Its was an excellent holiday for our family..we enjoyed a lot..very clean and tidy place to relax and spend time with family..

We stayed for a night on 3rd Nov19....Location:Location is really good & out from crowded areas & so peaceful ....Service :All staff people are very helpful, cooperative, polite & always serve with smiling face...Food:They prepare food exactly according to our order & food was really good....Rooms:Rooms are specious & laced with all facilities...Worth to stay here for friends & family....

Helpful and friendly staff. Good service. This hotel is a little away from the market. You would need a vehicle to travel any where. Food is good. Jain food is served upon request.

I loved this resort. Only challenge is the location. It is far from the main city and there is a check post and they stop you every time you are coming from town. Hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Apart from that stay was pleasant.

This crocodile park is very small. The place could become good attraction point if it is maintained well.

It is a nice resort. If you are planning for indoor events, it is good for less than 20 participants. It has nice outdoor venue for socializing events.

We had the best stay at Peling . Loved the view from the room. Clean and well maintained rooms. Delicious food, helpful staffs and the manager went out of the way to help us. would recommend it to all the travelers.

The best service!We were three friends, since our flights got delayed, we reached the phuentsholing main gate very late. Prior, to this I informed the manager if they could help us with the late check-in. We reached the gate around 11.30 pm and to our surprise, the hotel driver had been waiting for us there. Reached the hotel safely and loved their services. From driving us to the hotel safely to serving us dinner late at night. Everyone went out of their way to help us out. Heard many good things about Bhutanese ppl but experienced their kind gestures for the first time. The rooms were clean, you get the best mountain views from the room. Food was delicious and staffs courteous. Shoutout to the manager for helping us. Get in touch with her if you need any queries/ help. Loved our stay at Peling.

Good hotel, good food, helpful staff and good place to stay near to the border

Its a cute place situated in phuntsholing, away from the hustle bustle of the town. The staff is absolutely adorable..sincere. The service is good. The good was awesome. One must try the mushroom datshi and red rice, and the chicken chilli was also great!! They even pack breakfast for you if you have to leave hotel early.

Very nice place to stay within budget. Wonderfully located on a small hill top in the outskirts of Phuntsoling town with conveniance of reaching from Indian town Joygaon, Alipurduar. Check post clearance is handled by the Hotel. So, the hassle of taking permit for entering Bhutan is not required for visiting this place but full flavour of Bhutan can be enjoyed without entering deep in to this lovely kingdom.

Amenities were originally good, but, the irresponsible staff has damaged the image of this resort due to lack of maintenance and lack of willingness to serve. Few experiences on 20th and 21st May 2018: 1. We needed to carry our luggage to second floor, 2. Extra towel was denied, when insisted to see manager, towel was given. 3. Cupboard sliding glass door was not easily opening, inside was full of dust. 4. TV remote batteries were exhausted. 5. In relatives room intercom phone was not working, Corner bathroom glass was dismantled posing safety risk. 6. House keeping girls observed to be doing timepass on 2nd floor all the time. 7. One wheel of my relatives new bag was totally damaged when taking the bag down from the stairs by the luggage girl.I hope management reading this review may take corrective actions with staff training, to make this hotel a better place. Amenities are really good, just need maintenance and willing to serve staff.

Best hotel in Pelling

While the rooms are decent and spacious, everything else was in a total disarray. For starters, there was no one to attend us or our luggage. We carried it all the way to our rooms. Granted I should not crib about this point but given I had paid for certain services, this was expected, like any other place. Not so turned off by this, because I like to carry my luggage on my own. Then as you enter the room, you are welcomed by a musty smell of dampness. Once we switched on the lights, we were greeted by a couple of lizards. The plug points were awfully situated. Then we tried accessing the wifi, which wasnt reaching our room. My friend went in for a bath and there was a power-cut. Yes power cuts are seldom and just a coincidence in our case, but power back-up would have been a nice thing to have. Done with these shenanigans, we went to the restaurant to get some food. Over-priced like hell. The attendant gave us a menu, but whatever we asked him, was unavailable. Frustrated, I just asked him to get whatever he had. We came back to the room, and the TV was not plugged in. There was no cable to get the channels and the remote too was missing. Rushed back again to the reception and after much coaxing, they handed over the Remote.Came back to the room to do a little bit of unpacking. Opened the cupboard and all it had were soiled pillows and blankets.By this time, I was furious. I dialled in other hotels in the city and found one where I could go and spend the night. But this place is so far-off the city, that getting to the other places in the border town was a pain on a rainy evening.Consoled myself and somehow spent a night here. First ray of light, and I was out of this place.Not going to recommend this to anyonePS: If you havent done your permits, this place is not for you. To reach here, you need to cross the immigration check-post. Plus this place is almost 5kms away from the border gate at Phuentsholing.I could have given it much lower ratings, but have to settle with just one. Google doesnt allow anything lesser than that.

Pathetic place with loud noise. No staff to listen to your grievanances. You cant sleep till 2 am. Drunk people are fighting in the hotel parking which further adds to your misery.
