Indulge is a hotspot for desserts and coffee. Its always busy on the weekends and on Friday evenings, so be prepared to queue. However, its worth it for their delicious desserts and I find the service excellent overall.

Wonderful dessert place with lots of desserts to choose from. Unlike other dessert places, Indulge have some savoury meals as well on the menu. Getting table might be an issue here. Sometimes you may have to wait for a while to be seated. Service is great and the desserts we ordered were delicious.

Quick service, Good quality food but pricey for what it is, and should be better value for money. We ordered the waffles and a hot chocolate and a mocha - this is the first time Ive been here, but it been on my list to visit for a while.The Waffles were nice and decent value for money. But I was really disappointed at the coffee/hot chocolate. The quality of the drinks were good - made from real Belgian chocolate, but at £3.50 per drink I was surprised when I was presented with a small tea cup of mocha and hot chocolate.Overall its good and the food items were made from good quality ingredients, but Im not sure its quite worthy of the string of 5* reviews

OK very busy, dessert were OK, Nothing that made them stand out, add a brownie sizzler which turned out to a brownie on a hot plate. With 1 scoop of ice-cream nearly £8.00.

Another good dessert place located in Pinner. Indulge is a really good dessert place offering pancakes and waffles and crepes. Lots of choices of ice cream and toppings or choose a ready made one. Had the halumni sticks but dont recommend them as there too salty on there own. But highly recommended the cookies and cream waffle option or the peanut butter ice cream pancake.

Nice large restaurant with friendly staff. Tables, seats and menus are a little worse for wear and the decor could do with an uplift. A large group of us arrived and were seated promptly. Orders placed, all was pretty good, the brownie was over baked and very dry. One of the waitresses offered to change the dish so I decided for cookie dough but a few mins later another waitress said they cannot change the dish since I had ate some 3 bites. I could not really have known how dry it was until I tried to eat the product. So requested my money back and they can keep the dish as I could not possibly eat it. At this point I was offered an alternate dish which I thought was too late and went for the money back which they accepted with an apology. This was my first visit and most likely not my last. The portions are a little small in comparison to their competitors but the prices I guess reflect this.

Best desserts in town, excellent food and service. Their specialities are ice cream sundae, brownie, crepes and milkshakes. They also have huge variety of hot and cold drinks. Plenty of parking space next door so quite convenient. It get busy on weekends after 6:30 so you have to wait for to be seated.

Always a treat with Indulge. First time back following lockdown and they didnt disappoint 👏Very well organised didnt have room but took my number and called me when table was ready.Took the kids to the park next door, within 10 minutes got a call that a table was ready.One cheesecake and a few crepes later all 4 of us were stuffed.Job done. 2nd time I have been here and I am still so amazed at the level of customer service I have received. The guy with the tattoos is so attentive and always has a smile on his face, even through his mask I can tell hes smiling. He is the epitome of Joy in that place.The waffles are sooooooo good, and its just a nice chilled out spot. Will definitely be returning again soon.Xx

This place is not for calorie conscious people! The sugar overload here is absolutely unstoppable especially when you have insane options to choose from! We indulged in a late night sugar craving as a family and sunk our teeth into some of the most decadent of dessert options!What we had:Apple Crumble with warm custardProfiterols with Maltesars icecream and chocolate syrupMaltesars WafflesStrawberry and cream wafflesOreo cheesecakeCrepes with lemon and sugar and vanilla icecreamChocolate Fondue!We absolutely loved almost everything but the stand out dishes were Profiterols, so light and airy, apple pie with warm and comforting custard, Maltesars waffle and Oreo Cheesecake!

1st social distance visit during coronavirus pandemic 2020.Very well organised /smooth process: we placed our order over the phone about 20 minutes before we got there. They gave us order number to quote on arrival.There was a small que outside when we arrived but our order was ready and they added the ice cream in a separate container (so the hot pancakes didnt melt the frozen ice cream?)Auto dispensing Hand sanitizer is available for customers and plastic cutlery also.No option to eat inside the restaurant. TAKEAWAY ONLY. ...So we had a pancake and waffle picnic in the park nextdoor. Happy customer 😊

This is a wonderful desert place that has high quality milkshakes and other goodies. The one thing that they could improve on and that leaves them behind from of desert places is the lack of booths and the feeling of openness inside. Some people may like this but I find the environment of creams more attractive.

Been going to indulge for a few years now. This place is awesome! Deserts are always on point. Prices are reasonable aswell. Every time Ive been, the wait is around 15 Mins, but definitely worth it. Ordered the peanut Butter chocolate on waffles, nutella milkshake and some nachos.

Amazing and indulged in the amazing dessert with heaven in every bite.

First time here on a Monday evening and it was semi busy on arrival and gradually got busier so its a very popular place.We had approx 10 minute wait to take it order and that was only when we flagged down the waitress. Ice cream was full of flavour, highly recommend it. Seemed to be a much longer wait for waffles.Prices are competitive and its great to have a decent local place as opposed to going into Central London.

