The ease of ordering is amazing. Loved the packaging of the food it was nicely packed and sealed properly with no spillage. loved the whole experience. I ordered subz- e- biryani and it came with mint raita and one gulab jamun. I think they should increase the quantity of raita and add gravy in the platter too. other than that tastewise it was delectable.

Do not order from this restaurant. They are real cheater. They didnt deliver the all items in the order and on complain they didnt provide proper response or they provide some points which we can not even use fully on next order.I have faced such issue twice so i have decided to warn all of you. I am not going to order again from this place.Pathetic.

Probably the best biryanis in pune..they offer a wide range of varieties in biryani....the taste is awesome and the quantity served is pretty good...even though it says serves one....two people can manage...the packing and presentation is really good also they have gulabjams and raita served along with the biryani.

Ordered Boneless Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Kabab & Coca Cola Can through Zomato from Behrouz Pimple Saudagar (Pune) unit. Did not receive Coke Can at all. Biryani was not worth the hype (2/5). Kabab was good, but qty was too less (3/5). Overall experience is 1 out of 5.

I really love to order biryani from behrouz biryani. Taste is very good. I loved packaging they do. I really feel safe to order from during this pandemic. Gravy and raita was very tasty and unique.

Behrouz Biryani has been my all-time favorite if I want to try something different than our traditional Maharashtrian Biryani. Behrouz has a huge menu to choose from and each one of them is worth trying.Coming to the packaging and delivery, theyve nailed it. The delivery is on time even if its raining. Thats something commendable. Packaging is on another level. It looks like a Royal present come to visit you. Theyve won everyones heart at packaging only. The packaging never comes off or its torn or something bad, its always in good shape.I ordered Sabj-e-Falafel Biryani this time. The quantity is really huge and 3-4 people easily can share one biryani. It was topped with lots of dry fruits and the biryani rice was perfectly cooked. The rice had lots of veggies which is another great thing and to accompany them it had a good amount of falafel chunks. Even masala was of a well-balanced amount and didnt make it an extra masaledar biryani. Overall the biryani was good and it was bit sweet, but its ok as its not a typical Maharashtrian biryani. It was given with Gulab Jamun and masala curd. Both were a good addition to the package.Ive always praised Behrouz and yes its a definite order if you want to try something different.

Pathetic service. I placed order and it was confirmed. I decided to pay cach. The chef seems called me but I could not attend the call. Eventually they cancelled the order. I did not get any cancellation notice. My elderly parents and kids were waiting for more than 1 hour but no food. After 1 hour when I called customer service I got to know the order was cancelled. Pathetic service, on top of that the Chef Darshan Vaij was lying saying, he tried calling 4 or 5 times. Only the name Behruz is big but the service providers are worst to miserable to pathetic and arrogant. On top the customer service is not willing to give any compensation. This is how in India, customers are treated with ZERO value.

Ordered chicken biryani based on Internet search and people saying that this is best biryani in India!Fortunately I ordered only small pack which is meant for two people.Was curious and expecting a world class biryani, when I received the package it was attractive and packaged nicely.Actual taste was third class... I never thought of such low quality biryani from Behrouz. Its waste of time and money.First time I threw it off, felt so sorry, but didnt have any option.Out of the hundreds of reviews on Google this is one of the worst review I have ever written.

Packaging 10/10. But taste was worst! If you ever want to taste Sweet Biryani go for Worst Behrouz. But does Biryani ,that too Chicken is ever Sweet?Anyways it was my first and last order with Worst Behrouz.I strongly recommend do not dare to taste Biryani. Biryani tastes like a beautiful song for knights Valor and kindness and sacrifice. Bold tastes of mutton Biryani with juicy tender meat. Reliable traditional flavors combined with dash of nuts just make it almost perfect. Speaking of perfect I want to say that perfect Biryani can happen sometimes but the one that is almost perfect 90% of the time achieves the excellence - like the one these guys have. I am writing this review after trying around 10 times and so I can say.. It is EXCELLENT!They should bring consistency in cooking chicken though sometimes gets dry.. Only saying because the high standard they have set elsewise.. Better than most.

