Its a great place for a walk, for study, for enjoying the lush green grounds and for exercise . The maintenance of the Shahi Bagh is good but the authority need to have some security inside the park and they should strictly not allow the people to smoke and throwing wastes in the park. Otherwise its a superb place for healthy activities.

I will say that shahi bagh is a very good calm and planty area.Where you can easily take pictures and also get rest here...Street food is also available...And as a muslim community it is nothing good and suitable for family...Only for for gents.It is also suitable for children because we can get acces to swimming pool and amateur machines like swing and much more....

Students would come in large numbers and study for hours under the trees away from the hustle and bustle of the city.The trees there stood tall and the grass was lush green with many beautiful fountains all around. This garden used to be the most popular picnic resort, play ground and study centre for the people of Peshawar. It was in everyone’s use — the rich and the poor of Peshawar would come together and relax there.

It is a good place for entertainment, walk around, or for food. It is a good place for family also. There are many barbeques and many other fast food in the evening till late night.

Shahi bagh its a Park

Known to be the oldest Park of Peshawar. It used to be one of the highlighted parks of the city. so many major sports activities used to be held over there. But unfortunately since last 2 decades it has been not given the proper attention by the administration. Most part of it has been captured by buildings and Fun-land. and because of this the Shahi Baagh has lost its charm.

Has a jogging track, a beautiful garden, monument. And after all a good experience!

A good place for refreshment but there needs to be free entrance like Lahore´s parks etc
