Go here if you want to pay $8 of a cup of ice! I get this same exact drink at Starbucks all over the valley (I drive all day for my job) and this is the only location that does this. Probably a total of about 6-8 oz total Liquid in my venti sized drink.

This is how they serve drive thru drinks. who cares if it gets in your clothes right? goes for iced drinks too. must have missed the training in presentation and cleanliness.

SB on the corner of 24th st and Indian School. The Los Olivos park is just up the street. There is a roomy seating area with a private meeting room. A nice, large patio is also on the street side.Staff is very busy maintaining excellent courtesy, professionalism and speed completing orders.Above avg. SB with drive thru.Recommended.

Nice place and not very busy. We sat outside and they have misters going...even though it wasnt overly hot outside. A good experience. Helpful staff.

Baristas here are rude. They don’t call your name. They just leave your cafe drink at the end. Mine got stolen because they didn’t call my name. Don’t come to this Starbucks. Their unfriendly and customer service sucks!

Quick service and good drinks. The line can get a bit long in the drive through, but the inside is now open as of May. Staff is ok, they arent the friendliest I have ever seen at a Starbucks. They can give good recommendations if you ask though. Asked for a water cup after we got our order and the girl seemed irritated. We know its busy, but it just felt dismissive, unfortunately.

My latte tastes like water I order here all the time and they cant even make it right when I order it hot I wont be back unfortunately :(

Went to the drive through, the car ahead of me was handing trash, to the attendant at the window when I was told at other Starbucks locations that they’re not allowed to receive anything from customers if it is not a payment. I waited a very long time to get my drinks and when I specifically ordered a cake pop they assured that they had it. When I proceeded to pay they told me that there were no cake pops even though they assured me that there were. After the long wait, and after finally receiving the drinks, they ended up tasting very sweet and unsatisfactory.

I ordered a tall coffee of the day. I asked for coconut creamer and one sugar. I was charged $ 2.99 ! I did hear the woman say $2.99, but I thought it must be $1.99. I thought, okay I will deal with it. The coffee was tepid and weak,. It was the worst coffee I have ever had at Starbucks. I think that will be the last time I get a coffee at Starbucks.

I came in tonight on 28tj st and Indian school and unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of choices because of the stuff they had run out of, BUT Sydney, Amy and Monica, made the service great! They were friendly, very helpful and made the drinks perfect! Definitely satisfied with their customer service and got to taste a new drink, that I will be trying again! :)

Ordered a tall mocha decaf , got half way home and saw that the cup was only half way full, too late to turn around and complain, next time open your lid to make sure its full!

I come here 5-7 times a week. Very friendly, fast quick to fix anything I dont like and they dont water down the cold brew like the one on 44th and Thomas. All the baristas are very friendly too!

Its a nice and handy Starbucks. Everyone thinks so too, so the drive-thru line will reach the street. But theres a lot of outdoor seating. Although, these days (COVID-19) Im not sure what that means.

I love this Starbucks for their drinks and nice staff but they will randomly close their drive thru for some reason? Thats a bit frustrating when I come to this Starbucks specifically for the drive thru.

This location is frequently overwhelmed and they cannot keep up with the traffic, most usually they do not allow mobile ordering because of this so you have to order from another Starbucks or wait in their drive-thru line that reaches the street. Also they do not allow you in-store ordering like other Starbucks either so this location can cause a really inconvenient Starbucks experience.

Most of the employees here need to learn to have a sense of urgency. Assuming customers just want to get their coffee and get out and start their day... Wait times here are ridiculous whether it be the drive-thru, mobile order, or in store. They seem lost...maybe a lack of leadership? Who knows but something needs to change. Drinks are okay, no real complaint there. Service is meh though. There is this one person at the drive-thru, he always sounds like he does not want to be there and comes off quite rude. Hopefully their manager sees this. 🙃

I live across the street from this Starbucks, so I frequent it often. I’ve never had a negative experience with the workers here - they are always friendly and kind. However, consistently they appear overwhelmed and frantic. This means the wait times are longer than most Starbucks. Every time I have a mobile order, there are a solid 8 to 10 people waiting for their drinks. There are also about five drinks just sitting there. Everyone is always confused. My order is always right and the workers are nice, but it’s just not as efficient as it could be.

The Pay It Backwards Phenomenon is happening at this Starbucks location today and on previous days. People are randomly paying for the purchase of the people behind them in the drive through line. It happened to my wife and I this a.m., so we decided to pay for the people behind us. Quite a positive and heart warming vibe going on. #PayItBackward.

Slowest Starbucks in Phoenix. Not kidding. And the employees always seem grumpy. Always. Yesterday in the drive thru I was just handed my coffee and the employee didn’t say one word to me even after I said thank you and told her to have a good day. Silence. Their drinks are on point so I’ll give ‘em 2 stars for that.

The only reason I didnt rate a 5 is the young brunette girl was inpatient with my order. A gentleman was very helpful before store closed. Nice store and big! Luv the boxed seats.

The thinks I always enjoyed about Starbucks is gone. I walked in to silence. I always enjoyed walking in to some great music that put a smile on my face every time. I dont feel I can sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee anymore. Sad

Bad service, ordered a sandwich and when I opened the bag it was all thrown around in there, and they basically just threw it at me and I was like saying thank you trying to be nice, and still like just scoffed. Its in a nice area, but nice areas always seen to come with douche bags 🙄

Online ordered at 5:15 am 6/1/20 got there and sign said opens at 6am due to the curfew. Sat in line at drive though until 6am. Pulled up to window and employee says we arent opening until 6:15 and to pull around front and wait. No one came out and addressed the 8 cars in line in the drive though that had been waiting for a half hour by 6 so I moved the cones and pulled up. Starbucks you just lost a long time customer. Your online order system should not have allowed me to place a order if youre not open.

