I ordered the paint on one condition, that before giving the paint to send someone from them from the technician to check the substrate if it is well executed because they claim that their paint is very pretentious and if the substrate is not well executed remove highlight the imperfections. One day, they sent an uncle who looked at him for 5 minutes and said that the substrate you can paint is ok. What a surprise to see after I painted almost 1200 m2 with the famous Benjamin paint the walls looked awful. Of course I called them to see what happened and even Mrs. Catalina, the owner of this company with a 1000w projector that she put on the walls and tells me the backing is not ok, is sorry. So after I paid a lot of money I had found a solution to pay once more. I say ok, Im waiting for a sign from you. Tell me on Monday how to get to the office you have the offer. Its been 3 and a half years since then and I think he hasnt reached the birpu yet, he probably has an office in Lapland and is associated with Santa Claus. After repeated attempts to contact the respectable owner of Benjamin Moore Romania, the famous Mrs. Catalina, every time she was in the meeting, she could not speak, etc .. I gave up. Although I was going to hurt them a lot for how they behaved I gave up because revenge is the weapon of the fool but I decided to put this comment for future customers of this very serious company, not to suffer like me. I also asked for paint in the market, out of five only one heard, but did not use because it is a demanding paint. The price paid is well above the price of premium paints in the trade. The paint specialist who applied the paint delighted me with superlatives. The work did not come out superlative and refused to repair. I did not want to paint this paint with a single supplier, but being part of the design project and the designer and his wife insisted and I was convinced. I am writing for the husbands caught in this ambush to do what I did not have time to do to compare with my eyes and my hands 3-5 different products and talk to each seller separately. Each product has a customer. Maybe its paint for artists. I am not an artist and I appreciate with my pragmatic senses. I advise you to set aside time for choice and comparison because the restoration of the works costs three times the initial work and time wasted.
