I have purchased Hyundai Venue in March 2021 and put some accessories on it ... Like steel chrome accessories what they provide.... The accessories are useless.... Please dont put any accessories from them... Better if you want then get it installed outside....I had given my car for second servicing and I was having some issues regarding brake shoe, reverse gear, wiper, head light intensity.They resolved only head light issue and rest all issues were not attended.I had given feedback of 4 out off 10... Instead off resolving them they requested me to surrender the issue.OverallGood Place to buy vehicle... Pathetic to install accessories and servicing.......

Pathetic service. Had 2 experiences of worst quality. Big showroom but cant handle customers smoothly. Dont have value of customers time at all. Pickup and drop service available but they dont inform this to customer and customer has to wait all day to get his car serviced. Very slow process. No clarity/transparency on time. They say 2 mins but take 30 mins. Cant imagine of visiting this showroom again, just pathetic.

Good experience but before giving any booking amount read the documents carefully because there is a cancellation charges are applicableif you book and due to some reason you canceled the booking they are charging 3000/-This information ask before giving booking amount.sales person will not tell you this information which will make loss for you.Also request all customer while finalising any vehicle check 2-3 showroom and then book the vehicle .
