Delicious cakes but dont even bother getting anything else from here. The paneer tikka Frankie is not a Frankie. It was wrapped in one of those flour tortillas you get at Walmart. Tasted bad and had more cabbage and onions than paneer. The panini was more like a sandwich tasted very mediocre. Dont call that Panini or Frankie please. Samosa chaat was just decent.

I ordered chicken majestic and chicken fried rice, both the items did not meet the expectations and were very unsatisfactory. The chicken used was blunt and tested sour. I will not be visiting this location going forward. Please make sure the food you ordered is fresh or else you will end up getting frozen food being served as fresh.
Masala tea, indian cakes, egg puff and excellent appetizers... always enjoyed their plumcake. Pretty much consistent for a very long time. This is our stop for indian snacks.
Went there today, got some samosas to taste, they were soggy like dough, I told the guy that they tasted bad and wanted to return the to go order to get something else, he was like We dont take food back , I dont care if you take food back or not but for the sake of customer service, they should accept feedback and offer service. not going back!
Worst place to have snacks in entire Plano-Frisco area. The staff are least bothered about the service. I ordered samosa chat, tea, and the taste was too bad. The chatni was pathetic in taste, not even sure if they poured chatni or some sour gravy on it. Most of the menu items are not available, The I would not recommend this restaurant for anything!
We have been to this place recently, the customer service is pathetic. We had to wait about 40 min to get a pizza. The food is fine but they need to work on customer experience!! My kid got tired of waiting and couldn’t eat the food
Horrible experience ordering food from Hot Breads.Ordered through Door Dash and 2 items were missing.Called to check if they would refund the money and the lady at the customer service said it is a new guy at the store and probably forgot. She said she will take care the next time I go. Obviously I’m not going to go to hot breads everyday.She did not take any effort to learn how to refund door dash orders. She was extremely rude and when I said I would write review she said she doesn’t care. Such people should never be customer facing if they don’t know how to handle such situation. Extremely bossy, rude and disrespectful .

I ordered chicken appetizer, chicken biryani through doordash at 11.00 AM. My order pickup time was 1.30pm. I went to collect my order around my pickup time and when I have gone inside to collect it, the guy told me that they haven’t checked the order at all and they do not have any chicken items at all. I was so frustrated. Why dont they check the doordash orders, if they could have checked and intimated us when we placed order, we could have atleast ordered somewhere else. I just hate this place. Worst. Never suggest this place to anyone at all.
Had food here a lot of times before and the food has been good.My friends and I ordered a couple of things yesterday and it couldnt have been worse. No flavour at all. The pastries were dried up too.
Do not order any rice items / noodles / biriyani . Taste is bad and also the quality. Not really sure if they prepare fresh at every order at least serve fresh food even though refrigerated. I always feel the rice is very old taken out from freezer and served by just heating it. Can’t really trust this place for rice items which are not that frequently ordered.
Updated review:The place is going downhill with offering less and less options each time I call for order. They no longer offer dosas, today they dont have curries and they also have started to close down randomly in the middle of the day (not posting it online). Worst restaurant in Planò. I went to this place 2 weeks back and ordered some veg rolls. When I ordered there were 12 people in restaurant- they ate their food and all 12 people left the restaurant but I didn’t got my food. It took 45 minutes to get my food. I took food to home and thought of eating but it’s too bad in taste too. I thought that it’s okay mistake May happens sometimes And again I went today and ordered some food(pani puri & cajun fries), fries are too oily and pani puri stuffed completely with tamarind paste. too bad in taste and quality. I’ve got worst experience twice with the restaurant.
We ordered1. Chicken biryani - it was very old. Seems like a leftover. 2. Noodles - they mistook it to be fried rice. When we said noodles they didn’t do it properly.3. Paneer pizza - The only thing that tasted good4. Pastries - very bad. Very stale food.Please maintain quality and also give better customer service
These guys dont know how to make a simple cake.I dont recommend this place for cakes.I have ordered for a simple butter Scotch cake but they made it really bad as it doesnt had butter Scotch flavor and inside bread was so bad.
We ordered catering recently, customer service is the worst I experienced. Couple of items were missing and we ended up going back and forth. Quality of the food is the worst I experienced in Plano. I also had a price difference with other friend he placed similar order couple of weeks back, do not expect honesty from the front desk people, you have to bargain to get better price, that is what was conveyed by the same person on front desk. If you dont ask you dont get, for the price I paid, I would have gone for better restaurant with assured quality of the food. I would never recommend and I never visit anymore.
Heard about this place from a friend who said about dilkhush at this place. I went to get the same and I should say they were really amazing. This place also has very good pastries and Indian Chaat items. The hot breads also has some proper Indian foods like biriyani, fried rice and Dosa . The ambience is very cool with comfortable seating.
Casual place of you want to have some Indian street food. They have plenty of veg and none-veg options and also entreè as well. We had aloo tikkic chat and veg puffs which i can say is oaky in taste but veg puff had potato and carrot stuffing. We were expecting little more than that. It could be better but at least we have option for indian street food. They have plenty options for cakes , pastries and desserts.Their service could be better and turn around time for order could be faster.They also offer cakes on demand as well but haven’t tried yet.Overall i say i have average experience.

The food is very good great indian flavor food we ordered fried rice and some other stuff and I really like there loaded chicken 🐔 burgers and loaded veg burgers its I have never seen that kind of burgers I love the taste and staff is very greeting I have tried this restaurant for 1st time in New to tx but I feel like I came back to Mumbai I have ordered vada pav and pav bhaji too good 100% Mumbai feeling 😀Great place will be back soon ❤💙💜
We ordered samosas and Pizza. Samosas were Stale . Smells like stored or kept for long. When I asked store boy he was very arrogant and started avoiding me. These guys sells stale foods. Not coming again. Please avoid this place

Boneless biryani on 0430 , promised to be spicy and all I get is a red colored rice biryani and tasted aweful. If you are linked to bawarchi Plano I can understand your aweful taste.

