I use to love this Wal-Mart! The workers are usually friendly and very helpful. The last 2 times that I went into this location the gentlemen up front CSM was very unprofessional.

I probably will not come back to this location. I was looking for a specific product and there were multiple issues with one clerk. Another was trying to be helpful but it would have been nice for her to just take over helping or let me leave as I stated I wanted to do because of how rude the man was being. He was argumentative while I just simply repeated and showed him the product I needed.Aside from that, there are too many posts about scams, car jacking, and other crimes against shoppers there. I had shopped there several times and usually service was pretty good and I have had no personal crimes happen to me, it just seems like too much happens here and there are other Walmarts I can go to.

I was in here not too long ago and came in with a bag with a shoebox of shoes I had just bought at academy next door waiting on my friend to pick me back up while he went to fill up his car. One side person saw me walking in and we both said hello. They did not have the soda I needed so I was on my way out and a lady grabbed my arm and stopped me demanding I open up my shoebox and let her inspect it because she said I looked suspicious. Keep in mind I am 20 and have visible arm tattoos and took a lot of offense to that. Just because someone looks to be in their teens and has tats automatically makes them shoplifters or thieves apparently. What a trashy person!

This Walmart is closer to home and there is nothing special when compared to other Walmarts. There are two that are more of a drive but are bigger and cleaner than this one.

I had called this location twice to speak with someone. However, both of my calls were ended before I was connected with anyone. This is a bad representation of such a large company with so many resources. Weather your employees didn’t answer the phone or my call was never connected to a representative still overall a poor experience. I will call another company who is willing to help me.

Wow, Im surprised this Walmart was not organized. Very unorganized and getting help was not easy or knowledgeable. Even the employees didnt know where some items were. This needs some serious attention!

I have changed about 6 tires to my car in the last year, in the auto center of this walmart, they always charge me the cost of the rotation for life, but they never rotate my tires. The customer service staff is always looking for an excuse not to rotate. this is a fraud.

This Walmart used to be really nice but he is absolutely gone to trash most of the employees speak very little English and its very poor you can understand what theyre saying and as far as customer service there is none again this Walmart has really gone downhill quickly... and oh gosh dont get me started on the motorized handicap carts they have four of them tell them which are consistently broken down the other two are so shot and the majority of the time theyre left out in the parking lot drained of their battery! Theres only a couple of the employees that work there that I really really like but they seem to be doing the work for everyone else including management ...which is virtually non existent

Used to be easy to check out with one line for all the self checkout machines. They remodeled recently and its way less efficient, and the lines are ridiculous. I really want to know why they changed it.

I can find almost everything I need at excellent prices. However, customer service is bad. The employees don’t speak English well and half of the times don’t know where the products are located at. Bathrooms get dirty a lot of time.

It is always so messy and dirty at this Walmart. I hate when I have to run in here for a quick stop. The employees can be in the way, pretty rude, and loud....I try to be pretty understanding as most customers I am sure, but when I have to go from waiting in line to pay for my things and then sent to hunt down an employee to get my item out of a security box to then waiting in another line is just ridiculous!!

Why arent there ever any shopping carts? Or fresh produce for that matter. Definitely worth a stop for certain items, definitely not a one stop shop for groceries.

Very nice store, convenient hours, they are always open, even when everything will be closed, you know walmart will be open. I love the grocery here, nice, fresh, organic options that are not expensive, I love this. The bread is freshly baked and yummy. You can find everything in this 1 store, fresh fuits, vegetables, grocery, jelly, bread, clothes and everything. I find this very helpful especially with kids you cannot drive to different places for different things. Kids snacks are good price too. Summer fruit punch ,lemonades are very tasty. I like to buy clothes that are on sale, you get them in good price. Many options to pick from when it comes to cosmetics, over all good experience.

Went to get my 2nd covid shot. You might want to set up an appointment because there was an hour wait for walk-ins. Lots of people getting their shots! Thank goodness. 😊 The pharmacy was going as fast as they could for the amount of people that showed up at once. They were very polite and efficient. Good experience.

I went here Saturday morning and the store was very well organized and the shelves were fully stocked. Highly recommend.

Has an auto center two for one shop for groceries and get your car looked at have a flat get it fixed for a low price to free checks

This supercenter has good selection and pricing, I do not like that there is nothing but self checkout at night, and when you go to check out there is always between 6 - 20 people in line ahead of you. It seems like they could at least keep one regular checkout lane open, to cut down on checkout times. It is always slow like this at night like 8 pm on

Good selection of cheaply made goods. Bought a pair of stretch, thin material shorts. The colorful sun/moon pattern caught my eye but it when wearing them they ride up and their way to thin for the purpose made, they r going back for a refund.

Store is currently being remodeled, so large sections of the store are inaccessible. Construction workers are lazy and blocked off access despite shelves being fully stocked. Multiple checkout stands unmanned and automatic checkout lanes closed leading to long lines. Avoid this store, at least for now.

This Walmart is like the Twilight zone. Everything seems normal at first, but then you start to notice that the employees are giving you this weird look like youre suspect or something. They do this whether youre inside the store shopping or done shopping and outside the store walking away. You then also start to notice this particular store has way too many kids. I mean, sounds like a family store, except then you start to notice that a lot of these people with all these kids dont have shopping carts and theyre just running around the store. I mean, all fine, until today I went to the store and I notice theyre like chasing me around the store. They just walk in without shopping carts and without buying anything and apparently chase people around the store? And then, thing is that when they get close up, theres like something off, like as in they dont look 100% human! This store is more conspiracy theory than the Outer Limits. If you dont believe me, try shopping here. If you dont run into something looking like an alien in this store, then you need new glasses! I know, you could say that about all Walmart shoppers, but this store is different... trust me!

