I stopped by to swap out equipment today & everyone was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The gentleman who swapped my gear out was pleasant and very understanding of antsy children. I was pleasantly surprised by this location.

We had issues with our connection and went to the closest Cox to our place but with no resolve and came here talked to a man named Tommy Mendoza who not only resolved our issues but also gave great explanation as to why our connection wasn’t working even apologized for our experience at a different store that wasn’t there own!! we greatly appreciate the service we received and will come again. Tommy needs to be promoted or given a raise, he handled everything so soothly thanks again!!

One of the worst Internet suppliers. When I paid a $173 a month for just Internet and the service was unreliable. The Cox service techs could never fix the problems. I finally canceled after 25 +years.I now have T-Mobile for $60 a month for unlimited Internet. And it works great.

Very friendly my persol attendant tommy.m.was very helpfulWent above and beyond to help me. With all my questions. The only thing is, as a new customer, who doesnt even have service installed yet. Cancelled service with cox simply because connection is terrible, they open your network so that others can hop on. And if youre living downtown good luck constant lags and lapses in services. Find out that there is only one node for everyone who has cox to use. Which means EVERYONE is using the single same node.Go to century link far more affordable and havent had a single lag

It’s less about the store and more about the way cox treats its customers.This is the only store for at least 8 miles in all directions. Closed on Sunday and Cox phone customer service is akin to ripping your leg hairs out one by one with your teeth. Sadly they have a monopoly, and century link is useless so you’re stuck with them.The store employees are very helpful but you see the sadness in their eyes as their hands are often tied.

I am sadly disappointed in the customer service I received, lack of training and knowledge. I experienced billing issues which included unauthorized extreme repetitive charges, 7 retry payments after the bill was paid and no balance was owed, overdrafting my account. CSR rep essentially told me SOL. The way this was handled and the lack of accountability and responsibility of a business boggles my mind. This will be reported as fraud.

I had a cox residential plan and switch to a cox business plan and the rep must not have done something correct cause instead of closing and canceling my residential plan they sent it to collections. I still have an active business plan for the same address so why would I need/keep a residential plan. Made my credit score drop by 40 points...

So they deserve 2 stars.... I stopped here to buy a new modem, the salesperson was nice and suggested he could use discounts to lower our monthly bill. From $260 to 220. What a deal, right?Today 25 channels were missing 😢 from our line-up.MoviePak, you need to subscribe to the movie pak its $12. They told me today at customer service.I said look at last months bill, last 25 years. I had moviepak yesterday, but NOT today. They had downgraded my account to save me money.They could only correct the error by charging me for MoviePak and putting it back on the account.

I went to this location. To make a payment. I stood in line. But remembered they have kiosk inside. To find out they has a cash kiosk and a card kiosk. Less then 5 minutes in and out.

I’ve never had good experiences with Cox customer service over the phone or online so my expectations were low. These guys blew me away! There was a huge line of people and the cox team circulated through each person quickly while keeping everyone happy. Billy was awesome, he got my service set up quickly and even got me a stellar deal that I hadn’t seen online. 10/10 will be coming here instead of sitting on hold for 3 hours. Keep it up guys 😊

Huge lines, slow service. As almost monopoly in the Pheonix area, COX should be obligated to have more locations. Its ridiculous and Im glad to be moving to a place that I dont depend on them. Ill be getting faster speeds and much lower price.

The employees were very friendly here! Although we had to wait outside they supplied us with water, and although I just came to drop off equipment, the person who was helping me (Doug) spotted that I could be getting faster internet for a cheaper price and got everything set up in a couple minutes. I dont often write reviews but this was a rather positive experience in an errand thats typical unpleasant

The staff is very helpful. They did an amazing job of helping me upgrade my service. My only complaint is how they are handling people waiting for help. They have one umbrella outside for shade, otherwise youre standing in the sun while waiting. I wish they would take everyones number and then call them when its their turn, that way we could go sit in our cars and stay cool!

