We bought Black Forest 1/2 KG , it is real hard to cut or eat. First time experiencing this one. We thought it is a fresh cake but when called them they told- the cake has been taken from freezer and he forgot to mention that when buy. Is it Obvious business strategy answer or real one 🧐

My fav one is theirs choco lava cake...it is sooooo moist and yummy😋...definitely a must try ..

Worst experience today... For years Im getting from eeebees, today we got some banana cake. When I opened the packet I felt its not good, nd its a spoiled one . I returned it by evening, the person in-charge does not regret for any of his action. Worst behaviour!
