Great stay. Unbelievably supportive staff and management. Stayed during an uncertain time during the covid pandemic. But the whole management and staff responded with great responsibility, and enabled us to have a great stay. They even allowed us to stay in a premium room than we booked, even without charging any extra amount. Thank you team JK residency! Keep up the good work!

I went for my friends engagement here. The place is really good but the auditorium is not so big. It is perfect for small functions .. the food there was cool. I dont know if it was prepared for marriage. If so then no idea about their food. It is bar attached and AC .

Hotel is compared to other available hotels and it is close to main road, so on the way to Kasaragod any one can stay in this hotel, Donna was clean, check-in was smooth, but tv was not functioning this was noticed in the next day morning since we checked in the late night . Hot water was not worked in the morning, and rooms are not sound proof , I can hear lot of noise even when door is closed. Apart from these small things, everything was excellent.. break fast was very good , I enjoyed it. Staff are very supportive . During night also front office staff are available with good smile on his face. He was very helpful . Thanks to the hotel team.

It is a very good hotel and a nice one to stay with family & kids. Food at the hotel is very good and I would highly recommend to people looking for local and homely food. Location is also good for stay taking long journey to Mangalore from Kerala as it is almost midway. Hotel staffs were very cooperative and pleasant. Need to improve on administration and allotment of drivers room.

It was a decent place.... The shortcomings I felt were, they werent able to provide us with proper hot water! Maybe it was because we were the only guests on that day.... Also, the Wi-Fi never worked.....Here are the plus points...They have a parking space for 7 to 8 cars, and the hotel is not that tough to spot..... The appearance is good... And so is the ambience....

Had a one night stay at JK on the way back from Goa. Surprisingly this place was better than what I expected. Booked it through mmt and for the price we paid it was a kill. The staff were very courteous and the place was kept really neat and tidy. I sure will suggest this to anyone passing by this place and if m back towards this side I will definitely stay here again.

Located in a convenient place .But this hotel rooms required some serious maintenance.During my stay in this hotel I have faced some water shortages in the wash room and air conditioning was working but it was making too much noise and it was unbearable hence couldn’t sleep that night.But I still give 4 star because the staffs were very supportive they were immediately ready to attend the issues we had pointed out . Also they have got a decent restaurant as well.Overall it’s a good hotel and recommended if you are with family and going for a long distance travel.

The hotel is very well located and was easy to find. I found it clean and comfortable and I was especially impressed with how quiet the room was. I also was impressed with how friendly the staff were in helping me arrange some sightseeing and providing general guidance.

Booked through mail. Hotel is located in the highway. (Cheruvathur a small town). Room was clean and spacious. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. They have function hall and parking facility. Food was good especially seafood but they dont have variety.

But for certain things, the hotel is very professional with elegant wide rooms and large parking space. Certain things include, the DTH service in room is suspended due to non payment, toiletries are not labelled(3 bottles of lotion with no name ) bath screen missing, unfixed washbasin tap console. Food is good which comprises mostly Kerala based dishes. Overall stay is Satisfactory.

The Hotel J.K. Residency in Cheruvathur is awesome and extraordinary… it is superb...best & best within our area. Rooms are very neat and clean with quality fragrance and we felt we stayed in foreign. My overall stay was very pleasant and sweet and food quality was excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel and the budget is very nominal and the staff are wonderful.

For the price and service this is excellent. Good neat rooms with clean toilets. Good food but if you do not like coconut oil then you will have to tell them. Value for money

Nice Hotel with All the amenities but one should avoid this Hotel if they are looking for nice food for lunch and dinner ...Resturant people and Hotel Management are not bother about customer need of food,its from their choice we have to eat food at around 2 pm in the noon all major food get finished what i am seeing from last two month ... whatever we order either its not available or it get finished and funny thing is management still praise about their food servive ...for stay its 5 out of 5 rating but for food my rating is in negative.....

Hotel is good.. rooms and other amenities too are okay.. not too costly.. but the restaurant is horrible.. staff not at all professional..asked at 1:00 pm for food but they had only meals to offer.. we were ready to wait but they were not ready to offer anything more even a fish fry or chicken or anything.. also they served the meals and went away not even bothering in between to come and ask whether we needed anything else at least water

The attitude of the reception guy has to change... He has to learn to treat people equally... If the rooms are full his attitude is like he is in Taj.... Never recommend to stay there... I prefer not to give any star....

Rooms are well maintained. Food is ok. Service wise, its not that great. Its on highway so this can be a stop over place for spending night. Rates are reasonable.

It was all very pleasant stay to us and I would recommend this place to you. Just two points: 1) All items in the restaurant menu card are not available. 2) Vehicle washing point may be introduced.