I ordered a king size biryani at 9.02 pm. Its 10.15 pm and yet I am waiting for delivery. No one picks up the phone as well. Website shows its cooked at 9.35 pm and it still shows cooked. This means that if it arrives, it will be cold. Worst experience so far. Local hotels are better. This was the last time I ordered from this guys. 600 bucks wasted.Dont buy from them! You will repent. Wish I could give zero stars....

Very BAD experience , I ordered Biryani by selecting the delivery location from Behrouz aap but after an hour i received call from Behrouz shop and said the delivery canot possible with selected location.Even i asked nearby location which i select where order can be delivered but he refused to delivered order.Very disappointed with FIRST an LAST experience 👎

Ordered from zomato. Delivery is not done by zomato, but the restaurant itself. Received a call about an hour later that the restaurant is closed and they will cancel the order. Zomato still shows the order as delivered. Chasing with zomato, but wont order again. Most probably the restaurant is going out of business. Learning here is dont go by app ratings, do check ratings on google.

Absolutely pathetic delivery. Their delivery boy didnt bring half the order one time and their manager refused to do anything about it.The second time I ordered from them, they arrived 30 minutes later than their promised delivery time - 1.5 hours in total.Dont order from this place because youre going to be disappointed by their stupidity and callousness.

Behrouz Biryani is one of the most royal options you will find in our city nowadays.With the exact knowledge of what the audience wants , it just doesnt fail to surprise you.I never really try Gosht Biryanis apart from my usual favorite places , but this time I made an exception as I was considerably happy with my previous experiences with Behrouz.I tried the Dum Gosht Biryani from their menu which was amazingly juicy and chunky in terms of meat. I just had one complaint, rather an expectation - I wanted more pieces of meat in the biryani.The masala was apt and equally distributed in the bed of rice.Priced at Rs. 350 , the quantity is sufficient for two people.I also got a surprise along with the Biryani - A black box which contained chocolate fantasy.To give your taste buds extreme satisfaction , heat the chocolate fantasy and indulge into it.If you havent tried it yet, be sure to try it sometime pretty soon.Vfm-3Overall Rating : 4

I find the best totaled Biryani ever... I have not visited to place. I was staying in hotel was too hungry wishing to have the best Biryani.. And I got this from uber eat.. Trust me the test was awesome.. No spicy... Well cooked chicken.. Very cell parcel packing.. Complete hygienic... Unexpectedly I got sweet into that... Trust me jaba per paani aagaya... Must try this..

Ordered from Swiggy Murg bhunna Biryani. Packaging was awesome. Taste was subtle yet rich little on sweeter side. Had dry fruits like almonds and kismis in it which is very different from hyderabady biryani. Not for people who like their biryani to spicy hot.

Ordered via swiggy the bag value was 546 once went to the cart for ordering it became 741+taxes+delivery charges. I called behrouz biriyani and informed about the cheating carried out by swiggy on its orders for that they just replied contact swiggy and we are not responsible for that. Behrouz is not worried about its reputation so I think this must be a total cheating by the duo behrouz and swiggy. Taste and quality also not great its below average only. Not worth the money.

Very poor stuff...Just making people fool...in the name of biryani...Who in the world put green capsicum in the biryani...As thumb rule none of the mughali dishes have capsicum.....The only taste you get is of sent ( kevda )... Quantity served is also very less for 2 folks..No point in going for it....refrian and beware from these folks...

This is Ramzan time. I lived in Hyderabad for five years and Ramzan month was treat for us to be part of that city. But when I moved to Pune it was very difficult to find good biryani restaurant which will match the taste of Hyderabads biryani. After visiting many places I encountered with this restaurant called Behrouz. I ordered Ramzan special Haleem which has its uniqueness starting from its preparation till finishing last bite of it. I must say Behrouz has matched the taste of Hyderabads Haleem to the 85-90%. In Pune you get good food but have to pay hell lot of money but in Hyderabad you get best food at very reasonable rates. Same is with Behrouz, food & taste is good but the cost is high for a small quantity.

Open the biryani box and the magical essence of fragrance spreads over in the room...damm its powerful than a perfume 😜 coming to the taste no wonder it was the most delicious biryani I ever had in Pune. Sprinkle of dry fruits made it more lavish , I believe some people dont like raisins in biryani as they change the whole texture of Biryani. The mutton was tender and the masalas were bang on.
