It is the biggest multi speciality hospital in PCMC. It is a private hospital with state of the art infra structure.But parking is a great problem which you face here as soon as you arrive here. You dont have to pay for parking. It is affiliated to a private medical college. So thousands of students and staff have their own vehicles and so they give preference to their own staff first. The management is on a spree on building more and more buildings and no proper space planned to sufficient parking. If you arrive here in emergency think ten times of parking or chances of loosing golden hour is more.You had to pay less compared to other private hospitals, but chances of becoming learning examples to students is high.New building infrastructure, modern machines and most of the facility is available in one place. Medicines, labs etc ..you dont have to run outside and that too at a competative rates is plus point.Cleanliness is maintained to the medical standards.Cafetaria is in the campus but rates make patients ply outside.In brief, always better than government hospitals. If your budget is a compromise, it is your best destination for all your medical needs.Note, if you are getting admission in the hope of getting Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana benifit here, the chances are less. The hospital staff tries to avoid it first. Then the government office situated in the hospital premises make you run here pin pointing negligible errors and make delay in processing the form. At the end you get it approved and you will loose all the expenses you bear till to the date !

They provide very good and timely information with proper updates and post operative advice.Their non-medical staff are decent but there is room for improvement. However as a whole the hospital is fantastic with state of the art operating rooms and services. In fact the entire campus is brilliant.

I along with my wife and father was admitted in DYP during September 2020. We were in the new building on 8th floor and found the facilities to be be quite nice and clean. We got good treatment from the doctors and nursing staff. Good quality of food was given timely. Cooperative and well mannered admin and house keeping staff too. The medical store and process of issuing medicines to patients is an area of improvement that needs to be looked into.

The only hospital I would think for COVID related hospitalization. They have all nice state of art facalities, infrastructure, staff, doctors, pharmacy and housekeeping.All the Corona warriors working there gives enough care and peace of mind to recover even though there are crisis of oxygen, remdesivir outside it wasnt case with this hospital, they have managed well.Their floor supervisor not only monitors but daily check with each patients about their feedback, note down and work on improvement. I was in private covid isolation ward.With all these 5/5 rating on various categories, there is little room for improvement in administrative and discharge processes.Again Thanks to all Corona warriors working there. 🙏🙏

Very poor service for covid patients in ICU as well bells are not working they some time even dont give lunch and also pharmacy sometimes delay to provide injections. If you dont have HRCT photo copy on file then pharmacy dont give injection as per government rules. Here the patient is important or government policy. Very immature staff and service. Small things do matter because its not you as individual its a brand where people in future will tend to come. This has been observed many times that the womens at counter no. 05 and 07 are never on time for case papers. Patients have to wait for them for 15-20 min after time. Our entire family takes medication from this hospital from years, but because of no time management within employees makes it a worst experience.

Very bad experience. Out of six lifts only one or two lifts are running. In which patients and their Relatives goes upper floor. For visitors there is no lift arrangements. U have to use stair to go upto 5th floor. Its very painfull. The management is ignoring this problem due to Corona