I go to a lot of starbucks, even worked at one for 3 years, and this one by far isnt my favorite but id stop in a hurry. First of all, the line was backed into the main street from being busy, was in line about 30 minutes total, just for a mobile order of 2 iced coffees, and then my drinks werent fully correct. If you have the extra time, go to the one on 32nd st and Thomas. They are always amazing and not as long of a wait.

Service in drive through was fast and friendly! Drinks were perfect and exactly as ordered.

This place is always busy, but they are on top of it. Even when mistakes happen, they know how to handle it. No one blames each other. They just fix it. Emily was particularly awesome on my last visit.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks. Still darn good, but the one on 18th St and Thomas is even better. The associated Sprouts shopping center is just too busy.

Larger sized but super crowded. Not enough plugs. The plugs are also somewhat worn out. Wall pulgs are only available for the mini tables. Two people cant share a mini table comfortably.Very noisy. The do have a private room but it is almost impossible to reserve.EDITChanging my original 3 review to one star because of crummy attitude of server like I am trying to rip them off for a refill that you are supposed to get free with gold card

Great location. Always clean, little to no line, and fast service. My experience tonight was awesome because the 2 baristas, I believe their names were Edara (cashier) and Ruby (made the drinks), were so sweet about helping customize a seasonal drink for my non-coffee drinking husband. It turned out great!

Good Starbucks overall. The parking lot is a bit tricky heading into the drive thru but the staff is good and they are responsive. Would go here again. Convenient location.

I never had Starbucks coffee until I moved to Phoenix and now I walk by one twice a day. At this particular location, I find that the morning employees are far more amiable, pleasant, and cheerful than the afternoon or evening employees. And the coffee tends to be better in the morning, too.

I ask twice for this drink, fist time, was more ice then anything, now its the second time, I ask for light ice and I guess they dont know what light ice means!!! And its not even full, next time I will ask for no ice, to get light ice on it!!

I would give five stars but the cashier was rude. Other than her the rest of the staff was great, I love the spacious inside and the barista who made my drink was nice.

This is poke the grand daddy of Starbucks. They have great seeing inside and large patio on the outside to sit at. They also feature a conference room for I think about 10-15 people. Fast service and very comfortable seating on the inside.

Went to this Starbucks and ordered a hot chocolate with peppermint. The barista asked if I wanted a peppermint mocha and I said no because I’m pregnant And don’t want the caffeine of a mocha. She said the hot chocolate is always made the same as a mocha and the mocha has no caffeine. I proceeded to tell her that I thought mochas have caffeine, or they would just be a hot chocolate. She confidently said no, they don’t. So I ordered it. Got home and of course the mocha has 175 mg of caffeine. Normally I wouldn’t care if someone was misinformed but telling a pregnant woman something doesn’t have caffeine in it when it does is irresponsible. She should have just looked it up or asked or made the hot chocolate I wanted to order in the first place.

My favorite starbucks store mostly because of the workers! They’re super nice and the workers that I have known for awhile always remember how I like my drinks. This Starbucks location also has a conference room which is the only one I have seen with such a room in it; so a lot of people hold meetings in there. Drinks get made fairly quickly.One con from this Starbucks location is that the hours seem to change daily which can throw customers off. It feels like it’s always a surprise as to what time they will be closing.

The Starbucks @ 28th St. & Indian School Rd. Is nice. However when I took my cup in to reuse and watches the girl throw it away after I clearly informed them that the reason I reuse my same cup throughout the day is to Make A Difference in Plastic usage and to Keep more of it Out of Our Oceans. Even got the 57cent discount I told the girl who did it that She Defeated my whole purpose. Shame on her. I might even write corporate about this as Im sure I am not the only one this has happened to as another customer told me she has done it to him before. 😣

I had my best Starbucks experience here. Deb is a great employee, I asked her what was good and she told me honestly. She took my order with such joy that it made my whole day! Im here eating pumpkin bread and drinking my refresher with great satisfaction!

Its accessible with plenty of parking adjacent to Starbucks shop. Staff are hot when peak hours get tough. But, indoor space is somewhat limited.

This is the Starbucks that I frequent every morning before work. I place a mobile order a few minutes before I arrive and its always ready and waiting for me. Never had any issues with them getting my order wrong.This location also has a meeting room that you can reserve in addition to lots of outdoor seating.

Got the order wrong even after I double checked with them. I was doing a pick up for a friend. Shame on me because they keep getting our orders wrong but we go there because it’s one block away. The frappe was of very poor consistency as usual. Stuck with the wrong drink & missing another. I would’ve been fine if they’d offer us at least a free drink for their mistake & my wasted time, but hey I got an apology... bad customer service.

Im a regular here. Service is great if you get the right people. Jay is our favorite. Only complaint, and the reason I give it a 4 and not a 5) is that theres almost always someone smoking on the patio in spite of the posted signs that prohibit this. Unfortunately the staff never enforces this. 👎

I dont know how they do it, but this is the slowest Stabrucks in existence. Ive been in 4 or 5 times and waited up to 15 minutes for a drink. This morning I was the only person waiting and it still took over 10 minutes for an Americano. Coffee is still good and the people are friendly, but definitely dont come here if youre trying to get to work on time.
