Amazing and friendly staff. Made me feel right at home but with a very professional attitude. I usually try and avoid reviews unless the service is very bad, or if I feel they have gone the extra mile and they definitely put forward a great deal of effort to make sure I understood my medical situation.

I had to change PCP Providers a couple of times. Its best to communicate with the medical staff in order to get the help in regards to your wellness that you need. I will do my best to give a short narrative story, so I dont get on your nerves. Thank you, by working together you can aid me to get through all my pre medical condition.

NOTE: It is NOT that I dislike my physician, Dr. Rosenberg, I REALLY DISLIKE and have no trust whatsoever in the corporate entity that now owns/runs 21st Century Medicine! (Be aware; the shadow group that owns what once was 21st Century Family Medicine – the professional associates must have sold their groups name to – will one day be considered a sort of Trump University scam. Really. > Cut corners. Some sub-par support personnel – save for one or two long standing, most likely VERY PATIENT old timers still hanging in there.) BUT ALSO NOTE: Dr. Arlen Rosenberg may well be one of the finest physicians I have ever seen. He has a PHD in Pharmacology as well as his MD, is most intuitive with his diagnosis, has a witty sense of humor... I have found him to be most kind and *genuinely* empathetic (not all physicians are) –AND, though I am sure his new Corporate Overlords would prefer him to push em through, push em through, push em through (keep that patient mill moving with more billable hours) have never felt rushed or just shuttled in and moved on out. He has a stellar sense of detail. And I am still (after 3+ years as a patient) most satisfied, enough-so to drive cross-town for our appointments.

My first visit to the office was not by any means impressive. After a long wait and listening to some complains from patients towards the front office, I got taken back. Two hours later I was out of there with most of my issues addressed. I cannot say enough about Dr Merritt Brock. He truly is an amazing doctor. He is the only reason I choose to continue going to this practice. I do however hope that management will take note of the overall poor office reviews and decide to address them. It makes these amazing doctors look horrible. Again, Dr. Merritt is the only reason I am giving this practice 3 stars.

Jacqueline Frasca is never even IN the office. Why does she still have a job? I had two post op surgery appoints CANCELED. One, when I was already AT the office. Unprofessional as well as dangerous to me. Im on a medication that elevates my blood pressure, but couldnt go in to be checked out once while I was on it. Glad Im still alive. I wont be trying to book another appointment.

So I had issues with this clinic since day one. Well I finally spoke up today about my concerns to an Annai who is supposed to be an administrator of this clinic and Georgette. Well needless to say Georgette but me off after only being on the phone for 10 minutes and never did I raise my voice or curse I was calm while going over my complaints and she told me I was being disruptive and being discharged. So how they run things is by allowing nurses to be rude, hang up on you, and transfer without telling you or you leave a message and never get a call back and when you have a complaint instead of addressing the staff you discharge the patient. So now I have to start over because of their poor staffing but they will continue to run a poor clinic. I hope and pray they all lose their jobs and I will not let this go until my complaint has been heard and addressed appropriately because I actually liked my physician and shouldnt have to walk on eggshells in fear of being discharged.

Do I have to give even one star? I called on 1/20 to make an appointment and had to leave a voicemail. The voicemail states that numerous phone calls will only delay the response. Today is 1/25 and I have yet to receive a call back to schedule my appointment. I called again and was sent to the same voicemail, after I pressed 0 numerous times I finally got a live person and was asked to hold. I still have patience at this time and agree, only to be put on hold for a total of 8 minutes before hanging up again. I called right back and went through the same pressing 0 to get someone live and was again asked to hold and I refused and asked to speak with the practice manager. The receptionist asked what it was regarding and I said that it was ridiculous to wait 5 days for a return phone call to schedule an appointment etc. She gave me numerous excuses as to why I hadnt received a call back and stated that my doctor had retired (if this is how 21st family does business, I dont blame him) and that was the reason. So basically, if your doctor retires and you try to schedule an appointment with him/her they wont give you a courtesy call to let you know that you need to find a new doctor- you can just continue rotting away with your illness.Awaiting a call from the practice manager now- I can only assume it will be another 5 days and still wont hear back from them until I call there.I will be finding another provider IMMEDIATELY.So its been a week, still no return call from the practice manager. I also realized that I requested some records about a month ago and still have not received them.

Myou girlfriend tried to get me set up with a doctors appointment 3 months ago because this is the place she uses. The first appointment was over a month out. The doctor was sick and had to move my appointment time... another month out. Then I started another job and had to move my appointment which is on me and thats fine.On the day of the appointment hey tell me they have to reschedule the apportionment excuse I was registered so self pay because my new insurance just kicked in. Ill never schedule an appointment here.

I absolutely love the service here, I mean sure there is a little bit of wait time to see the doctor (or nurse practitioners) but theyve always been extremely nice to me and I have always brought a book along to read while Im waiting.

Very rude and inconsiderate! Im being treated as a seeker. Being prescribed medication that Im allergic too. Always talkn down to me and being treated as if I dont know what is going on. N.P. Van Buren does not listen to what you have to say or does she care. She will still label you as a drug seeker.No matter how much pain you are in she will not help. I asked for a referral for an MRI and to find some way to elevate my pain. All I got was rude service from the nurse practitioner and her M.A. staff.DO NOT COME TO THIS PRACTICE!!

They are not worth one star. I called 4 times to arrange an appointment with my doctor. I always reach the voicemail. No callback at all. I have been at this for the last 4 months. Waste of time. Seeking a new provider.

This place is gross. Its run down, and unclean. Time means nothing to no one here. Everyone is late for there appointments. The staff is rude and has a huge turn over rate. Mind you I have been coming to this place for a little over a year. And not once have I been treated nice, I have all ways waited in the waiting room for at least an hour before seeing the doctor. This place doesnt even deserve one star.

Dr merritt has been my dr for ever and i belonged to dr zachow since 1992. What happened to them???? No answer, no appointments, they are rude, unproffessional and should not be in businesss, especially MIRANDA. They need to go back and retrain

I make an appointment with MY Dr then I get there at the time I was supposed to be, mind you I took off of work for this crap, then they tell me IM a new patient even though im not. Then they dont let me have my apt cuz new patients need to be there 30 min prior. The woman up front on 9/3/15 @ 11 am was EXTREMELY RUDE, talking to me like im an idiot when i can guarantee i am far for more educated than her. I am so insulted, dont go here, they clearly do.t know tf they are doing!!!!

Ive been seeing dr gramstad for about nine or ten months i came to his office with a back pain mind you this is the first time in my adult life i have ever seen a doctor, he gave me some kinda pills that apparently are not good, because a couple weeks ago i am in the room waiting on him and we hear him tell his staff, who are all very rude to shred his patients paper work, then he comes into the room and tell me he cannot prescribe my meds to me anymore and left it at that, i called several times for my medical records and they are rude and pretty much tell me when they get the time, i am starting to wonder if they shredded mine also.I am not there to get high or to pull one over him, but i am treated like a drug addict when all he is a drug dealer, he MUST be being watched by the DEA, i hope for his sake he can keep his license but i highly doubt it!The poor elderly ladies who go in there have to wait over an hour..this is nonsense and ridiculous!

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. THE WORST STAFF EVER. EVERYONE IN THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE TERMINATED. NO DOCTOR IS WORTH IT.