The desserts are very nice. A large range of choice. This place is a very popular place for the locals and also those from further away.It gets very busy Friday and Saturday nights as expected for a popular dessert joint, so expect to wait for a while to be seated. This also leads to the service on these days being be very slow so Id only recommend coming if you have plently of time to kill.If you go during the week and daytime then Im presuming it would be better.

Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. However it was really packed and loud. The seats are a little too close together. I had the reeces pancakes which I couldnt finish. The milkshakes are lovely too. Paid about £10 for milkshake and pancakes.

We went about 8.45pm and had to wait about 45 mins for a table. It was well worth the wait. Everything tasted so good. I have cookie dough with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.They do take away so I think next time Im in the area I will just order out.

Busy, great atmosphere and service. The profiteroles were cold though and ices creams a little bland and lacked quality. Good place to share with friends. Also likes the fact you could have savoury foods if you dont have a sweet tooth.

It was my first time visiting and I enjoyed the food. The fries were tasty and my cookie dough was delicious. The staff seemed friendly enough and although it can get quite busy it doesn’t ruin your time there. Luckily we were granted a table on arrival.

I have been here numerous times and really can’t find a single thing to complain about. I tend to order the cookie and cream crepe which is amazing but thought I’d try something new today so I got the strawberry and cream crepe (was a bit scared as once I heard that their strawberries aren’t great). My crepe was amazing and the fruits tasted really fresh so I was really happy with it! My girlfriend got a blueberry and banana wrap which she loved! I really like how you are given a glass of tap water straight away (without having to ask) as it makes life a lot easier. After all the times I’ve come here, I’m yet to find a problem with it! Staff are great and the place is really clean and the menu is amazing. The only thing I think they could work on is the amount of seats they have to offer, it gets pretty busy and I think there are only approximately 30 seats available.

This is just an absolutely great place! It starts from great savoury crepes and other savouries (my favourite is the pesto and cheese crepe). They also have a great variety of desserts, from cookie dough to ice-cream to cake etc. I’ve found that the cookie dough portions have been getting smaller which I’m not a fan of but I still really like your bubblegum ice-cream and cookie doughs and cakes. The staff are so friendly and funny as well. The waiting time is always long, but I understand why because everyone wants to eat here, and the wait is totally worth it!

Came for desserts with my family, had pancakes and waffles, with coconut and hazelnut ice creams. It definitely lives up to the hype, all really delicious and nicely presented. Staff were friendly too, they were more than happy for us to taste ice creams before making a choice.

The best cookie dough dessert that Ive ever had and my boyfriend also agrees! Weve never eaten in, only delivery via Uber Eats, as we discovered Indulge during the lockdown period. Their cookie dough is one of the best desserts Ive ever had - truly moreish and sooo delicious. Id personally recommend the chocolate chip cookie dough, with dark chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream (I think it normally comes with chocolate ice cream, but I always swap it for vanilla as Id imagine it would be way too chocolate heavy otherwise!). The way the pudding is packaged for delivery is also very well done and ensures no mess. The cookie dough is still warm and the ice cream perfectly cold.

During that time, Ive seen their offerings change somehwat despite being the same desserts, but that aside the food is great and were continuing to come here year after year.Wish everyone at Indulge the best.

Went here recently and was a disappointing experience. You can see the difference from when they opened few years ago to now. The food was not great, slow service, over priced! I prefer the dessert eateries in Ealing and Hampstead that still offer high standards.

I would normally rate indulge 6/5 stars however my recent experience was disappointing. Prices have increased, lower quality food is served, please explain this. I am not surprised that you arent as busy as you usually are. Myself and my mum have been coming to indulge for 8 years, the food and shakes have always been consistent and incredibly tasty - i have always recommended indulge over creams! The nachos no longer come layered in melted cheddar, instead a cheese sauce which looked to me like burger cheese. The presentation is nowhere near the same, no wooden board and skillet or metal sauce pots, instead i was served a teaspoon or each sour cream and guacamole in a paper cup just like mcdonalds, the nachos were in a wire basket with paper and not as big. You no longer have chicken to add to the nachos, no longer have savoury crepes. The oreo ice cream was horrible, it tasted like crunchy, old icy chocolate ice cream. The white chocolate didnt taste the same, instead much like milky bar. What is going on? 😭Please please bring back your old standards and high quality of food. I am so incredibly upset and disappointed. My meal with my boyfriend came to over £25, normally this would be under £20!Thank you for your helpful response indulge, I will still continue to visit your restaurant, soon it will be 9 years!

We had a lovely time here! The staff was very friendly and the interior had a nice homely, intimate feel to it. Our food was prepared and served quite quickly. Though it is a dessert place, I recommend you try some of the savoury snacks too like the Fire Fries ( which were delicious). Their waffles, cakes, cookies and ice creams are really good with generous portions. My only complaint is that my profiteroles were quite cold ( though the jug of warm melted chocolate and decadent Belgian chocolate ice cream served with it made up for it). I would definitely come here again!