This cafe is amazing. I order from them almost every weekend. Their food is really delicious especially the veg pizza. Their prices are reasonable. Their service and ambiance is great. I am a vegetarian and I would definitely recommend this place. You should try their cakes and pasteries as well. Overall, I am happy with my experience.

Customer service is worst. Ordered ahead on the phone for a paneer roll to save time and pick it up quickly. Reached there after 10 minutes. Waited for long time and was told multiple times that the order is being prepared. It was not. The front desk person told the cook to prepare after me waiting there for 25 minutes. Was out with it 40 minutes after placing the order. Front people are extremely incompetent!! Also, this happened on Monday when traffic is relatively less.
It used to be a good place not any more. Much costly for less quality & quantity. I had butter scotch cake today and it tasted not fresh. Their coffee and tea is the only one I like anymore.
This is a good choice for Indian snacks. Taste good and good quantity for price. I gave 3 stars only for reason that all items on menu are not always available.

The worst experience I have from the service the lady served in the evening at 8.30pm on Monday eveng. I asked her to replace the veg samosa with onion samosa and she has acted so wired in a way in substituting it and metioning that I have taken the package out though the package is on her desk. Not at all good service from her. When my friend asked to substitute she was so rude and saying No.
Ordered paneer burger. The paneer tasted like rubber, very hard and old. Not going there again

The samosa chat we got was with a low quality samosa without any flavours and the chutney that he added tasted wiered because it is no where near to a Chaat flavour that he claims it to be. Panipoori water was sweet green water which very unusual, green water is never sweet , also the green color of the water is due to artificial color, if it was mint , the green color would have had a different green color.oh and I should mention that biryani is most horrible thing I have every tried here, it was oily non flavoured and wierdly cut vegetables.
Never get samosa from here. You have better options near by. Salted pizza and when complained they say they make it like this.
On my way to home from office, I got this bread from Hot Breads , Plano on 16/07/2018, Monday evening which is 2 days back, I thought it is freshly made and thought of giving a try. And I’m surprised to see the fungus dots today morning ie (Wednesday).Very pissed off and upset as while purchasing I had a slight doubt as there was no Expiry date/MFG printed on the pack , still I gone ahead to give a try since i heard @Hot breads they make Fresh cakes and pastries. Disappointed of making my first purchase. I rather give zero stars.
Samosas are really good, but customer service isnt that great. At least 2 different times I went and kept waiting in a line, with just 2 people ahead of me, and the line didnt move forward at all for at least 10 - 12 minutes....there was only 1 person dealing and was taking too long to process the order, and was talking as if he doesnt want to serve others in the line, I had to come back at both times. They really need to take care of their customers and not keep them waiting. Really disappointed!
Today i ordered a chilla paneer...this appeared as if u cut paneer and toss it in sauce.. the veggies were half cooked...when asked the billing guy..responded this is the way we cook
Description of their Paneer tikka pizza — Instead of marinated paneer , it was literally red colored paneer and there was nothing like paneer tikka in it . Colored paneer just baked on top of a cheese pizza along with few veggies and olives . We have been having desi pizzas from pretty much every place available in Dfw metro but this one was not even 1 percent close to how a desi pizza tastes like. Their bakery desserts and beverages might be good but definitely not pizza and burgers .
My wife got a chat masala. It turned out to be a measly snack. For that price tag, its a rip offFind a better place to snack.
An Indian pastry/snacks spot that can be visited for a short eat on a rainy day if you have no other options. Neither too bad nor too good snacks. For the quality and taste, its slightly over priced. But the quantity is good. Cakes are really good. But items like pizza, kati rolls can be improved for quality /taste.
Honestly not sure why this place has the rating that it does but the staff here has always been friendly to me and they make a really good masala chai for the price. The samosas are good here too.

We were regular customers of hot breads, Plano for a long time. But with time their food quality and customer service deteriorated badly. First, they messed up the black forest cake which we have ordered for birthday, we all had many kinds of cakes since always, so when we looked at our cake I was completely shocked because it was simply undecorated and when we complained about it the person argued badly... Recently we ordered paneer tikka pizza and it was the worst pizza i ever had in my life, because it was simply a cheese pizza with least visible vegetables.......so save your money folks and go for better options in town

If there is a zero star I would have opted for it.. there was a hair in the birthday cake what we ordered from them.. I called them but they didn’t respond properly nor said an apology.. instead they said there’s no way of possibility and want the exact same price of cake where they can see that hair.. I dumped the cake in thrash .. so for them customers are not important..
Manager(front desk) is very rude on the phone. One of the ordered items missed in my order and he called me to come back to pick it up . He was rude on the phone and saying its customer mistake and its nothing to do with them. They are not ready to refund or deliver it.

Today i picked up the birthday cake for my kids.The cake decoration had so much color in it.All my kids clothes spoiled with pink color .Also their teeths and mouth were all filled with pink color.Our hands also got the color from the cake and even after washing the stains did not go.The cake was $60 and not worth it.So bad quality cake , it was not even fresh.We always like there pastries so we ordered the cake from here .Had horrible experience.DO NOT order cakes from them.

I ordered aaloo tikki chaat and the chicken tikka kathi roll. Let’s start with aaloo tikki chaat. First of all I felt cheated when I ate it. There wasn’t any tikki in there. They re-utilized the aaloo masala made for masala dosa. Who does that?!?!?The kathi roll wasn’t kathi roll. You could call it a frankie with slight indian touch and few shredded chicken chunks and mostly sautéed cabbage.Please don’t order these two dishes!
