I would have given 0 number but since it is mandatory give 1 star.Not Trustworthy !! Do not buy TV ( costly products from this shop )......They usually give display piece ( Donot know if it is good practice) to customer... and there are chances to get damaged piece because of lack of packaging ( few sponge and cardboard parts were missing, In my case) and delivery skill. As per guideline/rules, We should not open box. Companys person will open it when he comes for installation. If you get damaged piece then company/service center provide you replacement piece. ( Considering current scenario , you do not know when you will get replacement piece).Below is the entire scenario as it happened:I purchased Mi Qled 55 on 13th April 2021 (and I got replacement TV on 1st June 2021 -( Because of delay in replacement , I had to pay extra interest on CC payment - though I did not use TV for 45 days ,during this period I also gone through frustration ,Just To get replacement TV , I had to visit pune from native place) .At the time of purchase, we were looking for cashback/discount offer with the different credit card. so, Executive unmounted tv from display stand and scanned the serial number. (I found it little suspicious ). I told him repeatedly that I do not want same piece from display and He replied We have stock at warehouse, you will get new piece from thereActual scene started from here: When next day, Technician came for installation. He opened the tv box and fitted tv mount in the wall. He removed tv from box and mounted it on the stand. there is issue with display. After that, Technician reported same to the service center. Here, I also found that I got same TV which was at display.Later in the day, I visited shop with all questions. How I get display piece from you? Owner said that you got it MISTAKENLY. When I said , TV seems to be damaged while packaging and in between shipping then he replied, we have experience of almost 8 year. there is nothing difficult to pack TV. Please contact cust.care/ service center, they will replace TV...Services center also suggested if shop owner giving you replacement tv then they can provide replacement TV to them.. BUT He refused to do so ...We need to think over when we purchased any item....If anybody wants any additional information , please let me know.Also there are few drawbacks when you get display piece. ( such as you do not know, how many hours/days it is running. if there any small problem with it physical damaged. and Many more ....)

Just go in there and you can check various types.They sell TV, Refrigerator, AC, Phones, RO filters, Washing Machine and many more electronic stuff.Staff is very helpful and polite.They work dedicatedly towards customer till the satisfaction.In store pick up or Home delivery option available.Staff is much knowledgeable and they understand the customer requirements very well.They offer some discounts often.Cash, Cards, UPI payments accepted here.Parking is not available.

Would have given negative number but since it is mandatory giving 1 star. Do not buy any product from this shop. I had bought a product with 6 months warranty but the product stopped working within 3 months. When I went to shop and asked for replacement they refused to do it giving so many different reasons. When you go to shop to buy anything they will give you big promises and once you buy a product they will not entertain you. Such fake and fruad people.
