They wont care about the parcels that has to be delivered and reply with negligence

1 start is also waste for this services. They will not call us for deliver. Also they will not deliver a our packages safely at door step. They dont even Inform us that they received our package. If we call them for package related query they speak us with abusive manner. They dont even respect the customer it is better to stop the courier services. Worst worst worst.. There is no door delivery service, not informed the product delivered. There is no response for calls and then office will not opened early customers waiting for 2 hours also they didnt come and didnt pick calls also, waste and worst service.

Be Careful with this branch, they lie to you about your package. My experience with this guy, he told me package has been sent to Tirupathi HO few days ago, when I checked with TPT HO, there was no record of my package being returned by this guy. I had to check again with Piler Branch and asked him with stern tone, only after searching drama he had given our parcel, saying technical issues. They may cheat you guys.

Worst courier service, they wil nt delivery any parcel which they got, but in tracking it shows its delivered...when I called them they say if u want come and collect at our office because we dont have any delivery person....Dont know why DTDC is giving franchise to this kind of unprofessional people and reducing DTDC standards
