My experience at Matisse Med Spa this morning was fabulous! Marilyn took time to discuss and evaluate my concerns. Her professionalism, outstanding product knowledge, and overall expertise with aging skin is remarkable.My past career allowed me to travel all over the world and experience some of the very best skin and spa services . Marilyn is by far one of the very best aestheticians. We are so fortunate to have her here in the West Valley.

I really wanted to love this office. I read all of the reviews and made a point to request a referral to this office from my doctor. Everything was fine. The process itself is awkward but the doctor was kind and calm throughout the skin check but I do believe that this practice is not versed in treating patients with different skin tones. Two of my moles were lanced off to be checked and there were decent sized holes left behind. For some reason they decided not to stitch them up and now I have two extremely dark visible scars on my body. I wouldn’t have taken to the internet to leave a review if I had not already called to speak to someone at the office. I was given an email to send the photos of my still healing wounds, which I did right away and never heard back. My recommendation is if you are going to visit this practice insist that they stitch up whatever hole is left from removing any growths. The amount of skin my body had to create to fill the holes that were left was insanity and in my opinion completely unnecessary. Higher risk of infection and scaring without doing so. Good luck.

Best dermatology office ever! I see Brittany Silverman, and she is always the best. Very attentive, very friendly and treats me well as her patient. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them fully, never missing the mark on anything. I enjoy coming to the office. Its a nice office too, with a really state of the art Keurig machine and free coffee for patients, as well as Fiji water bottles available upon request. The front office staff is always kind and helpful, and its always easy to get an appointment in a very timely manner. For example, I called this morning and was able to get it in within the hour, which was great because I had an urgent matter I wanted taken care of that same day. I cant recommend them enough!

First time there. Wait wasnt long and app went great. They listened to all my concerns and addressed them. All were so kind . Very happy this is my dermatologist 🤗

I had accidentally used retinol on the skin under my eyes, and the next morning my skin looked like an accordian! I was devastated! Since I go to Regency Dermatology, I called the Spa and spoke with Marilyn. She immediately calmed my fears of my skin being like that permanently and told me of 3 products to use. In a few days, my skin was back to normal! Then I had a free consultation with her and learned what she can do for my facial skin to improve it. I recommend her highly. Id give her 10 stars if I could!!

Doctor was great, but the front desk charges you 3x the amount you are supposed to pay and then takes them months to give you a refund of what they owe you.

I have always been self conscious about a birth mark I have and this office was so fast getting rid of it for me and everyone in the office were super kind to me!

The dermatologist here was great but the plastics dr was rude, fast, and dismissive. Also never got my quotes for the consult.

I have been going to Regency Dermatology since May 2020. They are great! Staff is so kind but especially the billing department. They are so great at what they do and answer questions and assist so well with billing matters. If I ever have a question with my bill, they are so quick to get it answered and resolved.

I was referred here from my primary care due to a skin condition.First impression was this place was very professional. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful.Was called back within minutes. My dermatologist, Stephaine is amazing. She took her time to talk to me and explain what was going on and what the plan was moving forward.I’ve had a few appointment now and they continue to impress me. Stephaine takes her time and answers all my question. I’ve even called in between appointments with question and they have been great at getting back to me with answers.I’m very comfortable and confident with the everyone here.

My daughter had severe acne. We camehere thinking she would need to do accutane, which is pretty intense and expensive. But the PA recommended other treatments which have completely cleared up my daughter’s skin. She has been going there for almost a year now. We are cash pay, because our insurance doesn’t cover these services but their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Regency is friendly and easy to deal with. Doctors are wonderful here and explain everything that they are doing. Feel welcome here everytime I go.

