Been using this EMR service for last few years without difficulty but they abruptly changed their software and its been anything but a good experience. Very frustrating. Front line tech support are okay but limited with assistance regarding what they can do. The manager was slow to return calls and find a quick solution.

Applied for a job with them as I had the educational & experience requirements yet in less than 1 hour of submitting my application, I got a rejection email. What possible reason could they have to reject my application that quickly? Are they racist? You have ineffective recruiters that are turning away real talent with certifications.

My wife and I have the pleasure of serving the AWESOME & SUPER FRIENDLY FAMILY of EMPLOYEES once a month out of our food truck! They are hands down one of the best businesses we have the honor to feed!

Tried switching to WebPT from another EMR and was billed for 3 months as if I was using it without a clear path toward using it, transferring and activating patients, etc. I was simply told, we give you the videos and WebPT university and you just start. I asked for help again and again. 45 minutes plus wait times for support help and snarky ‘I’m very busy and you need to sign up for a call’ responses when I tried to get help. My schedule and my ‘on boarding specialist schedule did not work together. Extremely busy and poorly staffed company. They promise things they can not deliver and their customer support is TERRIBLE. There are so many EMR’s out there, no one needs to be treated this way. BTW , it was not inexpensive to carry the software for 3-4 months without actually being able to use it for 6 therapist- over 500 a month. So frustrated and disappointed. For all of us small practices looking for easy automation and billing- Web PT was complicated and not helpful.

We have been using WebPT for 3 years and it was the best decision we made in implementing an EMR system. Their customer service is unparalleled and was instrumental in a smooth, efficient transition into an EMR platform. The company is dedicated to the PT profession and is constantly providing education (Blogs, Webinars) in all aspects of practice. In addition, WebPT is extremely active within the APTA and Private Practice section. I would give the highest recommendation for WebPT!
