As with other ethnic stores, I do not think Im qualified to give proper evaluation. We go there because its close to our home and prices for vegetables are rather decent but quality is below than in average grocery store. Cant say anything about quality and choice of Indian foods but it looks like it is popular.
This store looks good from outside. Once you enter the store, it is a bit congested. Another issue I see is that the products placing is not well organized. The good thing about this store is the products availability especially for the size of this store. Another good part is that they have a good number of sales counters and they are quick
Needed medicinals for virus was able to get fresh turmeric and garlic and taro root. Customer service was helpful and friendly in assisting me.
Great place for Indian grocery and food items. Reasonable prices but i wish they start a loyalty program as well. You can get cooked curries, chapatis, and other snacks here.
I get my groceries from India bazaar. But I never like the vegetables. Packed goods are cheap so good for that.
Organized. Maintained well. Vegetables can be Lil more fresh.
Has wide variety of Indian groceries and decorative festive items
Store contains almost all Indian ingredients, vegetables, pickles and diary products which we may hardly find in India some times. Do consider visiting for Indianness. 👍
Good broad set of inventory, also has a attached restaurant, checkout lines can sometimes get really busy but 4 out of 5 times the checkout takes 5 mins or less
They have all the spices and all the Indian spices and all the vegetables in a good price.
Extremely rude, unprofessional manager. Not open to feedback. DONOT buy any utensils or products as alot are stale/expired or defected products. Better go to any other location as even the staff is not open to listen to customer concerns and feedback.
The Store is Clean & the merchandising is well organised. The down side is that the prices of some of the dry groceries are a bit higher than the other India Bazaar Locations. Also visited the Twist Of South Restaurant located in the store. Tried their Masala Dosa, which was nice & crisp. I am glad that the Masala was not in the Dosa as I had ordered, because the Masala was too soggy. The Chutney was good, but it did lack a Tempering of Mustard Seeds & Curry leaves, and the Sambhar was Excellent.
Undoubtedly a well organized and clean store, but we all have heard the saying that, All the glitter is not Gold. And this is one of the spot, fit this saying. Im recently relocated in this neighborhood and done shopping twice from there for all indian groceries and few utensils and when i got back home and while arranging the stuff i found 3 items were passed the expiry date and 2 of them were gojng to expire in under a month.Bought some utensil which discolored during the first meal cooking. When i brought this back to the store, they refused to either take their food items back or the utensils by saying its the store policy once sold no refund and exchange. And on that policy they are putting stuff on shelf which is passed the expiry date and of degraded quality. Would never recommend this store at all if this is the last store to go to.Worst part their manager some lady is so rude that she is not even open to hear the concern or accept.the item sold was by mistake or replace it.
Nice place to find Indian n Pakistani grocery shop
India Bazar is an Indian / Asian grocery shop with plenty of choices of same or similar item. Their quantity are at least 10% better than Patel Brothers. Prices are reasonable sometime slightly higher than Patel Brothers. IB and GM brand are close to their own sourcing or processing and are better priced than any other Indian grocery in town. Many authentic Indian products are available and some are from Bangladesh and Pakistan. Srilanka’s brand are mostly not available. They have 15+ varieties of rice and 5+ varieties of atta. Location is very nice and parking are little tight. They have party hall and catering for event booking. The location is exact next to the Marriot hotel.
Large store with good amount of groceries
Nice location, organized and professional/friendly staff. Found some things I hadnt seen in other Indian grocery stores. Will be back for sure!
Had to pick up a door dash order form there a few weeks ago and let me tell you it was a terrible experience. Every one gave me nasty looks that made me VERY uncomfortable. When I asked a worker where I get the orders she looked me und and down and just pointed to the area further back. Never said a word. Went to the bathroom that had no soap and was dirty I ran out of there qith the order. I will avoid this place in the future
Good options and close to home
I found Haleem wheat there. It was pretty good and easy to cook
This was an AMAZING visit! The staff were friendly and willing to assist. The store had a large variety and selection of quality products. There were spices and seasonings, rices, flours, side dishes, and many more items to choose from. Location is highly visible from the road and was very clean and organized. They had vitamin supplements, lotions, creams, shampoos, and my favorite incense! Hope to see you there! You must go for your self.
