I had a roof leak that was fixed by SunVek. Unfortunately, following 2 years, I continued to have leak. After notifying SunVek, they came out twice to fix the leak but the leak persists (their tech never spent more than 30 min to fix the leak). I was told that any internal damage is not their problem and they would fix only the roof. Third year in a row, I again had same roof leak, Upon calling Sunvek, I am told that warranty is only for two years, however, they can come back and give me another estimate to redo the job (really). how can you not get the job done 3 times?? was it just patch work knowing seasonal rain in Phx would get them out of two years warranyty.

Major props to Sunvek. We had a leak on our second-floor walk deck and brought Sunvek out to diagnose and address the issue. After some trial and error, we decided the original install was bad enough (from a different contractor) that a complete rework of the deck was in order. There were a series of hiccups that Sunvek wouldnt have predicted, and required much of the work to be redone, but Sunvek made sure they did the job right and didnt skimp on details. Most contractors would have charged extra or stopped returning our calls, but they stepped up and made sure we were happy. Now the deck is water-tight and we can finally enjoy our walk deck the way we hoped. Shout out to Bill, David, and Sergio. Highly recommend.

I have used this company for years with many of my projects, for services, like roof inspection, roof repairs and installation and found them to be very professional, reliable, and quick in their services and responses. Highly recommend them for any roofing job.

Received a friends recommendation for SUNVEK Roofing. Called for an estimate talked to two separate receptionists who had a professional demeanor and answered all my questions. Spencer Lane arrived on time and explained three separate options. He followed up with a written estimate and completion dates for each with pros and cons for each. I selected a full roof replacement. The crew arrived one half hour early and the foreman explained the stages of the job. They arrived each day and cleaned up the yard daily. Fantastic job. Finally, a roofing company who does excellent work at a fair price!!! I was referred to Sunvek by a Realtor associate and friend and he assured me Id be happy with their work. They came out sooner than they promised, got the work done faster than I expected and did a beautiful job. THIS is the roofing company to use!

I would highly recommend this company and Eric to anyone that has roofing needs. He addressed the issue...fairly easy fix for him (spent 30 minutes of his time) and he did it No Charge. We’ve had issues with many other roofing companies....Not being honest, recommending work not needed, and over charging. I’ve deleted every other roofing company from my contact list. I recommend that you call Eric for a quote and form your own opinion...you won’t regret.

Thomas MacDonald Certified Home Inspector (for Sunvek) came out yesterday, He inspected and reviewed our situation. He did and excellent job giving us the overview. He promptly send us the proposal. They did my flat roof and removed tile, replaced underlayment and reinstalled tile. Very nice. I would recommend...

Same company that claims to be around since 1984. All one has to do is google Sunvek Bankruptcy and youll get the info on how they left houses unfinished throughout the valley , kept taking peoples money and didnt pay their employees. Swell and I would NOT hire these guys to tear up my house and do work, heck no.

Horrible place. DNT ever USE THEM CALLED THEM FOR LEAKS . CAME.OUT GAVE ME ESTIMATE TO FIX MY LEAKS . YEARS LATER AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS. I STILL HAVE SAME LEAKES. RAINING NOW AND IT LEAKING . OWNER DNT care. Talked to so many people whats the use.. They TREAT U LIKE IT YOUR FAULT THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WRONG . They sent numerous people to come fix thism and they all been experts . All I want is my ROOF FIXED. AND CANT GET it RIGHT. REAL QUICK TO COME GET THE PAYMENT. VERY SLOW IN FIXING THE ISSUES. Even had house repainted inside after they supposedly fixed it. It leaked messed up paint job 2 times already and at same time took out my ceiling fan from water getting into it. DO YOU THINK THEY OFFERED TO FIX iT.. NOPE. Yes its my mothers house and I sure will call that number ..

Sunvek recoated the roof on our Scottsdale home a few years ago. After making the mistake several years before that of using a lowest cost, less experienced roofer, boy were we ever happy with Sunvek. These guys are pros and offer a dependable warranty. They actually contact US to schedule our annual roof inspection and come on-time with polite professional staff. They work fast and hassle-free. We learned not to skimp on a roofing company and Sunvek has proven to be a great choice.

I cant think of any company that I have ever worked with that has such disregard for my time. Appointments missed re-scheduled, no-shows. A small roofing project that should even by Sunveks opinion take two days takes several weeks. Workmanship is poor, certainly substandard to other roofing jobs in my area. Note the sloppy use of mortar, crooked tile lines and ill fitting tile joints. This job has been going on for over three weeks and it still is not done. I did however receive a bill. That seems to be on time. I wish I could start over with another contractor.

Be prepared to read a bit. We have many good things to say about Sunvek Roofing. We have been customers of Sunvek Roofing for 40 years and will continue our relationship with them for all our roofing needs. One new foam roof (mid-century modern home,) recoated 4 times after original install every five years to maintain the integrity of the product as well as the warranty. Not once during these four decades have we ever had an unsatisfactory or poor experience with this company at any level, from initial phone calls for inspection, follow up appointments, prep work, recoating and, finally, invoicing. Everyone in this firm (all the employees we have met over the years) function at one level - excellence with superior service. All work was always done on time by knowledgeable personnel with superb attention to detail.The product itself and its application has resulted in reduced HVAC bills, consistently dropping the interior temperature by as much as 4 - 5 degrees as well as decreasing the number of cooling cycles necessary to maintain comfortable living during hot, hot days.We have not been paid, nor asked to write this review. Our enthusiasm in writing this review all stems from another excellent experience in the often cloudy, disappointing world of customer service when dealing with the hurdles of home maintenance. Sunvek makes it easy, no stress, friendly and perfectly satisfying. Do we recommend Sunvek? Absolutely! No second thoughts here.
