I just went in to E Mail, a rental application, I had no clue on how to email other than thru my phone or computer. I saw a young man Russ who Im assuming by the puzzle look on my face came to my rescue. He wasAMAZING, he showed me how to send it, also asked that I check my email to ensure I had a copy of my transaction in case it didnt go thru. Its people like Russ that are needed to work with the public, that love their job andand do it with a smile and joy in their voice , in other words he didnt make me feel dumb for not knowinghow to email documents. I’ve shopped at this location several years. Never was I concerned whether I was greeted or helped; I went in found what I was looking for, paid and went on about my days.This trip started just like the rest as I’m there looking for ink, I grab some markers, and come to find out they are out of stock on the ink I need. So I leave the markers and walk out while an employee mutters something under his breath staring at me the entire stroll out. Then I get accused of pocketing the markers and some masks, which I never touched, as I’m in the parking lot. Discrimination is something I don’t take lightly no matter the circumstances. I’ve been self-employed 18 years and an avid customer until today. Thank you

I really enjoyed my shopping experience here. Clean store no screaming kids not crowded. Its like one-on-one help. My cell phone products that I bought seem to be doing the trick, great product at a great price.

This is the store I go to each time I need something. Although its a little far from my house I choose it all the time because this place is clean, organized and has the best employees. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always looking to help customers in the store. Rick in particular shines in that store. He is patient and always goes the extra mile to help his clients. Courteous and professional

At first I had gone to the Staples on Camelback by The Colonnade. They were not helpful so I came to this Staples. I was shopping for a chair to use at my drawing desk. Right away a clerk was eager to help us. He was also a kindred retail worker because he realizes customers are animals. Someone had knocked over a bunch of signage in the office department and it upset him. He told me I should come back on Black Friday due to the chair being part of their sale, and I told him heck no! I deal with customers all day too and I definitely dont want to deal with their crazy antics on Black Friday; especially when Im not getting paid to deal with them! He agreed and brought my chair up to the front. The check out clerk, though, assumed I would need help carrying it out. The box wasnt heavy, its just a bit awkward. Also, my gf was with me and our lady muscles were sufficient to carry a non-heavy item to the car. I like this Staples location, and will return in the future.

Ever since the last print supervisor left I wanna say around December, this stores print area has been a DISASTER! Cant even get a quote through email anymore. Definitely won’t be reaching out to this place again for promotional material, this place is far from being professional anymore.

The manager at this store is an extremely strange and rude person. Comes across as a helicopter head, sort of like the rotors are spinning but he’s not going anywhere. We’re never going back to this store again.

I was not very satisfied with the product and service I received from this store. As I entered with my family we were greeted promptly that was really the only prompt service I received. I used the self-service center because I had to print some items from my Google Drive. It is 30 cents a minute plus 54 cents a page. The store printer had actually ran out of ink as I printed my last page. My son informed the associate and he said he would fix the problem but we would have to wait a moment. In that time he kept helping other individuals that were having problems with the copy machines. I just felt like the associate really didnt know what he was doing or couldnt multi-task. I left feeling ripped off but I wasnt going to wait around for them to reimburse me for a measly 54 cents. The point was it just felt like I was not valued.

Couldnt help with damaged headphone return after paying for protection plan due to the protection plan being outsourced to a third party. Nearly every item offered by Staples is also offered online via Amazon, which has a much more convenient return service for nearly half the price for many of their products. Pay for an online memberships elsewhere and let antiquated businesses die.

The staff at this store are really attentive, they greet you, and take you to everything you need. They are even good at helping you find things youre not sure what theyre called!!The store is always clean and organized.

Regularly had this location print our sushi menus and on every single occasion, there has been an issue. This time, sent in the order via email, as suggested by Staples...Called to confirm order, no one can give an answer. Call back, they have found the order, it will be ready the following business day. Following business day comes, not done, need two more hours. Call in two hours, not done, need two more hours.. Receive call that menus are done, send employee to pick up, NOT DONE. Ask for manager, Kyle has no clue what, or why order wasnt done. Offers no explanation and takes zero accountability. Also, has the nerve to attempt to charge for a reprint due to their error. We spend close $1000 monthly in printing with this exact same store, that has all our printing files in house already... NEVER AGAIN, will we spend one penny at STAPLES at Osborn and Central for a single item. PS we used to purchase all our office supplies there too. Staples has failed a local small business in epic fashion.

