The world class facility for testing and racing .I mean its track is exceptionally better for racing. You can put out full speed of your car whether its 250km/hr or 350km/hr.

Track where an annual off-road competition organized by SAE India is organised by the name BAJA. The track is amazingly designed with various obstacles and terrains for a thorough testing of off road capabilities of vehicles.Ive been to the place as a participant but it is worth going as audience too! The experience is amazing.Note- please consider the fact that you might have to walk around quite a lot on rough terrain.

AutoCar India recently invited participants to a speed test at Natrax, Asias longest automotive high-speed test track that has opened near Indore.This 11.3 km long, state-of-the-art proving ground has been developed for testing a wide range of high-performance vehicles - from supercars to tractors, manufacturers across the spectrum can now test their vehicles at this facility.

The National Automotive Test Tracks (NATRAX-Indore) is world-class automotive proving ground setup on 4,140 acres land for comprehensive testing and evaluation of all type of vehicles(GPS Coordinates 22.5716° N, 75.6139° E). The site is located between NH-3 and N-59 and well connected with road. The facility will have all types of surface type to test vehicles against varying terrains and stringency. The core of the facility is the oval 4-lane high speed track of 13.6 Km designed for a neutral speed of 250 kmph on curves. The large part of test load on this facility is related to evaluation of automotive performance such as max speed, acceleration, break, efficiency, noise, vibration, handling, stability etc. NATRAX is hub for automotive industry to test their vehicle performance, dynamics and R&D. NATRAX has facilities-1. Vehicle Dynamics Lab (Center of Excellence).2. R&DTracks (Proving Ground).3. NVH (testing on tracks).4. Fatigue (Testing on tracks).5. Powertrain Lab.

Privileged to work in automotive world. We visited the place last month. Facility is excellent for testing of vehicle. The high speed track (11km) is expected to be commissioned by 2019 dec, could be one of the best in the world ! Other tracks, such as handling, brakes and durability tracks are operational. Track management team is also warm and friendly. Best wishes guys...looking forward to work with you !

Unique track only one of its kind in India for conducting vehicle performance parameters. Kudos to India Government for their initiative to begin this project at a cost of around 3000 crores. Track simulates Indian road conditions & might get fully operational within couple of years.

The facility has tracks such as high speed track, handling track, off road track and many more.This is well known among engineering students of India for hosting SAE BAJA every year. It is spread across an area of 3000acres.The Natrax facility is handled by Natrip.

Natrax is the largest testing ground of automobiles. We THE TEAM RITZY, from Ramco Institute of technology participated in baja 2019 event held at natrax. We fabricated an electric car and tested it in baja event organized by SAEINDIA, and we secured 24th position. Our buggys number is E153. We are proud to be one among the teams participated in this event. And NATRAX,there is no word to explain it. It was such an extraordinary testing ground of autobiles. It has rugged roads to test the ATVs. And we spent about 6 days there. Natrax alloted a seperate shed for each and every buggy, so we can work over there. I recommend those who love automobiles to visit the place once in your lifetime.
