Alankaram is a great place to source wooden furniture of good quality. They have a design team that understands customer requirements and offers customisation - a special call out to Harsh who helped us with our set of custom centre tables. After few weeks of receiving the tables, the table top got scratched at our residence. We reached out to Harsh and he promptly responded by asking us to ship the table tops back to Alankaram, re-polished them and shipped them back to us free of charge! Our Alankaram furniture is so beautiful and high quality, beloved acquisitions for our ‘first home’. It is, in fact, some of the only furniture we couldn’t part with and decided to ship abroad when we left India. We had a small issue with a chair after a couple of years of use that was promptly fixed and shipped in no time. Customer service is excellent too!

I was looking for furniture to our new villa. I have personally went to many stores where I were never satisfied with the things I saw. It was in Instagram the first time I saw ALANKARAM . I was really very impressed by their furniture collections. VAKRA really impressed me a lot and it added perfect beauty to my living room. Soon I texted Hash who gudied me in choosing colour, texture of fabric and and they promised me to deliver on time with proper care. As mentioned they kept their work and promise . I was very happy to receive my furniture which is the best collection in our villa. Love it , keep rocking and surprise us with more of your collections.

While it is evident from their Instagram page and the website that the range of furniture offered by Alankaram is both novel and exciting, My intent through this review is to recount my experience of buying their products online. I had stumbled upon Alankarams Instagram page over the course of the lockdown and was immediately drawn to a few articles of furniture. However, I was skeptical about them given the fact that I wouldnt have gotten the opportunity to inspect the product prior to purchasing it . At the least I had decided to connect with them over the phone to gain more information. Upon connecting with them, they were quick to respond with the details and had assigned an executive to guide me through the process. From the word go, I must say that the entire process of buying their products was very seamless. Right from patiently customising the products to our specifications, to having it delivered to us in Hyderabad, the work was done in an expeditious way. I ended up opting for a couch, a couple of accent chair, a table and dining chairs. I am happy to attest to the fact that both the quantity and the aesthetic value of the furniture are excellent. The only point of criticism would be towards the image quality of the furniture on the website. While they have circumvented that by having a fantastic Instagram page, I believe that they could instill a lot of trust in their potential customers if the image quality on their website was improved.

These guys make excellent product, though it is expensive. I would definitely recommend them if you are in that range.