Nice place for indian groceries
Well maintained place. Don’t get tempt by the eatery they have along with it. Along with grocery you end up buying some snacks too :-) .
Little expensive but good place having plenty of varieties and company’s available for each product
Nice location and good selection
First time trying this location and Im definitely not going to spend a penny in this place again. When I went in the store was filthy and disorganized. I found rotten vegetables and fruits. The frozen food is extremely expensive compare patel brothers. Customer service is disgusting. The lady cashier checked me out, raised her eyebrows on me for buying only 2 things from the store. Shes lucky that I even purchased anything from this horrible store. Gross store and disrespectful cashiers, now I know why the store was empty.
Great stop if you want authentic Indian food. All types of Indian food are available and always busy.
Clean store, free parking. Most common indian grocery items are available such as fresh vegetable, dry grocery, frozen items, kitchen utencils
Great place. Friendly and helpful staff.
Fresh indian vegetables, grains, snacks and other items
Ki is good for me and I’ll let you know when we are done and we can get a Indian foods in a little later
Great store! The Cafe thats connected is incredible! Come and get some samosas!!!
You can find anything you need.
Clean and fresh vegetables and groceries also friendly staff
Very nice store. Respectful people. Store Very neat.
One stop place for all indian groceries. The supplies are fresh and well stocked. The lines can get quite long at times
Great and large stock of green fresh vegetables!
It okay place. It just had a smell I didnt like about it.
The cashier is very nice. I didn’t know I forgot some stuff I bough. She brought them to me when I was already in my car for leaving the market.
This store has more prices on vegetables as compare to nearby Indian Grocery stores. Very small store and congested. One of the worst reward program they have - $20 for $2000 spending.
I got Indian spicy snack named Gatiya. When I ate it was super spicy and no Indian or human will eat that spicy snack. I went to service desk to return the item which is little open. I returned it because I didn’t liked the product that they sold. They can return to their dealer or let their snack dealer know. But the lady just denied to take return or replace it. I just threw it in garbage. So my suggestion is never expect returns in this stores. I need to deep dig into this for a appropriate resolution so that no one like me face similar issue. Any one faced similar issue let’s join make this to some extent.
Good grocery store with fresh vegetables and items
I am giving 3 because of the loud music in the store not sure why on earth they should play loud music in a super market and irritate people. Outside it was 100F hot and inside loud music which will give you good headache. Better play some light music and make us cool when we shop.
Can you please make sure the electric vehicle car charger is working? It’s great that you offer this service to customers but if it’s not working it’s useless. The EV charger does not have power, I asked customer service they said they had not idea of how it works.
Looks like they dont forgot about customer service.Anyways desis will come and buy.. no option for them. That is the attitudeNeed improvement
All Asian Grocery needs in one place at affordable prices
We enjoyed the savory treats at Rajulas Kitchen .India Bazaar is well stocked with essential Indian grocery products and the vegetable section has good quality produce
Its like any other Indian grocery store with all basic things that u might need for the weeks meal plan. They have a member program which is good but the one important thing that I hate to do is use my hands to enter the phone number without sanitizing esp with the on going scenario..
Wide variety of indian groceries and fresh vegetables. Well organized and easy to shop
I visited this store on couple of days ago, and purchased a lot of stuff which includes “snacks”. When I started eating that after reaching home, it tasted very different. Upon checking it was expired. I am here just to warn everyone check the dates before purchasing. And it’s the responsibility of the inventory management team to check the inventory time to time.
Good place to buy Indian grocery items.
Very nice ambiance indian grocery store with lots of organic option..I do my weekly indian grocer here
Very helpful.
India bazzar is next to our house ..We usually perfer to go there on weekends..There buy a lot of groceries for our home..So many weekly offers will be there..As been a part of member of India bazzar we will be getting discount in price while we reach the points..so many parking lots also available that the good thing..Inside rajulas also famous for snack as well as tiffens..
Very good..
All Indian groceries and vegetables are available here.
Smaller than the one that we usually go to. I like the on the main st and Preston, on Frisco. Like this brand better than Patel brothers. More organized and better organic availability. Billing is slow though!!
Very helpful associates
One stop for all Indian groceries. Neatly organised and supportive staff.
Nice ambient
Very narrow aisles.