All the staff are always so polite and caring. Aubrey who roomed me put a smile on my face and made me laugh. Believe me when I say Dr. Davis is the BEST dermatologist me and my husband have ever gone to. Her and her assistants make you feel comfortable and explains what is happening with your skin. I had high hopes for this place. First appointment I went in for a skin rash and I wanted to do a full skin check. They made me schedule a separate 2nd appointment, therefore costing me more money, as I am self pay with no insurance. And not to mention I traveled an hour to get there from Gilbert. Very inconvenient and I probably should have stopped there and not come back.Second appointment, I show up for my 10:15 appointment and by 11:05, I walk up to the front desk and ask them to cancel my appointment, as I have waited nearly an hour and dont have any more time to wait. Oh, Im so sorry is their response.I am a business owner myself, in the service industry and clearly this company doesnt value customer service. I would have appreciated being told when I arrived that they were behind and wait times would be higher. That would be the courteous thing to do, if in fact you respect other peoples time, other than your own. Or, after I am waiting 20 minutes, apologize, ask me if I need anything and let me know how much longer? Or, just manage your schedule properly so youre not overbooking yourself?What a huge waste of time and money (of course they take payment before they see you, so they got money from me for nothing). I will not be returning, nor will I ever recommend or say anything good about this place.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Do not come here and waist your time the way my husband did.. the staff is clueless and rude. My husband’s came to see doctor Klug that diagnosed him and said next step is surgery after we get ultrasound. Dr Klug was a good doctor he felt confident and got the ultrasound needed to continue with the next step towards the surgery. This is where the staff failed .. on the same day my husband got the ultrasound he called the office and they verified that they received the file he was told “a doctor will call you back once they look over the file” Almost a week goes by and NO CALL !! He calls back and the lady on the phone tells him “ we never got it” how did you not get the results when you just told him few days ago you have them ? Then they transfer him over to another person that person thinks he’s calling to schedule an apt so he’s back at explaining what happened. Finally he gets ahold of someone that agreed to find his ultrasound file.. finally after another week of phone calls and someone locating the results he was able to schedule an apt with a surgeon and the staff tells him “ we never got your ultrasound results “ what is going on? We just had someone tell us they finally found the results! Now they’re lost again ? This is where it gets more interesting.., they scheduled him for a surgeon consultation he gets a missed call minutes after scheduled apt .. he calls back and we get “ were not sure why we called you but we don’t have ur ultrasound results” AFTER THEY SCHEDULED HIM IN AND TOLD HIM THEY HAVE THE ULTRASOUND RESULTS not even 5 minutes later !!!!!! He spent another half hour figuring out if he even has an apt as they told him “ ya we have no notes on your file what’s the surgery even for ?” Fast forward to today’s apt as he was sitting in the office waiting on the surgeon for AN HOUR !!!! A nurse walks in and says “ ur here for a physical right ?” Does your staff not read patient’s file ? When the surgeon came in he was clueless on what the surgery was even for !!!! The surgeon said “ so what is the surgery for ?” Again DOES YOUR STAFF NOT LOOK AT PATIENTS FILE ? At the end of this huge mess a surgeon tells him he wants him to get a MRI because they didn’t need the ULTRASOUND!!! Why on EARTH DID U MAKE HIM GET ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE ? Then the surgeon argued with him over what Dr Klug diagnosed him with and told him the Dr Klugs results were wrong and more tests needs to be done before they even talk bout surgery!!!! He was clueless about the file, patients info, patients results... they though he was in for a physical, files lost, no notes in the system, staff even told him “ i don’t know what you think we are but we are different then a dermatologist” HOW CAN YOU TREAT A PATIENT LIKE THIS ? Very disappointed we waisted our time with this place... almost 2 month later still no surgery that’s NEEDED and a BIG WAIST OF TIME. Thank you Regency and your clueless staff. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE. They will treat you like dirt and give you runaround.

Staff was polite, but I had to wait in the 2nd waiting room for a Dermatologist to walk in for a 1/2 an hour. Once she came in she was pressed for time and had one foot it the room and one foot out. She was in a hurry to get to the next patient. It was a disservice to me as a patient since I booked hat time for me. So focus on me please. We deserve undivided attention.

I started going to this doctor after I had an allergic reaction to a medication but we weren’t sure what it was that was causing this wonderful rash on my shins. They figured it out. They also recommended that I do a yearly skin check which I hadn’t even thought about but yeah I guess that was a good idea now that I live in Phoenix versus Wisconsin. So I had it done last year. This year I had it done again. Since last year I have had a defibrillator placed. My scar has been bothering me a lot. It always felt like something was rubbing on it. Do you know when your shoe is rubbing? My scar felt like that when my shirt was touching it. I had mentioned it to my surgeon and they pretty much told me I was only six months out and give it time. It really bothered me though every day pretty much all day. I figured I’ll casually mention it during my skin check. They right away figured out what was going on. They injected the scar. I have it no more problems. It’s bad enough that I have a scar and a defibrillator at 35 because of a genetic disorder. I don’t care about the cosmetic part of it but when it constantly was bothering me it became a hindrance on my life day to day. Something that made me stop and think about it. They don’t even realize how much they did for me that day.

I’m a nurse so I’m a bit picky, But these people really seem to care. When I show them my issue they immediately take care of it rather than give me the run around and make me set up multiple appointments which just costs more money. They do a great job. Would highly recommend them!

Mrs. Davis has been absolutely fantastic with me. Very knowledgeable and professional. She has made great strides with my pre-canceress arms and I am thankful she caught them as soon as she did. I went a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience! No one loves to go to the Dr. so naturally I was a little nervous. I saw Dr. Davis and she immediately made me feel so comfortable. She was so warm and welcoming. She answered every question I had, and I had a LOT of questions. The whole staff was great, it was a 10/10 experience.

