I had an online order for soil. I went into the store at 5127 W Indian School Rd in Phoenix to see if they had more. I asked 2 different associates where their carts were, first guy said he didn’t know and second associate said maybe they are all being used. There was only one other shopper in the store. Then she said maybe they are in the isles. I went to the cashier to get my online order and told her I had my car parked right out front. She pushed the cart towards me and walked away. I’m 65 yrs old and it would’ve been nice to have help loading bags of soil into my car. I will not be shopping this store again. I hate incompetent People.

As always, employees ready to helpgreat place to find a part or items for home repair.

This store is great. Everything I have needed was right there. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Just boght a Toro weedeater edger a week ago and know its allUsed up thinking it will last a year if it can make it a week

Always find what I need good service makes me feel like Im back in my hometown

Love this store. Its my go too first. The staff are awesome and friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and will get you what you need.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. LOL Sometimes Ace has items in stock that even Lowes or Home Depot dont have.

Clean store, good assistance and okay prices.

Wow did I have a great time there The people were very helpful I have a project that required some special parts One of their staff was so understanding and helpful I took the parts I got there Will be able to finish my project He probably saved me a $100+ Im a happy camper I would never have gotten this kind of attention at the other hardware stores Most of the times you have to look all over the store for help

They are very helpful and kind in this store.. I love it here.

Local nessesary parts and supplys

They have some pretty cool UV light devices for disinfecting areas; spaces; and items. Decent service too.

Good selection and good prices.

They had just what I needed...good place to find odd things...like wire shower curtain rings.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They were very tentative in trying to help me figure out the ghastly shade of beige my HOA requires tenants to use 😊

Older mexican guy that works there was awsome and very helpful. Thats why i gave 5stars

Inventory is alright but at least there are people there to help you find what you need unlike home Depot.

Always helpful staff, even busy, never have to wait long here.

Great employees very knowledgeable

Employees always ready to help

Always the best place grat products exelent customer service

Looking for a shopping cart but were out of the one I was looking for. Staff was very helpful.

Michael was very helpful

Fast and friendly have had no problems with this establishment. Great job

Truly a fun store if you like to check it out, have a lot of fun stuff

Great experience !

They have exactly what I needed that day

Good place to look for hardware, for different types hobbycraft project at home.

Great employees, especially Mike. He helped us find everything that we needed to get our ice machines back up and running in one trip, definitely will be going back for all our maintenance needs, thanks again!

Smaller than most ACE stores with less inventory because of the neighborhood. But helpful and convenient and better priced. They started out more than twice the size but had to downsize for lack of customers.

This store is amazing! They are so beyond helpful. After 3 trips to lowes they kept guiding me to the wrong park (sink connectors) 3rd time gave up after 20 mins waiting for assistance. I gave Ace a try and waited about 2mins for assistance a young gentleman (Matthew) started helping me gave me the CORRECT part!Im just so pleased and amazed on customer service and attentive they are.

Close to were I work so I like the location. I was greeted, and asked by multiple staffed if I needed any help. The store it self needs a good inventory manager or something. I saw lots of items out of stock.I heard most of the staff speaking Spanish and English, so great bilingual coverage.

Very helpful and made sure customers had on mask.

Its the best place to get all your hardware needs very helpful people who know there stores goods

Great staff. Very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, stocked and had what I needed!

Excellent customer service.Very nice people.

Ace always has what I need when I need it. Thx.

The employees are very knowledgeable of the product inventory that ACE carries and were able to direct me to the aisle, even which side left or right on both my items that I needed.

So far they had everything I needed. And it was nice and cool inside during this hot weather.

I went in whit a window frame for them to cut out a piece of glass to install as my kiddo broke it. Turns out they wanted to over charge me for them to simple measure it professionally and do the cuts..They made me do the measurements good thing i know about measuring. For some might be a no brainer at all but for others it can be a rough one like might have never seen a measuring tape ever. just saying To The Ace stores do this for free ... Other than that be prepared to measure your own glass or pay a double amount of money for that one glass u couldnt or didnt know how to measure

It was good they had everything I needed and it didnt take very long to find it it was good

I love shopping at store they got everything I need

Small hardware store. It has pretty much everything you need. The associates are more knowledgeable than at other hardware stores.

I was the last person in there after hrs,I didnt realize they close at 6PM on Sunday ,the stuff was very kind and helpful

Tony here helped me out with a project in which Lowe’s said I was SOL. He was super helpful and even gave me tips for digging in the AZ soil (and how to keep cool while doing it). Not sure what he’s being paid, but he deserves a raise!

Shelves are always stocked and there is always someone to help if you have any questions.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is also very well stocked. Good place to go for hardware needs

I shopped for glass windows and they cut them to size for a reasonable price I was happy for there service. Thank you for your great customer care.

