You have take lot of time(2-3 hour minimum) to buy any laptop / desktop.Very small space.Its Sree it word counter, But google show Sainion laptop.I personally realized that there price little bit low. Bad customer after sales service. They mainly work in scrap laptop. If it works then fine, if it wont then god is the answer.

There should be a good space for customers.Atleast some seat should be arranged for customers.Atleast a fan should be set up for the customers at the lawn.Online transaction should be available at shop.Products should be ready for customers who really wants to check the product ( according to seller boys, if you select the product to buy then they will show you the product by formatting the device otherwise they will not.)

The behaviour of the staffs are not so good... They wont help you either to choose anything...after waiting for several hours they will talk to you. If you just have any query also you have to wait near an hour. Some laptops are in pretty good condition but they are overpriced according to their age..

Location is good but place is small and everytime looks overcrowded. They should look for fast solutions to the customer whether it is purchase or after sales service. I personally realised that the whole outlet is being run by single person and other staff is just for roaming around and chatting over the phone. Another thing is if you are planning to visit the place, be ready to waste your 5- 6 hr because you will attended after 2 hrs and then your purchase.

One of the most horrible, pathetic place Ive ever visited, its a shabby place and the lady in the reception is so much Ill mannered misbehaves with the customers. There is no waiting lounge for the customers to wait. Youll have to wait for hours just to get inside and see the items its better to purchase products from different places. Hi all.. today 07/08/2021 I purchased a HP ryzan 3 laptop , it was just in super mint condition as well I got about 4 years of extra warenty on it from the company.