I took my a daughter to see Dr Davis for acne and because of her she gave my daughter the confidence she needed back! She is such a great provider, great personality and its a joy to do visits with her. Her staff is amazing and made us feel very comfortable!

Short Summary: Not worth the hundreds of dollars you’d spend to come here. I never actually saw the dermatologist I scheduled to see and the assistant who saw me spent a total of 3 minutes to prescribe a one size fits all treatment. I spent $400 dollars in one visit and it wasn’t worth it.I started coming to Regency soon after May as a family friend recommended the head dermatologist. I made an appointment through the website 2 weeks in advance and it wasn’t until 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment did I get a call telling me my appointment was cancelled and I needed to reschedule; keep in mind I drove an hour to get there. Luckily I was able to get an appointment the same day around an hour later, so when I arrived I just waited it out.However, when I was called back for my appointment, I was left in the examination room for almost 20 minutes with no one coming in to say anything. I tried to defend it seeing as they seemed a little busy that day, but then a practitioners assistant came in instead of the head dermatologist I was supposed to see, the one I was scheduled to see. She didn’t even look at my skin; she handed me a paper telling me what medication I’d be getting and how to use it. Right after that she left. She spent all of 3 minutes with me and didn’t even look to see the condition of my skin. (I have acne all over my body, that’s why I came here, to ask what was going with my skin.) I figured I’ll pay and pick up my prescription and see how it goes. ($150 dollars for the 3 minutes I had with her.)A few months went by and I came in for a checkup and I explained my situation: my severe body acne isn’t getting better and my cystic acne is so much worse.The assistant I saw kept referring to my face, though, telling me my face is better, so it’s fine.Here I am at about 8 months into the regime she gave me with little improvement on my face and none on the body acne I have been mentioning for months.This is a very long story but I’ve been struggling with my acne for more than half my life, and for someone I didn’t schedule an appointment with to charge $150-$200 for a 3 minute appointment, and not even acknowledge my concerns does upset me. I’m in a rut now, with nowhere to turn; I do not believe I will be returning here.

Love Dr Davis!!! My wait time was only long enough to use the restroom it was great!Dr Davis was amazing I have no complaints about her whatsoever. I had 2 kids with me, ages 4 yrs & 7 months, and she was great with them. So friendly! So nice! Her bed side manner was fabulous! She diagnosed my primary concern within the first minute of looking but not only that, she came in the room with brief knowledge of why I was there. It wasnt just what brings u in today? Then she asked about my additional concerns. I did NOT feel rushed which was nice for a change. She showed genuine concern for me and was aggressive about treating my suspicions moles & biopsied them right in the office and it was pretty much painless!! I recommend her to EVERYONE. If I was forced to nit pick something Id say decorate the walls in the lobby so patients arent blinded by whiteness when they walk in. Thats literally all I can nit pick about! 💖

Found this office after reading the reviews and Im glad I did. Facility is clean, bright, and beautiful. Everyone was amazing. I went in today on Saturday-- yes Saturday appointments! I had 2 areas I wanted removed and they did it right then! Highly recommend this office!

Most disorganized health care I have ever dealt with. In the last two months regency has written a prescription incorrectly that took me 5 hours to straighten out, canceled an appointment without notifying me, so I wasted another 5 hours of time, and today they scheduled an appointment without telling me we needed new xrays prior to the appointment. Once again I took off from work for an appointment that never happened. On top of that I received a letter from my insurance that regency never sent information to themfor a referral they made for physical therapy, so now my insurance wants to Bill me because regency never submitted the paperwork. Absolutely the worst health care I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them!!!!Edit. After posting this, someone from Regency called and spoke with me. He was responsive and after thinking about the totality of my experiences I am changing this from a one star review to a 2 star review. While I stand by my assessment that they are not organized, the actual health care provided was satisfactory. Dr. Schultz did a good job with the surgery and aftercare.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment today. Was placed on hold to then hearing an upset greeting tone by a lady named Claudia. I understand people have bad days so I dismissed it. Claudia then claimed she could not hear me twice in a rude matter by sighing of frustration. I apologized and adjusted the volume on the landline I was calling from my workplace. I asked if I could be heard to check if the line connection had improved but by this time her tone of voice was impatient and frankly unprofessional by her sighing. I wanted to let her know I could try calling back but instead, I responded by saying never minder my call, thank you at this point this experience was not a good impression. Perhaps this place is a good practice and one could say we all have bad days but Id like to share the treatment I experience during this call was unpleasant as if I was calling at the wrong time and an inconvenience to the front desk.

This place is amazing , staff were very friendly and was seen right away. Dr. Davis Was very nice, funny and professional. She did surgery the on my husband the very first time we came to see her to have his cyst removed and did a great job. Ive been seen by different dermatologist in the west valley and i would say she is the best. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Davis, and her Mohs surgical assistant Ashlie P. are top notch. They are very thorough in examining your skin for any possible skin cancers. If they find anything they talk to you about what your next step is going to be. If you have something removed surgically, Dr. Mussman is the plastic surgeon who stitches you up. He is very thorough as well. I highly recommend Regency Dermatology.

