Building located at prime location in Nigdi.Parking is big issue.Building need to be super clean as per existing standards in malls.Toilet should be available.Once you enter the property you feel like its overcrowefed

Located Right into the heart of Nigdi... Ideal place for business investment... Parking is a bit of challenge due to space constraints otherwise its a decent place for Shopping jewelry, kids dresses, hair dressers and many other things.

Its set in a prime location under pavale bridge. There is a lot of chaos happening around it as its a very busy traffic junction. Lot of shops are there.parking can be tricky if you are in a 4 Wheeler.

The complex has many good shops including the famous Pradeep Sweets however lifts or elevators are persistently inoperative.. Pain area..

One of the best place, for buying jewellery may it be of gold or diamond. There are various brands of custom jewelry shops some are from more than 15-20 years now. And have a well reputable company.There is a parking space available at the right corner to the back side of the Arcade where you can freely park your two wheeler but you have to really find some space for parking your cars if you visit there. They do have car parking space which is a bit congested.
