Nice Place to treat fractures, dislocations etc. Very Cooperative doctor and staff. I accidentally dislocated my shoulder. The treatment I got from them was very nice.

It took only 5 minutes to get vaccine shot. I paid the fee 780 and nurse gave me the shot after few minutes. I requested for bill and person at reception kept me waiting for 1 hour just for the billing receipt.

They do not pick up the phone for appointment I called so many times in the morning

My mother had broken her hip, the doctors admitted her. The did test over two days as she was weak.Done the operation Procedure, After the next day she has very confused after two day she came home.She passed away after one months.So be sure and Double check before you go there. Staff are very terribleTaken to another hospital in jullandur she was in ICU as she very weak

1. Doctor is very experienced..2. Interaction with patients is also good.3. I went with my friend4. OP card fees is 150₹.5. We have to book card in phone or take appointment it will reduce the time for waiting.6. Waiting time is too high.7. Xray is available inside hospital itself.8. Also having medical shop also.9. Waiting area is enough10. Staff behaviour is also good.11. Charges are moderate..

The all staff members are well trained and well educated and also very cooperative with patients. apart from that the hospital is also well maintained as well as Dr narula is sach a best and very polite man I appreciate him for his good job and social work👍

Its pathetic. No rules and regulations followed. They dont know what to do. Dr himself is not aware of his duties. The attitude of staff is pathetic and not ready to listen or discuss about the issue patient experiences. No value of time and energy of the patient and its family. The licensing authority needs to be aware of this.

Terrible service by doctor he has no time when hell come nurses and other staff of hospital also do not know about his timing it doesnt matter patients suffer or not the opening timing of hospital is nearly 9:30 but doctor timing isnt clear when he come sometime he come at 12:00 clock.
