I think better we all should enjoy the food opposite (street food) of 360degree hotel since we will get a better quality food and response over our orders.I never ever had such kind of experience previously at any of the restaurant but except 360degree spine road its really a worst and people who all working there dont even bother about the customer orders. I think thier management forgot that they have a restaurant called 360 degree1)staff behaviour2) food quality3) worst service

Ordered 2 times till now using swigy app. The items were veg and nonveg including soup. Overall most of the items were too much spicy.. Not recommended for the food lovers who like medium or low spicy taste.

Stale rice ....tasteless bhaji......all served in beautiful plates but not worth eating .....it was my first & last experience .......manager money making basted...... most wretched hospitality. A good place for family outing...Interior is elegant and efficient. The rooftop gives it an edge in itself.The staff is courteous and friendly. They are open to suggest you with dishes matching your specifications.Non-veg platters are very appealing. Food service is well managed. The time gap between ordering and food delivery is minimal that does not bore you from waiting. Presentation is top notch.Usually offers on moktails. Do ask the steward before placing orders.Will be definitely returning for more..

One of hidden secrets in Pimpri Area. This is just one year old restaurant. It was very peaceful to sit facing window with good view. Me and my wife enjoyed the mocktails for just Rs99 deal. We ordered Cheese balls, Paneer Tikka Lahori, Chicken Rozali. The best food we ate and it was suggested by Mr. Lalit. The mocktails were prepared better than any other fancy lounge in baner and balewadi area. For alcohol lovers try cocktails here as well. We enjoyed relaxed time for 3 hours with good music and ambience and less crowd. Will definitely go here again with family and friends.

We visited this restaurant in diwali. We ordered the veg and non veg platter in starters, the taste was really good. We ordered egg and chicken biryani in main course but the taste was average. The service was not fast as a lot of staff was on diwali holiday. The ambience was nice but the place was little bit of noisy. Overall a good restaurant to enjoy food with family.

This place is situated on 2nd floor of Spine city mall. Ambience is good as well as interiors. I liked the curved plates in which they serve the food.They have lot of options in food which is good thing.Rates are also reasonable. Taste wise it was okay, not that great. We had paneer chilli milli kebab, chicken reshami kebab, Alfredo pasta and Chinese 3 in 1 sizzler.Pasta was good, kebabs were not properly made, chicken was not that tender. Overall food quality is okay. I think after looking at ambience, we had lot of expectations 😊

The new restaurant after Friday fine dine at privia Square near spine City Mall ...very good restaurant with ambience is really cool...with theme songs played in background which is really give you romantic vibes...having bar counter at ground with upper floor was nicely for family crowd. The food was average compare to ambience of the restaurant. I like the ambience but food quality is average. I ordered Chicken bhuna and mutton rara. With Chinese sizzler. Nice place for family crowd. And good place for fine dine restaurant...!!!

Food is great. A wide variety of foods available such as Chinese, Indian, etc. Sizzlers are available. Fast service with a great bar. Virgin mojitos, mocktails, etc available for non-drinkers. Overall nice experience. In case someone in your group is having a birthday, you can ask the staff to keep a cake which they will bring in after the meal. They will also play the happy birthday song over the speakers.

I have had a the worst experience. Ordered a Paneer Tikka Lazeez Sizzler and found cockroach like thing in it. The arrogant management didnt even bother to apologise! They behaved like its a routine thing 😀. And even charged service tax for water bottle - the only item obviously what we paid for. Pathetic experience. Dont judge by glittering ambience. Watch your food!!

Food quality was bad ordered Chinese but not upto the mark. While we complained about the food quality to captain insisted to give us a dish with rice instead of noodles which we have ordered but they gave the same noodles back with the same quantity which we had returned.

Worst experience ever had, ordered chicken lollypop & ask for schezwan chutney but it was smelling like it was not good to eat. We ask waiter for the same, we surprise that he was telling that chef is telling it is in good condition.Horrible experience ever had. I think Hotel name must be 420 (Charso bees).What a rude & pathetic behaviour. After this we had to leave midway without ordering further.

Tasteless food.....bad service... We ordered paper lazeez and mushroom masala, both had same gravy. Then to check I ordered chicken kadhai in that also they served the same gray. I think I would have ordered any veg or non veg main course the gravy would have been same. Then for starter we had veg manchurian balls, which were stall, and chicken keema which was tactless. We went there on 1 st Jan and they had a promotional offer of 20% discount, when we asked for that they told theres no offer today and they hv removed the banner, but the discount banner was still there even after we left the resturant. Overall horrible service bad and stall food and over priced....And the quantity they serve was also less....I will never go there again and will not recommend anyone to go there.

Food is good in taste and the overall ambience is nice.The made special arrangements for candle light dinner as wanted to give a surprise to my wife.Its bit on the expensive side but the quality and ambience of a good dinner /lunch at this place makes it worth spending a few bucks.Options to try - Fish fry, Chinese, Tandoori.Jeera rice is aweosme.Chi. Kolhapuri and dal tadka are worth trying.

For starters Paneer Cheese Garlic Roll, Mutton Burbal, Flattened Fried Chicken was an absolute delish.In mocktails,really liked Kiwi Mint Margherita and Kiwi Punch. Might visit here again as they have great food, ambience as well as deals.

Worst one. We ordered veg starters and main course. However we got pieces of chicken inside.On notifying it to the staff, they simply ignored us.Further when we showed it and made them accept their mistake, they took 15-20min of time to discuss at the back end and finally came back with bill for us to pay.This was the worst experience we got.
