How was I supposed to know when the shoes that were given to my son as a birthday gift were purchased? Because of their 30-day policy my son will not be able to wear his two small shoes because lwss would not allow an exchange Im not even asking for my money back just to trade the shoes in for some shoes that he could fit on his feet

Poor selection of shoes actually available for purchase in store.The website advertises a Nike Air Max day however they only had three pairs available for men and absolutely no pairs available for women in the entire store, and its not because Air Max day happened and they sold out... The day hasnt even came yet and they dont even have inventory for the sale.

This store is a little unorganized compared to the other ones I have been to , some shoes I couldnt find and staff didnt ask if I needed any help but in the end they have good prices and they werent busy so i definitely would come again .

THE PROBLEM IS SOLELY WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING THIS DAY AT AROUND 4:30PM.THIS MAN WHO CONDUCTS AND REACTS LIKE A TEENAGER, SHOULD BE DEMOTED OR FIRED FOR HIS MISCONDUCT AND ACTION ON THIS DAY.HE REFUSED MY BUSINESS BY GRABBING MY ITEMS OUT OF ANOTHER EMPLOYEES HANDS AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE A NUMBER, WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH DISTRICT MANAGER. ALSO REPLYING WITH, IM THEIR BOSS TOO!

Had to wait in line and staff was no where to be seen. Found 1 staff member and they stated they didnt know how to use the register.

So i went home ordered the same shoes straight from Sketchers $20 less than they wanted at this discount store.
