Pls beware of this builder.They dont keep their word.Dont complete projects on time. Dont give possession as per agreement.They dont opt imp. certificates like OC and CC.Agreement is joke for them.They do One way agreement.Pls dont succumb for their offers and words.Once trapped ty wont even respond to u by mail, phone or letters.They do all possible things to lure customer.Over all the worst Service of this builder/promoter.They show something on paper and make something. Dont provide structure what they show on paper to lure customer.Lot of difference in word and action.As an example, Just visit Mangal Dhara and see the actual construction which is not as per their advertisement and brochure/prospectus.
