We had wedding function...mismanagement by staff was at higher side.. No proper room service, no proper music system and mic arrangement done, system stopped running during main event.. No IT person available to resolve connectivity issue. Housekeeping was poor. Lot of miscommunication. Lack of staff. Not worth the price they have taken. Poor service, Not recommended.

The hotel looks great but feels like an old built property or lacking basic TLC due to COvid. Their Rooms are well designed but the light fixture, bathroom fixtures and overall cleanliness takes a nose dive. Food spread is okay, nothing great. For a business stay you may make do, not recommended for a family/ personal stay.

Though entrance lobby was clean the real test comes from floors, corridors and rooms and food which needs huge improvement.

I visited this place recently and was attending a event .amidst the covid situation I noticed that no temp checks were done . No sanitizer at the entrance , no security check and the worst noone was wearing a mask in lobby

The Grand exotica is best for food. You will get good service here. Rooms are fantastic. Railway station and bus stop are within 1KM. Two wheeler parking is not available inside the hotel. Overall ambience, Baroque food is awesome.

I stayed here 1 nights for business visit. Hotel lobby is huge, rooms are also big and a very good parking lot structure. The restaurant is good. A most impressive dinner experience - exquisite BBQ buffet dinner. All in an impeccably clean environment, with excellent customer service, and all of this comes with a very reasonable price tag. Highly recommended

Very poor food quality and service..will not go again.

A little off the Mumbai-Pune Rd, approachable by the service road. Entrance and exit is somewhat narrow. If two cars come in opposite directions, it is a bit tight. Rooms are frugal. The corridors are dark. Limited spread in breakfast. Taste not all that great.

To me it was a flop show, only the decorum was okay.

In this period they are following all rules about covid 19 sanitization seating arrangements all this test are amazing specially chicken biryani. Staff also soft spoken overall very good experience.

Value for money hotel in Akurdii Chinchwad area.Rooms are decent enough for your comfortable stay. Lobby is huge but all the time crowded with people coming there to attend some or other functions. As I said you will find some or other function like marriage, birthday party are going on more often than not.Restaurant serving Barbecue is great and value for money too. For the price tag of Rs 799/person, I could afford to invite my friend and relatives.Great value for money proposition... go for it.

Value for money. Good hotel at Akurdi chowk, rooms are clean, hygenic.Food is nice. In breakfast options of veg and two non veg available, with two types of juice, option of sweet lassi and three variety of fruit along with variety of crossiant, boiled eggs and bread. Omelettes and dosa are available in live kitchen.Dinner also have good variety both veg and non veg along with four types of desserts.Hotel has two party halls each can accomodate 300 to 500 gathering.Lifts/elevators are a bit suffocating as there is no fan and some additional woodwork is done.All in all Value For Money, its better than branded hotels which charge you more and provide less facilities in return.

Locations nice and accessible; just off the highway. Attended a couple of events here, in both cases the hall was pretty decent for a crowd of a hundred. Non vegetarian food is pretty good, cant say the same for the veg stuff though. Personal preference, maybe someone else would find it better. Valet service is on point and the lobby is looks welcoming. All in all, a nice experience

DJ what they provide, is average.. they need to spend money to maintain bar at 9th floor.. it can be great place to hangout but still lacking proper arrangement.. overall for me its an average place with 3.5 rating out of 5.

Rooms would have been more beautiful if they had maintained it well. Bathroom, floor and balcony was not very clean. Food was good and staffs were friendly. Theres no Gym in the hotel.

Nice place. Initially looked an old place to stay. But it is definitely modern, good atmosphere. Well maintained and serviced. Was here on a company trip for 3 days. Good food as I tasted the complimentary breakfast. Overall felt worthy of staying.

Excellent business hotel in the busy chinchwad pimpri. The hotel rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities required to be a 3 star hotel.Towels and Bedsheets were clean and of good quality. Toileteries provided of good quality.The hotel restaurant is having a reasonably priced buffet dinner (₹425 only). The Non Vegetarian options were very less.Complimentary breakfast was adequate.

The restaurant is well maintained and the place is at really nice location with valet parking and good parking space. But what it lacks is the taste and variety of food at their restaurants. We had buffet at their rooftop restaurant with BBQ, being vegetarian I found very less food options and taste needs to be improved alot comparing they are charging more as there are really good restaurants offering more at cost less than this. Ambience is really good and the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located right on the highway. Easy access. Nice ambience overall. Great service. We went to restraunt grand pavilion. We can say that the barbeque buffet was great. Slightly better than just another buffets but not as good as best ones.

I stayed over there and my stay was outstanding. Hotel is completely value for money. Every thing was smooth there. facilities are satisfactory. Food was very delicious and hygienic also. Hotel is located on the prime location and easy to find the hotel. Nice accommodation and hospitality was available over there. Regarding cleanliness its a very neat and clean.

Staff is OK. Need to brush up courteousness expected of them. Food is good. Needs more in variety. Price is decent. Overall good, with potential to improve.

Unhelpful staff. The rooms are old and full of dust. They smell like sewage which the hotel tries to mask with incense. There is no fitness center even though it is advertised. The hallway lights only stay on for about 15 seconds if they even do stay on. The sheets and blankets had stains. The towels were also dirty. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible. When we tried to arrange a taxi the staff told us to use Ola. If you are planning on staying here I would suggest booking elsewhere.

Grand Exotica is truly a grand hotel with the world class construction and interior. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also very clean and provided with good toiletries. Complimentary breakfast is good but with limitation for pure veggies (who prefer food without onion and garlic). Location is excellent. Staff is very courteous and helping. Few things that are committed in online booking voucher but not provided by the hotel are welcome drink and snacks basket. This is something really alarming for the hotel if this stature. These things sound minor but is enough to reduce stars from the overall rating.Overall an excellent hotel and can be the best by overcoming these minor but significant limitations.

Similar to Barbeque Nation... However it is comparatively economical. We had just the starters during our visit. However beware! I had observed some of them were given to us partially cooked. So I would advise people intending to visit Grand Exotica to be a little careful with their food 😬😅
