I stayed here for almost 2 years.. the level of construction is very poor. I was staying in 9th floor, still water drains from the wall in rainy season.Always there is a problem of tap water. You won’t get 24*7 water here. Sometimes you have to wait for 2-3 days to get tap water. There is no provision of drinking water. You have to buy it on your own. (Lack of basic facilities)I would not recommend to buy flat here... You can stay here on rent as you’ll get flat on reasonable rates...Two stars for the excellent amenities they provided.(Which is of no use for working professionals and bachelors)

I am resident of the society. I went through the review of the project and found that the review is very good. Most of the review are biased. There is water supply but enough for only one day in a week . Remaining six day you arrange by water tankers on payment.Parking was allocated after payment of money but now it declared unauthorized and shade is demolished.Before making investment, come here and talk with the person staying here.Dont go with review by so called paid local guides.

One of the worst society to live-in. Poor building materials used and most of the time you won’t get regular water supply and Zero security and the worst part is pathetic so called society body and the attitude of it’s management people.

I would rate it 2.5 because of its scenic location.......please contact phase 1 members who are residing in this society before investing.....

Builder does not fulfill the promises, there are delays in project, so he has many Rera cases on him, check his Artemis project.In flat he uses lowest quality material which he has specified. For parking spaces its always a secret even after possession, doesnt gives you parking plan, its a mess in our project as every flat owner has not got parking and some have got two parkings.Almost puts 40-45 % loading. Sold me flat for 85 lac and customer after me got same for 70 lacs, so you judge his fairness to customers. Frequently changed building plans, there was parking ramp in plan which till date he didnt built. Just put couple of lifts and ran away.God bless people in his projects.

This place is having limitations of water and electricity in the months of April to September. This complex is between some industries/factories who continuously release harmful gasses in air which are harmful for health. There is a dumping ground straight in front of the complex which is burnt every evening. And due to which there are strange insects which enter your house every evening specially in summer and rainy seasons. This place is located in the middle of the Mulshi Ghat and nothing is accessible here not even the basic groceries. There is a huge network problem and you hardly have any range on your phone once you enter this complex. Not accessable by Ola or Uber or Swiggi or Zomato. No services here. Lots of rats in lobby. No power backup in generators even for elevators to run in case of emergency power off. Frequent electric cut off. Summers are powercut for at least 5 hrs a day. Not even good for renting or buying for investment purposes. Just a pathetic construction without a thought of availability of even basic amenities.

I m surprised people gave 4, 5 stars....i m sure they have not lived here....why u sd not buy or live in rent ?1.no water supply...i promise you will cry every day for water supply.2. poor building material.3. poor management.there are many problems we do face every day....we have lived with the garbage bags for many days.....since last 2 months water supply is very poor....day by day things are becoming worse.