Shout out to the associate who denied me using the restroom even after I told him I was pregnant and both my daughter and I had to use it and he walked away on his phone not giving a damn. OK, you dont have public restrooms, (which is stupid) but in this case, you shouldve let us use it.

Customer service in the self print area is awful. The printers werent working, there was one person working and they charge more to have it printed up front than to print yourself. If the printer isnt working then as a courtesy you should print it for the customer and charge the same as if they printed it themselves at the stations. There was a line of about five people- customers that just walked in were helped before me and this one lady that were waiting first.Its only at this Staples that I constantly experience poor customer service at the print station.I walked out and went to FedEx down the street on Central. Never again, unless its the Staples on Shea (which is far from my house) but at least their customer service always surpasses my expectations

Items Ive DEPENDED on getting and getting quick same day are now online exclusive.. They literally have empty boxes on the shelves telling you to order stuff online. If I wanted it later I wouldnt have come to the store. Why have a store at all. You cant even buy common PC repair parts like a SSD drive now. Theres no reason to come to a staples now. The manager could care less as they only move 2-3 a week but I depended on these. I asked what they were doing to do then with the space and the answer is just these dumb blank boxes. Whats the point? Why cant you keep in stock a few items??? Retail is being destroyed and this mentality is not delaying it, thats for sure.

The young hispanic girl working at the copy and printing service area on 12/07/19 at 10:30 a.m. was awful. Outside of looking annoyed anytime anyone walked up to her area she had absolutely no customer service skills. Seeing that I was having difficulty using their computer program for signatory stamps (a program that makes no sense because the editing tool gives you no frame of reference to actual scale of the stamp you are buying and changes that not-to-scale sizing over two different screens), she offered absolutely no assistance. I just left the store without my intended purchase. To make matters worse, now I have to continue writing out my signatures longhand like a peasant! Approximately 12 minutes of my day has been ruined which represents 12 minutes of my life I will never get back. Now I have to give my business to the international conglomerate Amazon who is slowing taking over the world, killing small businesses nationwide, and infringing on our constitutional rights to privacy. Just so Jeff Bezos can turnaround and give that money to his ex wife as part of his multibillion dollar divorce settlement. Thanks for nothing Staples and unhelpful young Hispanic girl at the print center area!

The employee that works in the copy and print area.. had at least 3 to 5 different situations going on at one time I..Cant remember his name ( tall gentleman ). He was very professional and delt with every customers needsWear I was in and out of there with in minutes..With plans to go back with projects from home that I know now will get done... Thanks

Bought a printer used it twice sad it’s ruined, they won’t even do an exchange. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS HERE! When I actually bought it the service was poor and the staff had little knowledge of what my needs were!

Try to send a fax staff had a I don’t care attitude and when asked for help was ignored finally some cane and seemed I was interrupting her day as she just stand behind the counter doing nothing. There was also another lady waiting to get copies off her email and worker just said read the directions it’s not hard. Rude Rude Rude

Im giving this Staples 5 stars b/c the location is great.Not only is it right next door to my Walgreens, its just a few feet from where I live.Very convenient.The staff is pretty helpful as well.My Mom & I went in last month for those file folder clips (the black ones that the govt offices used to have😊) & as we were asking one another which aisle we thought they might be, one of staff members (think it was the manager, not sure) came out of nowhere directing us exactly to the aisle that they were in! LOLWe were like, thats awesome that he could hear us & then just take us right to the clips!Trust me, with the week we were having, his customer service skills helped a lot.Thank You.

