excellent Italian and French wine selections at extremely good prices. Our mouths dropped when we discovered this place, selections, and prices. Hands down our only shopping spot from here on out.

In town for a hockey tournament and stopped in to get supplies for the weekend. Totally amazed at the selection and variety of everything. Apparently, however, we were there too close to closing time and we were very rudely asked to vacate the store with a minute by minute countdown to closing. The same employee asked us three times if we needed help, and then told us “we close in ten minutes so...” then later “we are closing in 5 minutes...” I overhead the same employee asking another potential customer the same. The customer asked a question about a product, and the associate barked back “Well I have about 8000 of those, and we close in 3 minutes!” We thought about dropping our handfuls and leaving, but decided to head to the registers and make the sales staff happy. We paid for a much smaller amount of product than we wanted, and felt completely in the way and not appreciated at all. I would drive by this place and spend your money elsewhere where they will welcome the business.

The best place I have been in North TX for all of your alcohol needs. They have everything you can imagine including international liquors and kegs for your biggest parties.

All I had to do was use the bathroom and they denied the person I was with service because I was underage even though I wasn’t buying alcohol and they where, she asked for my ID even though I wasn’t buying alcohol and didn’t have any alcohol or intention of getting it, and just trying to leave

Up until a couple of weeks ago Id had nothing but positive experiences at Total Wine and as an Instacart shopper actually looked forward to those orders because they were small and quick, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Then last week at the Allen location a staff member told me that they had been instructed not to assist Instacart shoppers with finding products. I posted a review about it and received a note that apologized for that poor level of customer service. I have yet to go back because I dont have the patience for being treated poorly while patronizing an establishment and I dont have time for BS. Then this... This week I was shopping at the Preston and 121 location and when I asked for help locating some beer on the craft beer aisle I could get no help whatsoever. I mean blatant disregard for responding to any of my requests for assistance. I asked at least 7 employees for help, had help paged and asked to see a manager multiple times and finally after locating some of the items myself I badgered one employee enough that he came begrudgingly to the aisle and pointed out two of them. It took him less than 1 minute total to assist me. One young guy tried when I first asked but was as lost as I was and told me he would find someone to help me. He came back to the aisle a few times with other customers but never found anyone to help me and never even offered to help me look. I never saw a manager even though I requested to speak to one multiple times. The last item a customer shopping next to me on the craft beer aisle located on another aisle. Luckily I found all of the items in the end, but it took me over 45 minutes to find eight items. Not to mention the complete disrespect and outright rudeness I encountered as the patron of a business. I can only surmise that the poor treatment was due to being open about being an instacart shopper, as I have never had that type of experience in my life! I wait in line and swipe a card just like all the other patrons, just because it isnt coming out of my account personally doesnt mean I should be discounted as a customer. As a sometimes customer of Total Wine myself in the past, going forward I doubt I will ever return.

Highly recommend going to another store! Shopping with my husband tonight who was 100% in compliance with the mask mandate and told to leave the store because I uncovered my nose from my mask. The female employee at the front of the store physically took the cart from my husband and told him to leave the store because his wife was being aggressive by not covering the nose with the mask. Totally uncalled for and extremely insensitive to customers who have medical conditions excusing them from the mask mandate. Never imagined one needs a doctors note to spend $200 in a public store. Says SO much about Total Wine who we’ve supported for many years! Not anymore!

This is my always go to store. They always have something new and interesting variety on the shelf and show cases. A huge variety of Wines , Scotch , And all the other alcoholic beverages. My Fev section is a beer section. Alot of imported beer and from different countries as well.

Visited this place on Feb 18th, online info says its open. I even called the place and the voice instructions instructed that the place is open. I understand that this place might be closed due to winter strome. It would have helped consumers like me, if that is updated for online viewing visitors

They were out of a ton of beers. Also, some guy came over acting like he knew what he was talking about and wanted to help me find a few beers that I was told were pretty good. It was about 5 minutes before close (not usually the guy that holds the store up) and it was pretty obvious that the only reason he came over was to tell me that the store was closing soon because he mentioned it 3 times in the 5 minutes he was supposedly helping me. Great customer service dude.
