Very helpful, friendly staff. Could place orders over the phone to collect, store has everything you could need, way better than any pet shop I had been too. This is now my go to place for raw food, toys, beds etc. Great selection for all sized dogs, usually it’s hard to find x large dog sized beds etc. But they have everything, highly recommend!

A shop that has everything I needed for my puppy. Very well stocked. Staff extremely helpful, kind and courteous. May be a little more expensive than chain pet shops but it is well worth paying for as I didnt have to go anywhere else to stock up on the things for my ever growing puppy. Well done Pet Shop,.

I always go to Pet Stop for my reptile supplies, they have a great selection of live food and everything else you’ll need. They also have a huge selection of small animal supplies including cute little gifts and food bowls, a lot of shops just sell the necessities so it’s nice to see different products to spoil my pets with! The staff really know about their products and genuinely care about helping their customers’ pets

I ❤️ PET STOP!! The staff are amazing and bursting with knowledge. There is a huge range and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is really reasonably priced. Much cheaper than Pets Corner where I used to shop. Handy parking right outside the door as well. They have also gone out of the way to make sure we can keep our fur babies happy through lockdown, which means so much 💕 Keep us the incredible work guys. 💫

These guys are just the best. So welcoming, so knowledgable and just down right lovely! We have a some what nervous Rottweiler who needed fitting with a new muzzle, they accepted him with open arms, calmness and friendship. He absolutely loves them and so do we. Their prices are perfect, they carry a huge range of stock, they have plenty of parking and during lockdown their delivery service was invaluable! I look forward to our next visit.

Will definitely be returning again soon.Full review: After visiting two other pet stores and having a less than satisfactory experience it was a wonderful change of pace to have such an enthusiastic welcome. As we have a large breed puppy we find that quite a few places are stand-offish around her, but both members of staff made extra effort to welcome her into the store and help her settle into the new environment. They went the extra distance and helped us to correctly size a new harness and coat, and then continued to converse with us about various aspects of looking after a new puppy providing tips and advice. The prices were very reasonable and we will definitely be returning soon.

Really really good service, I didnt catch the girls name who helped us find a life jacket for our pug but she was amazing, really helpful and gave us lots of great advice, took the time to show us the products and which was the best and safest for our dog.Would 100% recommend and we will be back! :)

Staff really helpful and found out if could get food for our axolotls. Were brilliant when we went to get harness for our dog earlier in year. Nothing seems to be too much trouble will definitely be using them in the future

Come to PetStop for your reptile needs!I buy live feeder insects from Petstop. There is a great variety to choose from... crickets, mealworms, locusts, dubia roaches, morio worms etc... They also even sell cultures for biactive setups such as springtails and tropical woodlice. They even ordered me in a fruitfly culture when I mentioned it.This is all found in their reptile corner of the shop. This is the place to be for your reptile needs.All the staff have been extremely friendly whenever I visit.