I ordered a grocery delivery from this location and never received it. I tried for 2 days to call the store nobody will answer the phone, no one will help me, so I am out money and out groceries and I will never shop at the store ever again!It is unbelievable that no one at the store will answer the telephone and your options on the menu are limited. They simply refuse to answer the phone and even if they do they dont care to help you at all.

Easy to park, access, and exit. Staff was friendly and courteous. Easy to navigate store. Very clean and not too crowded!

The staff at this location is always courteous and most helpful to assist.The store is clean.The one negative is the location of the COVID vaccinations. Right outside the back restroom is not exactly sanitary. Not to mention blocking that facility.

This is a Walmart conveniently located off of Hwy 75. They have a wide array of goods. I particularly enjoyed their tofu. Protip: The deli serves free mayonnaise, sweet relish and mustard, in small sachets. Now you know.

Clean, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Easy to get to and out of the area. Found several summer clothes that other Wal-Marts didnt have.

An OK store for doing grocery. There is never anyone around to help you out. The restrooms are dirty. No customer service. It has self checkouts, thats the only positive. No great deals and the fresh department looks being taken care of well. Thats another positive. Overall an OK place.

This is probably one of the WORST Walmarts that I have ever visited! They dont want to work and are very rude! My husband grabbed a cart that was next to our self checkout because we had a lot and needed an extra basket. The basket had one pack of strawberries in it. He put it on top of the fridge with other things that people had put back. The Yellow Vest had a whole argument with my husband because he said he was using the cart my husband reminded him that we were customers and he said he didnt care and that it was HIS cart! Asked for a manager that never showed probably because he never called them like we asked! I will stick to the Neighborhood Walmart where they have better customer service!

It is a super center, so you can find most grocery you need in one shopping trip. It has efficient pharmacy. It has crafts/fabric, garden center, baby needs, clothes and accessory. Electronic and computer, TV too. School supply always easy to find and on sale.

This store is consistently substandard. I’ve complained to HR three times for poor treatment by staff. I haven’t been there for roughly 6 months and I stop in today and they have no carts. None. And, none outside in collection area. Very simply, pathetic management. Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to.

The carts wheel did not work. So I went to change cart. Forward about 10 min. Wife starts to look for phone.So stupid me was not paying attention.My wife had put her phone and book in the cart. Went to manager to see if we could look at camera and find out who took phone. He said he had found phone and had it. Great manager walking around and checking his store. Thank you Derrick.So as we were self checking out. A young lady came in and was frantically looking for something. Walked up to the attendant and asked if anyone found any money. The attendant (Noha) pulled the money out of her pocket wrapped in the receipt. Asked the lady what was on the receipt. The lady was so happy. Will have to drive the extra distance more often.

Great grocery store frozen foods are cheap you can get alot of frozen foods for 100 dollars

I have to say there was a very hot dog in the store, but otherwise nobody makes wood like walmart. It didnt look like a Egg! So crazy, Totally recommend buying Sulfur eggs from Shell. So great!

This store is HUGE! Definitely well stocked with all the items all the time. This was one of the stores that was decently re-stocked even during the pandemic. The clearance section is not to be missed. Once l got a huge size rug just for $9!!Tired by all shopping? Grab a burger at the in-house McDonalds. Enjoy your shopping here guys!

Not every Walmart is the same. I walked out without purchasing anything because they didnt have several items on my list. I went to another Walmart down the road and found everything on my list.

I though I hated Walmart. I still do, I guess, but this walmart is unlike any I have seen in ages. Very clean with a friendly staff. They had a greeter, which my local Walmart lacks, and they had at least 7 registers open. And only three of them had anyone in line. My local walmart will have literally one register open with 10 to 20 people in line. It was am emergency and I was dreading going into this otherwise god awful store.

This was a terrible store this time. Some products that walmart usually stocks was nonexistent. Checking out was even worse. After scanning all my items and bagging them. I found out I had to pay by card. I didnt have my card. So I started to go to the checkouts up front. An employee took the bag away from me and starting handing my items to me one by one. I waited in line to be checked out. There were only 2 check outs available. When it was my turn I was told they didnt have any change. I was upset and said you have got to be kidding me; this is a super walmart. An employee heard me after a couple of minutes and brought change. Why was I told there was change to begin with. It was disgraceful of this particular walmart. They obviously need some pointers on how to have serve their customers. Which I nor my family will go to again.

Store was busy. Got in and out was not there long. I had just a few items to get. They were out of some of my items.

For some reason they only have one cashier and half the self checkouts open. Be prepared to stand in line.

This Walmart Supercenter is very clean. But I do have to agree with many other people when I say that the employees are very unfriendly and unhelpful. It is not set up like other Walmarts very confusing a backwards. Other complaints consist the parking lot is constantly full hard to find spots. Another complaint I have is the fact that they have a police tower in the parking lot which makes me feel unsafe and unwanted. Close to the freeway very noisy. The roads in front of the store are very confusing as there is one only one way in and one way out as theres a one-way Street. Would highly recommend management to reevaluate their employees. I think all in all that this Walmart infrastructure needs to be reevaluated and restricting dont know if its the employees or the management in general but something needs to be done. Would not recommend.

I am only going to shop at Walmart for just a few things. Walmart has replaced ALL registers eliminating ALL cashiers!! After working all day the last thing I want to do is go to Walmart and check and bag my own groceries. Also, I think its deplorable that Walmart caused so many people to loose the jobs they needed to live in order to provide for their families.
