I had an amazing relaxing hour long massage with Michelle at The River Spa. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was by far the best. Michelle took the time to listen and really focus on areas of tension. The River Spa is a very calming place to visit and makes you feel instantly relaxed when you walk in. Ive had a few treatments here now. The staff are lovely and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to escape for a little while and pamper themselves.

Best massage I’ve ever had. After feeling stressed out Michelle was so kind and gentle and listened to all my needs and requirements. She was very sensitive to my intolerance to nuts and checked each and every product and told me the ingredients of the products she did use so I felt safe and looked after. I will definitely go back to River spa!

Finally a professional local decent waxing place! The River spa is lovely, decorated nicely, very clean and calm environment, smells nice, they play chilled music in the background. Which instantly makes youryou forget your worries. The receiptionist is helpful. The beauticians are very friendly and professional. Ive had waxes there and have been very impressed. The wax they use on the skin feels really nice and they put a cool alovera gel on after. Felt very pampered. I highly recommended!

I went for a facial today and specifically checked the price before we started was 75. When i came to pay the manager then said it was 130. Surely they should have communicated the difference before doing the work?! Poor communication across the staff! The manager was also unsympathetic towards this saying she didnt realise it was an issue. How would you feel if you agreed to buy a car and when you came to pay it was double the price?

I had a deep tissue massage with a new therapist, Katie, last week. She was incredible. She really listened to what I wanted to focus on and spent her time helping me with troubled areas but also saving time to ensure she could massage the rest of my body, to give me a full relaxing experience. Love this place; so tranquil and beautiful! On par with central London spas!

The River Spa is gorgeous both in aesthetic and atmosphere. Ive had a few treatments here now, ranging from waxing to laser to massage and every time Ive been so impressed and felt so at home and relaxed. The staff are lovely and the decor is stunning. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious, but friendly pamper.

A beautiful and welcoming space, I just popped in to by a gift and found a wonderful selection of candles and diffusers, and the service was so friendly and helpful. I also got a tour of the treatment rooms and cant wait to book - it was as stunning as any 5* resort spa that I have been to.

So it was my first time with The River Spa, and it was exactly what I needed. I had the Inner Beauty Facial Massage. my consultant was Dipali Patel, and she was amazing, professional and highly knowledgable in her field. She provided a very exceptional service and offered with great skin care tips. I will definitely try them out again. I cannot wait to Rebook with them. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and I instantly felt rejuvenated.

I was greeted by lovely welcoming staff and was reassured that covid measures such as temperature checks questionnaires and hand washing was well in evidence. My therapist Katie was professional and caring taking time to explain the stages of the facial well & answering all my questions but also allowed plenty of quiet relaxation time (I nearly fell asleep 😄). A great experience.

I have visited the River Spa several times now and each time I have visited, the service levels and experience I have had has continually exceeded my expectations. I have had facials, spa, far infrared sauna and massages, the staff make you feel at ease and comfortable. I always leave rejuvenated and relaxed. This establishment is beautifully, tastefully and thoughtfully set out to give a truly five star experience. More reminiscent of the opulent treatment and rest areas found in luxurious hotel resorts. Only smaller and without their costs.An extremely welcoming experience from booking to treatment. My therapist, Colette was very experienced, calming and knowledgeable. She gave me one of the greatest back massages in a beautifully and considerately styled treatment room.This is a wonderful place for relaxation and to gather your thoughts whether it be for yourself or as a gift for a friend or family. After going to the river spa with my mum as a Mother’s Day treat the level of services and not to mention the lovely calming ambience, just meant that me and my mum had to go back and it just didn’t stop there we kept going back. Deepali and her team are professional and so welcoming. It’s just a great spa experience like no other and they really do try to accommodate your needs. Truly a wonderful time at every visit.

I highly recommend this spa! I booked the 30min back massage with Rekha, it was seriously one of the best massages that I have had! My back feels so amazing!! I felt that the pressure used was absolutely spot on it was nice & firm which I prefer. I’m certainly coming back for the full body massage! A lovely relaxing atmosphere :-)

The Spa is beautiful and you really makes you feel like youre abroad in a nice hotel. Under we brought the Yarra Spa which included the sauna and a warm bath. To be honest this package didnt feel like anything out the ordinary as you have to fill your own tub and there isnt any special bath oils that the spa provides. I wouldnt recommend this spa package but I would recommend the massages. Also, the music kept turning off which didnt make it so relaxing as we hoped.I was recently called back by the manager who kindly requested that I came to the spa for the Yarra treatment again due to my review above. She was very apologetic and very professional and advised me that she took on board my feedback. When I arrived at the spa the very kind manager explained the purpose of the Yarra treatment and explained how the Sauna and warm bath tied in with the massage. I loved the treatment room as it was very relaxing and had the perfect ambiance. There was lovely candles lit up and the room temperature was perfect. Also, the water in the bath tub was at a perfect temperature and oils used was very relaxing. I would definitely go back for this treatment again and I would highly recommend the River Spa. I would like to thank the River Spa team for making the evening perfect.

I had laser hair removal for the first time. I was slightly nervous, but, Axilla’s calm and professional manner instantly put me at ease. She was very informative and explained the whole process and answered any questions I had which really helped. I have booked a course of six sessions. Highly recommended!

I came to River Spa Pinner having read some great google reviews, and had an eyebrow threading treatment, which I would highly recommend. The spa accommodated me at very short notice (2 hours!) pre-Christmas, and after several years of not doing anything with my brows, I was recommended a tint along with the threading and they look great! I will definitely be coming back more regularly.

I have used the very professional service of the River Spa for a package treatment including infrared sauna, oil bath, followed by a massage. It was very relaxing and serene. The ambiance of the spa is beautiful and have been back several times.

Her new venture, The River Spa, is amazing. A beautifully decorated spa with a great new team in Susannah and Colette. I love going there...such a treat - so peaceful and luxurious. Even more so than London spas Ive been to.

I have been coming to Dipali for about 9 years and am so excited that she has now opened The River Spa. The same great one-to-one service applies as it always has and the quality of her manicures is unsurpassed. I recently had a massage by the lovely Colette which was blissful. The whole spa is perfect, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the gentle but uplifting aromatherapy used throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had the maternity package, back, feet, neck and scalp massage. It was amazing! I feel so relaxed after and so refreshed!
