Help me plz: I am using oppo a31 and my small brother put in water And the all display is not working.

Credit cards acceptable there?

Had a great experience. I was having some problems with my oppo enco w11 and I just got it replaced in like just 10 minutes.

Google search says this service center is open on Sundays. Even Oppos official website says it is Open on Weekends but when you actually go there on Sunday even at 11 AM, they say come on weekdays between 9:30 AM to 5 PM.This is how they provide service to customers. Highly disappointed...

Poor service I have ever seen...#OppoI brought my new phone Oppo A53 on 22nd September, 2020, on 12th Oct evening my phone got off as I was busy and couldnt charge, as soon as it got off I put my phone on charging but it wasnt Getting charged, I tried with another charger also but it wasnt getting charged, next day noon my husband went to nearest oppo service centre that is Oppo Inlead Electronics Private Limited located at bhosari Alandi road, they checked the phone and said battery is drained and your phone is alright.Again day before yesterday night my phone got off and same thing happened my phone was not getting charged and my husband went to same oppo service centre and they said is due to water damage but its not possible cause we took this for business purpose and we keep it at shop only.I asked the sevice center person to show the CCTV footage of what they checked inside but they denied, we feel its serviceman fault as he just showed the red mark but it can be done by just touching a drop of liquid, we just wanted a proof cause from our side its not water damage, one more thing if its due to water damage than phone should not get charged when its on also, the service person is hiding there fault.. there is charging problem when the phone gets off. phone is not getting charged if it gets off due to low battery...Its a manufacturing defect according to my knowledge there is 100% table replacement if its manufacturing defect within a month but they dont want to give me replacement so they are giving me nonsense reasons about phone....

Oppo fits duplicate parts and removes original parts my phone not supported duplicate parts then I came to know and its very costly the amount they said is 12k and its latest model Oppo A9 2020 very poor .

I went there to show my phone.. They said repair cost about 10k For motherboard.. I took my phone back and thrown it in garbage.

Today I have visited theire oppo bhosari,after checking my mobile oppo A5 .My Mobile is in warranty period they told me that we will give you replace display due to the lining on display as free.They has changed display aslo saying you will get call from our team and give us 5 rating .after receiving they has taken back my oppo a5 told and pay Rs.3500 .Note possible warranty period .she is demanding before collect pay your payment.i replied to her how i can pay before the check of my mobile.Oppo has very poorest service .They didnt give me my GST Bill .Iwill suggest to you don.t go there and you can visit other oppo service center in pimpri.

Hello apka itana bada service centar hai fir bhi apke service center me oppo f11 pro ka vooc charger available nahi hai ?? Upar se aisa bolte ho ki local dukan me se mat lo fir apke pass charger available rakho na q vooc charger available nahi hai
