I repaired two dell laptops hereOne cost me 5750 and the other cost me 4100For both laptop he suggested to put a HD’s caddy costs 750 and a smal sad hard disk costs 3300 rupees and for one laptop he replaced key pad 1600 which worked only for three days and he replaced within warranty.Beware when you do this the working keypad fails.The laptops might appear to work good and fast but the already working keypad becomes faulty .they need to find a solution to this drawback to avoid inconvenience to customersThe owner/ partner of Hatley technologies called me up and explained that it is not the work done on the laptops but the spares that are available during the pandemic are many at times faulty and he is helpless.With tbis clarification we can give him the benefit of doubt.We hope that India restarts the Chinese imports and all these years inconveniences are done away with
