Unique variety of ice-cream, tried the Paan flavor and it tasted same as the name suggests. Liked it. Looking forward to try other flavors. Reasonably priced and proper portion size.

The ice cream was nice, portion size was small, its more half a scoop not value for money. The service was rubbish, the staff looked like they couldnt be bothered. When paid had to reach over the table to grab the order. They just walked off. Do not waste your time. Ben and Jerrys are next door, go there.

I had the hot chocolate, not impressed that it was made in a machine, I paid £3 for it, and it was watery, very, very disappointing, not worth it at all. I could have done better myself at home. It was rubbish, I felt totally conned. Was expecting a luxurious, yummy drink for £3, wouldnt pay more 20p for it, probably cost way less than that to make.

Good service. Happy with the taste which I tried. Although cannot compare back country, its the best taste got in the UK for these flavours till now.

I went there yesterday. Ordered a cookie dough and a waffle. The portion sizes was as if it was for a baby. The waffle only getting two SMALL pieces and the cookies dough could be finish in two spoons. Visting this place ruined the the evening with it being my dads birthday. I have never seen a dessert place give such small portions when paying £7 for a dish you expect to get more than two little pieces.It not as if the waffle even tasted amazing to justify the small portion. When telling the staff about this they were rude and not even a apology given. Not happy at all and really disappoint in the way me and my family were treated. Very saddened by this. I never normally write bad reviews but really felt let down when visiting this shop.

Way way too early, and surprise, the waffles were so tiny and most importantly extremely raw, waist of money, these people never leave honestly they make people very very sick. Im so disappointed, will never order from here again. It was literally disgusting. They rush so quickly just to make money greedy people, not thinking a second what disgusting food they sent out to people to make them sick do they can just make fast money.

Excellent addition to the Rayners Lane strip with a variety of Eastern and Western flavours, so suitable for everyone. They have been here 3 years and I only just round to going there the other day and trying some of their flavours out. I got a 500ml take away container with 3 flavours, banana, chilli and spicy guava. They were all delicious but the guava was my favourite. My recommendation is they start to offer 1 litre & 2 litre take away containers like Baskin Robbins do and readily offer to provide a mix of flavours. The guy in the shop was reluctant to mix my flavours saying it was against company policy but when I pushed and said this didn’t make good business sense he reluctantly agreed to do so and said he would raise this with management as a suggestion. I hope he’s done this so that next time I don’t have to have the same discussion with him.

First time customer, its cozy comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Desserts were very tasty and fresh, price was great and presentation was on point!

Interesting and unique options to try like Paan, Lichhi, gulkand and few others including standard ice creams. Friendly staff and would let you try a few before you choose if thats your first visit.

Avoid using this branch as they are cheat . I was told two scoop for 4 pounds and when I paid they charged me 6 pound . It was touch payment so I was not aware till I saw the bank statement. Cheat for 2 pounds. Wounder what they are doing to other customers and how many customers . They dont give you the receipt to check .Shame of poor service and poor quality .

Nice flavours. Especially for those from Indian subcontinent. Flavours of fruits from back home. Specialities such as Guava, Custard Apple, Jaamun and more. Feels a lot like eating Naturals Ice cream from Juhu, Mumbai.

Not sure if it’s new staff or ownership but the ice cream had been melted and refrozen as well as charging a different price to what’s stated on the menu! Will give them another chance soon and best of luck

Fantastic place for ice cream, they have some lovely tropical flavours like mango and tender coconut, they also had some classic Eastern flavours like rose cardamom, malai, pistachio, paan and many more. The suprize flavour for me was gauva served with chilli... It was yummy both kids, wife and I all enjoyed it. Great value, great service and a new favourite for us!

Eat in is quite good but take away is not worth the price and the take away box should be a square shape and bigger because when they put all in one it gets ruined if this changes your ice cream shop will be a hit.

It was disgusting , I baught takeaway yesterday , mango milkshake and rose falooda , it was fully like water , no dryfruits nothing in it , they take money good but no quality , i will never order again from pinner branch , alperton branch is way better than this , i ordered before from there , it was way good and worth it , but this branch i had worst experience..

Great deserts and ice creams (as well as a good choice not coffees). Makes a great change from the usual chain coffee houses and cafes.

This is a nice place. Dont know why it isnt more busier then could be. I had the waffles there a few times and there quite nice.Lowered my rating slightly as theyve changed the waffles from a big one to 4 smaller ones. I preferred the bigger one.

Bought takeaway from Rayners Lane branch on 09 June.Overcooked crepes.Broken crepes.Felt was having papadums instead of crepes.Wasted £16 on a few crepes for the family.Better quality available at other desert places locally.

Made an order on Uber Eats. Half the order was missing and the other was a half cup of a milkshake. I had to throw them away as not sure if the delivery guy had drank them. Or if thats what they filled up to. The milkshake was watery and smelt of sour milk. When I contacted Scooperb and i was told its not their problem. When I asked can someone redeliver the staff Natasha was rude. When I asked for a refund she told me again its not their problem. Do not order from these people. I will definitely stick toTreatz in harrow or creams

Their marketing is great, but service wasnt all that good, neither the options. Twist Burnt Oak is far better, and the seating is much more attractive.

Nice little desert parlour, fresh eggless ice-creams, waffles and pancakes. Recommend the warm brownie. The strawberry sorbet was exquisite.

My friends and I came here after lunch and we loved it. I was surprised to find everything we had was eggless. I could not tell the difference.I had ice cream. I would recommend the hazelnut flavour. My friends had the brownie sizzle and it was the best they ever had. Ill be back!Price wise its dfiantrly cheaper than a restuarant dessert!

We had the Paan Ice-cream here which is a novelty for London. The quality is really nice and they make it on-site! Recommend it for trying different flavours than the bog standard chocolate and vanilla!

Really enjoyed the Suki Tea here. The hand made ice creams are heavenly - i loved the unique flavours like paan ice cream for example. Definitely worth another visit.

We visited this shop last Sunday with my family and we liked the ice creams very much. there is a plenty of space in the shop to sit and enjoy the desserts with family and friends. Awesome customer service & hospitality. My favorite item is Kulfi Falooda.... i wouldnt mind to give 5 star to Scooperb.

Ordered a Falooda, got one without the Falooda vermicelli or Basil seeds!! It was a plain milk shake for 3.99£.When asked the reason why, he says vermicelli has finished so wonder why my order was taken and a plain milk shake was being passed off as a Falooda. Disappointed.

We wanted to support a newly opened up lical business but were bitterly disappointed. We went on second or third day of opening and were served dried out red velvet cake, average vanilla ice cream, a cone of coconut ice cream that had paper in it.Unprofessional set up with a young boy behind the till.

Delicious ice-creams, tried the paan & kesar pista flavours which were really tasty & different to other dessert lounges. They have a unique concept having introduced authentic flavours from India. Also tried the spicy potato waffle which was absolutely finger licking delicious. A vegan dessert lounge with a variety of options to choose from and value for money. Must try!