I recently had a breast augmentation and lift with Dr Mussman and I have nothing but great things to say. After looking around at other surgeons, I liked Dr. Mussmans friendly demeanor. The office staff was always welcoming and getting an appointment that would fit my busy schedule was never a problem! Following the procedure I had some problems with slow wound healing and I was constantly reassured that following the ordered wound care would heal the incision and he was right. Thank you Dr. Mussman for amazing results. For any future needs, I would return without hesitation!

I tried to schedule an appointment and the lady I spoke with was incredibly rude so I decided to go elsewhere. A week later I got an email saying I had an appointment scheduled when I CLEARLY said I was not interested anymore and when I called back to cancel I was placed on a 15 minute hold. Once again, I had to deal with another rude woman and my problem was not solved.

Ive had multiple great appointments with the PA, Stephanie, for both medical and cosmetic reasons. She is always running on time, answers all of my questions, and has done a great job with procedures. Very pleased!

My appointment was set for over a month because I wanted to see Dr. Betty Hindrix Davis, MD. When I finally had my appointment, I did see her first. When she started the procedure after a few minutes she then handed me over to her intern and rushed out to her next client. I feel she even rushed me when I asked her a question. The staff in the back office were very loud, rude and unprofessional. Acting like a bunch of teenagers standing around talking about this one and that one. I gave a two star because the place was very nice and clean.

I highly recommend Dr. Mussman and I have complete trust in him!!October 2018 I was diagnosed with breast cancer I went through chemo treatments . Then Bilateral Mastectomy and lymphoid’s removed March 2019. I had chest expanders placed in to start radiation. I was scheduled to see my plastic surgeon but he just left CTCA right at the time when I was having complication with my expander.CTCA send me to Regency to see Dr. Mussman. I was very scared at this point because I was in lots of pain and new nothing about Dr. Mussman I had no time to research him or any one. My husband and Daughter were with me and they were all over dr. Mussman with questions and what if’s just knowing how many complications I have already been through with treatments. He was very compassionate to what we were all going through. My fist surgery was removing my chest expander that flipped and Dr. Mussman put me implants. I was so excited to have my expanders out this was a temporary repair so I could Complete my chemo treatments. After ChemoI I had chosen to keep the implants and go with Fat-grafting. I just completed two fat-graft procedure December 2019. The procedure went very quickly I am very happy. The level of confidence this gave me is irreplaceable and I couldn’t be more happy and grateful for Dr. Mussman!!

RUN the other way. This place is a nightmare. My story is true but too long to tell and would likely get hacked to prevent posting. Includes, staff infection, no or slow response when called for guidance, terrible scar and mis=shaped ear. This clinic is not good. There are many others to choose from Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

I initially had a issue with billing and it was handled professionally the next day. I think they did a great job.

After my first impression, the owner and doctor called me almost immediately. Long story short, they are very professional and give their patients the best care. They want to make sure their patients are not only satisfied with the customer service but also taken care of. I was so shocked when I received the phone call. It not only says a lot about them as a professional but also as a person, which I could appreciate. I’m highly satisfied and I will be going out of my way to make this my regular dermatologist. I don’t love very close but the drive is worth it. I saw Dr Davis as well as the PA (I completely forgot her name but she had blonde hair and glasses ahhhh so sorry) they were both nothing short of awesome. The weekend appointments are also so convenient! No need to miss work!

We live in the East Valley but still chose Dr. Mussman to work on my Childs hand, based off a referral from a friend. We are certainly glad we did. Dr. Mussman and his staff were professional and the work he did on my child was excellent. What was big for my wife and I was the way he and his staff made my son comfortable throughout the entire process, which was no small task. I would recommend Dr. Mussman to anyone I know without hesitation.

I have brought both my kids to Dr. Davis and highly recommend her. My kids are 1 and 6 and they felt so comfortable and enjoyed being in the office with all the great staff and treatment.

Dr. Carr is phenomenal!

Scheduled an Appointment 6 weeks in advanced. I get there on my appt day and 30 min early and the office is closed. I call the call center and they inform me that staff should be there until 7. Apparently, the office hours have changed but no communication within their staff, patients, call center occured. Took time off work to make this appointment and didnt even get an email, text, voicemail of change.Please update your call center so they dont look unprofessional when providing incorrect information. Update your voicemail and website with new times. Has a business owner myself efficiency is needed across the board especially with a large company. Thank You

My appointment seemed very rushed and didn’t get to see Dr.Davis instead saw her PAHowever the medication that she prescribed for me has been working well .