Bugs in LentilsI bought 3-4 different kind of lentils from India Bazaar, Spring Creek on Friday 3/13.Yesterday l was cleaning one of the lentils bag and found a live pantry beetles (also called weevils or ghuns) in the bag.We took it back to India Bazaar and showed the beetles to the cashier and told her we wanted to return all the lentils. She told us that there is no returns or any refunds. We asked to see the store manager who was also not interested of our concerns and she walked backed to her office without helping us. As they were not helpful we left all the lentils at their shop. My only hope is that they don’t restock. We have informed the health department. Please be careful when you buy from India Bazaar. We will never shop at this place again.
Good place to buy indian groceries
Good one, foundAll I wanted. Social distancing is bit problem if you visit on peak hours
Customer service is good andWe get all the items of India and in simple its mini india
It have all the indian groceries. Serves plano Frisco, allen and other surrounding areas.
Bought a ganpati pooja samagri box, items mentioned in the list are not there in the box, feeling so bad. Again i have to go n get.
These people are bad at their job... They had my favorite chocolate(it was rare) and i took it without reading the expiry date, because i knew that all stores always check the dates of chocolate expiry time so i took the chocolate and bought 3 packets after checkout i started eating and then i went to another store and i started feeling weird when i ate half the packet of the chocolate i kinda started choking then i noticed it was 4 days expired i went back to the store with all the chocolates i bought and complained and they gave me my refund but i checked the chocolate box i took the chocolate from and i saw that all chocolates were expired and they said it was a fast selling chocolate...i just wish i will be fine and i am NEVER going to Indian Bazaar after this.
Nice for indian grocery
Good indian grocer
You can find all the indian products easily.
Update: after extensive research, I found that their prices are higher (than their closest competitor). There is a reason that Indian Bazaar gives points on purchases, and that competitor doesnt have that scheme. You can not return anything, even if it is defective. Also, see the photos that I have posted - the fruit is fungus infested. All the Lychees were bad, and we chose the ones that seemed to be good / without fungus, but the next day we found that what we had bought was also with fungus (even though we had kept it in the fridge). AVOID this place if you can.
Decent selection, but wasnt too impressed with the staff on the foor.
Unnecessary Expensive
Good place for good and reasonably priced groceries. They have a cash rewards program that is really good too. Very friendly staff.
Difficult to find things
All need for Indian things
Well get all indian veggies and groceries in one shop.
Its good for all Indian Groceries. They should have just maintain little bit more in Covid-19 like separate entry and exit and caution on billing counters.
We like this shop and we frequent here for Indian grocery items. Well-priced and stocks everything we need. Thanks.
More variety and good price
They say I have bring my own protective to protect my self. I cannot use their grocery bag to cover my hand from touching because it cost them.
I can always find 1-2 new seasonal products. This is my go-to place for all Indian grocery needs.I always check the expiry dates for packed products as I have found expired products in shelves a couple of times.
My husband loves fresh peanuts so you get them from India Bazaar.
Good place to buy Indian stuff. Dont miss the India Bazaar rewards 😉
Veg puff vegetables inside was old and molded smells real bad
Recently I bought Gajanan premium sona masoori Rice . The Rice is smelling bad with in a hour it’s boiled. I cal the customer service they could not replace due to COVID 19 pandemic . I am a customer for IB past four years it’s bitter experience for me .
Prices r high but clean store
The store sells Indian grocery and vegetables. The store is clean and well lit with goods arranged well. The customer service is good. Their frozen section has a variety of ready to eat meals and desserts besides regular frozen vegetables, Indian breads etc.
Okay ,there is scope for improvement in the freshness of vegetables vis a vis their price
Fresh produce not so fresh all the time.
One shall find all Indian spices and related groceries here. I prefer this place for it has limited options and very well organised and products are reachable; meaning the shelves are not tall like some other stores.
Compared to Patels, India Bazaar might not large in area but they do have almost all the brands here. Ample space to park, and ample space inside the store to walk. Decent collection and quantity of fruits and vegetables, although not as much as Patels. Instead of the chappathi and snack corner that Patels have inside the store, India Bazaar outlets have a Rajulas Kitchen restaurant connected to the store, but I prefer the Patels version. Some of the leafy items like mint leaves, Curry leaves are cheaper here at India Bazaar.