I work for a restaurant group and we do hundreds of dollars in printing every month with this Staples. I went in last week on New Years Eve to get a print job done that I needed last minute. When I arrived, I waited at their print center for someone to assist me but no one was there. I cheerfully asked for some help from a girl at the front who looked very annoyed I asked her for anything and called for help over the intercom. The assistant manager then slowly trots over to me because who doesnt have all the time in the world? Oh right, I dont because Im on a deadline. Well he finally makes it over to me. I asked him if he could give me some help with printing because I need some nice menus printed and I need them very soon. This has never been an issue at Staples before. When I told him when I need them, he looked at his watch and laughed before repeating for the 3rd time, I can put an order in. Wow, a smile! Only it was to make fun of me. What I dont understand is why he couldnt help me. If youre the assistant manager, shouldnt you know how to handle your print station if you didnt assign someone to work it that day? There was one customer there to the 3 employees & assistant manager I saw on the floor while there. I told him that its a big print job and now I need to go somewhere else. He was fine with that. No sorry, no thank you, no anything having to do with standard customer service. And I understand a little when someone is rude to you to make you not want to help them. But I was extra friendly with my request due to my desperate need of their services. I went to Fed Ex Print Center after where they had a multitude of customers needing help, which every one of us got. What a refreshing change! We will not be printing or purchasing our office supplies from here, due to this ridiculous experience here.

The experience with this store started out fine, they gave me the information needed yesterday evening. Dropped off my files for a portfolio and resumes at 10am this morning and they said to come back at 4pm. Get there only to find out they had problems with the color printer so the woman just left at the end of her shift and didnt complete the order. She also didnt bother to call us, which would have been the professional thing to do, especially since we gave our phone number for such a purpose. We just get told sorry, theres nothing we can do about it. We went to another staples, and they have two portfolios and five resumes printed right then and there in five minutes. I will never be using the Osborn Staples again.

Some guy offered to help me, which was nice, but he gave me the wrong item. Luckily, double-checked before I paid, and found out it was the wrong thing. Otherwise, they were okay.

Jacob R. was the cashier on February 3rd. He was careless when this elderly woman was asking about flash drives. When she asked where would the flash drives be. He carelessly said Over there not pointing or giving any kind of direction on where to find them. Down right disrespectful, I watched him the whole time not giving any kind of clear direction on where the drives were. I understand you have people waiting, he could have done a better job in making an effort, I could have done a better job in making an effort to help her. When it was my turn he didnt say not a word to me as he checked me out. Rude, Im aware that not everyday can be a great day, but you dont have to treat people like this, you are the face of Staples and I dont think Mr. And Mrs.Staples would want anyone like this in their establishment.

Went there to buy printer ink. Cashier snickered at me as i was checking out and made a comment or remark that I was wearing cheap Axe body spray. I was wearing some pretty high end cologne and looking professional going home from a long day at work, so it kind of offended me. Enough to remember the experience and write this review anyway.

I had a school report that needed to be turned in yesterday afternoon. So I figured I would go to Staples to get a report cover and print out the document that I had saved on my thumb drive.I get there, have to search for a little while to find a report cover first. That the problem was with the size of the store. Do not go there when you are in a hurry. You will have to look around to find what you need. After I found what I needed I was shocked at the cost. Starting at $7 for a report cover? They did not come in singles either, only packs of 3. I only needed one and I did not want spend the minimum of $7 the most displeasing report cover. So I passed it up and hoped to get one at the college bookstore.I went to the copy center to see if I could get the document from my thumb drive printed. I had to wait for a while, at least 5 minutes, because there were two customers in front of me and the first one was having a service problem.I patiently waited until I was helped.The service representative then asked me after he was done with the previous two customer how he could help. I asked him if he could print a color document that was on my thumb drive. He said that the latest he could have it printed for me would be tomorrow. What????? I thought. I need that report printed that afternoon. It was just one document that I needed printed, about 17 pages long. I can not wait until tomorrow so I left. I needed it then.I then thought of FedEx Kinkos up Central Avenue, see my review there. I left Staples and hoped that FedEx would help me out. Reference there to see what happened.

This place has really gone downhill over the last two years or so. The place is usually empty, yet getting someone to help you find something is difficult. We were there recently and were treated rudely by a new manager (so described by a different staff) who refused to help us. He was a middle aged, slightly built, balding man, didnt get the name.I tried to Fax something on a previous occasion there but their machines never got thru. I then went to a local FedEx and they did it for me with no problem, and charged me what Staples would have.They (Staples) dont even allow customers to use their restrooms anymore.Im not surprised this place was mostly empty the last two times I went there. I will not return, theres many other places to go for this type of service.

This staples lacks a computer printing center. Unlike all other staples, you cant rent a computer and print an important email here. Such an inconvenience.