So I had to run down there on a Saturday during my work hours. Typically I don’t leave my office when I’m scheduled to work, but with my internet down at the house and my wife working from home I needed to make an effort to get to the store. I needed to pick up a new modem because mine had failed. I was in and out unbelievably fast. I was back at my desk in like 15 minutes. I didn’t even miss a phone call. It was awesome.

Service at the store was decent and I arrived just before a rush. With that said I was a little disappointed with how they would allow me to pick up equipment without making sure my personal account and and Cox profile was set up correctly. That would have made installing it myself so much easier. Now Im playing a back and forth tag with different chat CSR agents ... Here I am 2 days later with still no internet.

Seasonal hold? Call SALES when open on weekdays. Dont call technical support! They will transfer you to a recording; Our office is closed, call back later - click. You cant do it on the web site, by texting, or by using the automated phone system. Thanks for your patience!!!

They talk a good talk and give you what you need for install but if you have a question, dont bother calling the guy who gave you his business card and said to call with questions...the phone goes to answering machine and says you are better off to visit in person. I tried calling and left 2 voicemail messages for my salesperson and no returned call. Unacceptable in my opinion.

I called to downgrade my service because Im paying almost $300 per month for internet, TV and phone. I only use the internet for streaming Netflix, Hulu ect., dont even have a home phone and rarely use regular TV. CenturyLink has a $65 gigabit internet offer, so I called to see if Cox would lower my bill if I dropped the TV and phone. Their offer for a 500 Mbps connect, not Gigabit, was $165 per month. Half the speed and over 100% more than CenturyLink.Run, dont walk away from Cox.

The Cox store was practicing all of the proper safety precautions during this pandemic, including limiting the number of people in the store to ensure distancing, requiring masks for everyone in the store, providing shade for waiting outside, hand sanitizer was available, and they even provided water for those waiting. Kudos to Cox for doing it right to protect their staff and customers!

Walked into this store and handed my Cox rental modem in for return. Cox lost the modem. I later received a $118 Cox-lost-their-own-modem charge.Cox refused to acknowledge their error unless I provided the entire 20-character rental modem serial number for a modem that Id returned to them a month prior.The rental modem was not worth the monthly fee, and then Cox tried to charge full price anyway. Would not recommend.

We got WiFi‘a box with no wires inside and then second time I went to get it they missed the wires again. Third time I went in the new WiFi they provided wasn’t working. It’s the worst network you can ever imagine. Super slow and bad.

The lady who worked in the front I cant remember her name she is African American and I went there January 23rd 2020..Well I can say this for certain that I have NEVER met the most AMAZING and HELPFUL employee in my whole LIFE. I was getting internet for the first time. My well my husband got so irritated with someone else that he walked out and this wonderful lady. I was there to set up new service for my new home. I wanted to set up cable, internet and home security. I walked in nobody greeted me. Okay. Then stood around made eye contact with the people working there. Still nothing. Then another person walks in two people greet him and ask what he needs. That sucks. I walked out. No I’m not that guy that says “I was going to spend thousands in here” and storms out never intending to spend anything. I’m just a guy that wanted to set up service and get the same level of customer service everybody else gets.

Cox is the essential example of how modern companies could care less about their customers and only want their money. I am a long time internet customer who tried to get TV service. Its impossible to understand what you are agreeing to. I want to give them my money but I just cant. No one can explain anything clearly. Even their employees are confused about what they are selling. There is no transparency in the type of service (internet speed for example) youre actually getting. Theres no transparency in fees. Its utterly ridiculous for a company to claim that they cant predict what your fees are going to be. Then how can you bill them!?! Theres no explanation value between getting a more expensive plan versus another. Just as dismal experience. I am ready to get TV but Cox has simply made it impossible. Cheers!

Bring a cold drink with you. If you show up and the place is full of customers dont lose heart, the waiting moves fast. All the staff are professionals and know what they are doing. Many of them speak Spanish so if English is your second language they got that covered too. Great place, good people.