Excellent source of knowledge. More than enough selections for the items I was looking for originally! And very knowledgeable crew definitely helps with troubleshooting. Thank you Dennis for your Help!

Dennis was super patient and helpful and got me what I needed! He turned my mood around after just having a negative experience at another Ace Hardware. Love this location!

I really enjoy the weekend staff at this store. The young men are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Totally recommend you shop on the weekends. Happy customer 😃

Excellent service, they were able to make a new car key, and it worked!

You call with a simple question... they refuse to listen and give you an easy answer. They tell you to come in and you ask the EXACT same question and they tell you immediately that they cannot do it. Horrible strip mall on the west side that is crawling with accidents waiting to happen. The whole experience made me irritated and wasted my whole lunch trying to pick up supplies for work. Go to the Ace in Awahtukee if you want to see how a proper hardware store should operate. STAY FAR AWAY!

Excellent customer service. The plumbing associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. After going to the other big box stores for a plumbing adapter with no success, I have to admit that Ace is the place with the hardware for everything. Next time Ill start my search there.

Ace EMPLOYEES ARE SO KIND AND PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY TONY AND MARTHA GREAT EMPLOYEES TONY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND THE RIGHT SCREW THAT WAS NEEDED AND MARTHA REALLY KNEW OF THE STORE PRODUCTS AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT.

Friendly and great service

Place where i went to get a key made the woman I live with?!

Store staff was very helpful in locating the shopping list of stuff I needed. Nice store.

Employees are friendly and very helpful. The Store is clean and organized so you can easily find what youre looking for.

Exceptional customer service!!! I was treated like royalty!! They really care and it means alot to me!! Really good people work here!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING WHEN I GO ANYWHERE!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Small hardware store. All employees are so nice and helpful.

It has everything I need at a great value.

Clean store doesnt have 1 item I like too buy tho

Friendly service. Made sure everyone found what the needed. Not just us either. Someone was leaving so they took him to show him what he couldnt find. Awesome!

People inside the store are friendly and help with ideas of DYI projects. Very knowledgable about items within store

Helpful staff

Good place for general household hardware, replacement sprinkler heads and a wide array of bug sprays, powders and baits.

I came to get copy of keys after a failed attempt at Home Depot and Lowes. They have the old manual machine that got it done. Great place to avoid the big box stores and get the help you need.

Employees werent very savvy about their work entails

Very helpful all the time

Worse ever customer service. Worst return policy for unused item even- within few hours. I would never recommend this place. Find a better place for your money.

Ace is the place to get keys fast!

There was no staff to assist me . unable to find what I needed.

Good for quick buys. Tools glue etc.

Young yet knowledgeable staff is always ready to help providing they are not assiting someone. Very convenient store for hard to find items , plumbing and hardware especially when you dont have time to deal with the crowd of a home improvement store.

Very helpful staff. Quick service too.

When theyre looking for an electric cutter they didnt have one but the ACE representative was real good he suggested that I go to harbor freight I did that I thank him a lot

Always super helpful. Fantastic customer service!

Great customer service, real helpful workers

I have been using Ace hardware for some time . I was just their today and I took my sister or we decided go together. It is really easy for anyone to shop.

Aww

Great store the younger guys are very helpful and knowledgeable and I recommend family and friends to come here all the time!

Very clean, people friendly. A nice place to shop for tasks that need to be done.

Great service amazing but and bolt area have just about everything you need

I bought some L keys and came back 5 minutes after to exchange them because they were too small they wouldnt even give me credit for them worst management ever bad attitude and very poor service!!!

Got a lot of projects I need done around the house and I cant even browse to see what might work. Im more than capable of finding what I need I appreciate the help being offered but bein walked through because you asked what Im looking for and the constant bad attitude is a sure way to loose a customer the cashier was pleasant but employee of the month he most certainly was not haha Happy Holidays

They help me to understand what was the issue and was the most affordable.

I was looking for an ice pick and every other place I tried were for the most part Whats an ice pick? I should have checked with Ave first as they usually have things other places dont

They have everything

Process are great as expected, and staff is more than willing to help.

Very helpful

I do enjoy ace hardware, they carry things that bigger hardware stores dont. But I dont like the customer service at this location. I kept waiting for someone to open a tool cage for me, and no one seemed to wanted to help.

Wonderful customer service.. I shop there 3 time a month thank You Ace hardware

Very helpful employees, got what I needed n how to do my repairs

Know their stuff. Great help!

You can find especial stuff no find in big place

Friendly staff,& I found what I was looking for...

The guys where every helpful found it fast was out in less then 5 mins.

If you need knowledgable store staff this is the place to go. It is dificult to find establishments that are privately owned. Once a upon a time the hardware store was were you could get both advice and goods. Thankfully that is true of ACE and this particular location. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the prices are higher but this location is one of the least exspensive for an ACE.
