Its a outstanding hotel whether travelling alone or with family, good size of the room. The hotel is centrally located and has all essential amenities. People at front desk are really nice and helpful. Breakfast was rich with all kind of food (local, international...). Great smiling staff always waiting to help in any way. Attended a wedding here and the decorations were so amazing, just like a faity tale setup.The food served was also a top class and there were adequate waiters serving the starters.The starters and the mocktails were the best. Live pasta added one more point here. Perfect place for weddings if it falls in your budget!!

Just one problem i faced, that they didnt ensure me about extra charges of room snacks at the arrival, i had to pay extra for that while leaving. Anyways service is Great and Economical

The stay at the The Grand Ambassador was a pleasant one with overall good helpful staff. Good food at the Restaurant. Buffet Breakfast was good in general. The Rooms are very well kept and have a very nice interiors. The Bathrooms are neat and clean with all facilities that a hotel of this standard should have. In total a nice place to stay. Hotel is near to Railway station. Neat and clean rooms, overall ambience is welcoming. Im particularly impressed by the house keeping staff. They remembered my need for extra water bottles for complete duration of stay.

Location is the prime USP. Just at a walk away from railway station.room fares are also quite lucrative. would be hard to get such a deal from any other hotel at these prices. Room service could be improved though.spacious room, good amenities in room, clean washroom. nice food at good prices.

Cleaned and comfortable room and good bell boy service, average room service and poor to house keeping staff.and washbasin was blocked in bathroom that was the big headache for 1 day .at that time I was needed wifi, which was not showing in my device and not working properly.

It is a great hotel located near the Railway station. The rooms were clean and tidy. Room service was Excellent basic services like laundry, ironing, newspaper, WiFi were available.The food was good.The bathrooms were clean and had running hot water as wellMy room had a good view. Nice place to stay on walking distance of phagwara railway station. Vefy calm place and road is too wide. Rooms are very clean. Although staff service ia very poor. They wont respond even after calling them 10 times. I had to go to reception every time to get something.

This was super cool surprise! An unexpected fun stay. We stayed her on our way to Dalhousie for a night. This was a great stay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Food is great and tasty. Overall an above average stay. I felt few things missing though! The staff needs a bit of training at entrance. Communication among the team has to improve. Service was great but staff is a bit loud and needs to learn to be quite.A great stay and great food.

Today was my first visit to Hotel The Grand Ambassador and it was absolutely amazing! This place is really beautiful. It has a Terrace at the top which is very Beautiful. The staff is also very humble. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I also visited their Restaurant and the food was delicious. Nice cozy place with good staff. Hotel rooms are very well furnished, with all amenities, big TVs, powerful AC, LED lighting and well equipped baths. View from the window is not good so its advisable to keep the blinds closed. Ambience at the rooftop restaurant is excellent. Didnt had food at their restaurant so cant comment on that but the buffet breakfast was seriously lacking in variety and quality. Very limited spread was available for breakfast, that too wasnt very appetising so I preferred sticking to the good old bread and butter. Front desk girl was professional and Swift with her work. Overall, if youre on a business trip youll be delighted. For the rooms and service the price is justified.

Its the only hotel having rooftop dinning in Phagwara city, very near to railway station and easily approach to bus stand too.

Nice place to spend quality time

This is the Restaurant which will never repeat in the Future. Went there for a Family Reunion, with almost No Parking Space we somehow mange to park our cars and went in. With very basic flavors and poor service would never visit this place again.Service and Staff was not courteous, Prices of the dishes were not appropriate and taste was very basic. We expected a Fine Dining but it was even worst then a Dhaba.

We went there for the Saturday buffet dinner, but it was cancelled. We tried the restaurant there. Like other hotels the menu was obviously overpriced, and portions on the lower side. But it was quite, very good ambiance, and good service. The food tasted good. The hotel is clean and bright. Overall a nice experience. It felt better once we got the discount :-).

Good place for family outing in phagwara city.Starters are delicious. Definitely a must visit place for phagwara city dwellers. Ambience is also very nice. Service is quick and the place is pocket friendly. We were 20 people and we all came out content.

Fairly good ambience and food quality. Worth visiting for dinner with family. The roof top is quite impressive and suitable for gathering of about 30-40. PDRs - Private Dining Room are also very good option. One can enjoy exclusivity and privacy in PDRs. Staff is very cooperative.

I have stayed over 6 weeks in this hotel and its brilliant the staff are great feels like home from home. Mr katwal and Ms Muskan have been brilliant and very helpful. We have had some functions in the hotel banqueting suites and food has been awesome. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be back soon.
